THE APARTMENT: - UNIT 1201
The spacious 12th floor apartment boasts spectacular ocean views with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a massive balcony. At 173m2, the walk out balcony on this property is larger than most apartments alone. North facing, east facing and west facing with sunset views towards Buderim, you can also take in the amazing scenery to the north down the Coast past Cotton Tree.

An open plan, which enjoys elevated views, and well appointed kitchen equipped with stone bench tops and quality European appliances. Each bedroom offers great size with the master bedroom boasting a well appointed en-suite complete with double vanity and a deep soothing spa bath.

A very useful courtyard is available to store surf craft but also allows for beautiful cross ventilation while leaving your front door open and yet still maintaining privacy.

Truthfully, this is not your standard two bedroom apartment. The balcony which connects direct to your living areas and bedrooms is one of the biggest in the local area.
