THE APARTMENT: - UNIT 1201
The spacious 12th floor apartment boasts spectacular ocean views with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a massive balcony. At 173m2, the walk out balcony on this property is larger than most apartments alone. North facing, east facing and west facing with sunset views towards Buderim, you can also take in the amazing scenery to the north down the Coast past Cotton Tree.

An open plan, which enjoys elevated views, and well appointed kitchen equipped with stone bench tops and quality European appliances. Each bedroom offers great size with the master bedroom boasting a well appointed en-suite complete with double vanity and a deep soothing spa bath.

A very useful courtyard is available to store surf craft but also allows for beautiful cross ventilation while leaving your front door open and yet still maintaining privacy.

Truthfully, this is not your standard two bedroom apartment. The balcony which connects direct to your living areas and bedrooms is one of the biggest in the local area.

The fully equipped kitchen has all the latest European appliances - large fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven and cooktop. It contains all everyday items including wine glasses, champagne flutes and a coffee plunger. The furnished balcony showcases a stunning ocean view of Maroochydore Beach and Old Woman Island with views of Mt Coolum to the North and Hinterlands to the West.

Other creature comforts include: individually controlled ducted air conditioning, 2 televisions including a 55" Smart TV located in the lounge room, and a TV in the master bedroom, front load laundry (with heat pump dryer), iron & ironing board, hair dryer, and alarm clock/radio. Sleeping Configuration: The apartment sleeps 4 with the bedding configuration being 1 queen with ensuite and 2 XL singles that can be zipped into a King bed.

BOND:
A $500 fully refundable bond will be refunded to your nominated account with 7 days of your departure providing the place is left in the same condition. Dirty dishes should be placed into the dishwasher and started at departure.

For something a little different take a leisurely drive into the Blackall Range and visit the quaint village of Montville, Flaxton and Mapleton. PROPERTY DETAILS
The best views from Mooloolaba to Coolum are from the top of the rise in Alexandra Headland. With the sweep of the bay and glistening ocean below you, you may not want to leave the apartment. All of this with the added attractions of the surf break directly in front of the property.

There is ground floor covered garage parking for one vehicle with entry from Edward street, extra car parking on the roadside in front of the apartment building.

The apartment is on the second floor. There is a lift if you choose not to take the stairs.

KEYS/ACCESS
There is a lock box with your keys at the apartment. You will be sent the code to the lock box prior to your arrival.

The bathroom has a shower, vanity & toilet.

The apartment has a laundry for your use with a washing machine for your use.We do NOT supply laundry detergent.

The dining table seats 4 guests, but has room for 2 more should that be needed.

The kitchen has a dish washer, microwave, oven, cook top and is fully equipped with plates and cutlery, kettle , toaster etc.

We endeavour to keep the cleaning costs to the minimum fee therefore, tea, coffee, milk, 3 in 1 body wash and hair and 2 rolls of toilet paper (per toilet) are provided for a "start up" to your stay. You are required to purchase your own after that. We do not supply sugar nor laundry detergent, tissue or paper towel etc. All linen is provided and is Premium Linen Service”

You have the choice of a swim in the apartment pool (shared use with other apartments in the building) or a short walk to the patrolled beach.

I cannot stress highly enough this is a lovely property for families, friends and small groups, who want a quiet, peaceful time whilst they are here.

The cleaning charge for your stay is levied on a normal clean, if guests have left garbage, stains, rubbish, bottles, breakages, cigarette smell (which we will have cleaned) they will be levied for all additional cleaning and replacement costs
