The space
You have the whole guest studio apartment. With a kitchenette fully equipped to cook in,has two plug in induction cooktops and pots and pans. And a convection oven. And a mini plug in bench top oven/ slow cooker.
There is also your own entertainment space with table and six chairs.
The studio has a wall that is moveable if you want to separate the bedroom from the lounge dining area. For privacy

There is a large driveway concrete area in front of the house where you can have off street parking if you want it.
We also have a separate laundry space that belongs to the studio if you require it.

Other things to note
We would like to know if you want breakfast or not. We will supply coffee tea and the usual. But it’s no bother to have cereal and bread, jam and butter.
If you don’t respond to breakfast I will assume you don’t want anything. And the basics will be available.

Walking into this large boutique studio suite, you are presented with a café style dining table and chairs for two, small kitchenette with microwave, kettle, toaster and bar fridge, super comfortable queen-size bedroom suite, TV and lounge to kick back and relax, and a separate en-suite with shower, vanity and toilet. Sleep in the clouds, in deluxe comfort.

Guests have the drive in carport beside the studio for their use. The courtyard setting at the front of the unit is for guest use only, The undercover patio setting at the entry door is also for guest use only. There are no steps , just the regular entry step to the unit. Walking paths and spaces are paved.

In the pantry cupboard, you are welcome to any of the home made cereals and delights available during your stay. They are labelled with gluten-free, dairy-free, processed sugar-free etc

Architecturally designed apartment with custom made fittings make this place a standout from the rest. Metal artist Tom McDaniels created a bespoke timber Treehouse and blended his craft of hand forged fittings with the ancient Japanese technique of Shu Sugi Ban to enhance the experience for our guests. The entire apartment has been designed to feel spacious, with a high ceiling in the living area, wide entry way and a beautiful custom made barn door which can be opened to create a generous size bedroom. This wider than normal opening has also been intentionally designed to take advantage of the beautiful view of the trees being reflected in the large mirrored closet opposite the bedroom. A contemporary kitchen with a full size fridge, stylish bathroom, washing machine & dryer, fans, ducted air conditioning, dimmer switches and festive outdoor lighting make the Treehouse not only unique but very comfortable for longer term stays.

Enjoy the light filled lounge with plantation shutters that overlook the garden and pool. The bedroom offers a queen bed along with the comfortable Koala branded fold out lounge that can accommodate two extra guests. You can also enjoy full privacy as all blinds can be closed.

The amenities boast a fully functional kitchen with stone top benches, oven, single convection stovetop, air fryer and microwave.

Nearby we have Mooloolaba or Alex Headland beaches only a 3.6km drive or if you fancy a spot of retail therapy the Westfields Sunshine Plaza is 3.9km away.
