With reverse cycle air-conditioning and a cosy gas-log fire, 'Seabreeze' is just as appealing in winter as it is in summer.

The default Check-in time is 2.00pm and check-out is 10.30am. However, complimentary earlier check-in and later check-out times are offered if the apartment is available. Check the with owner a day or two before you arrive.

Unfortunately, due to its location on the edge of a steep drop, Seabreeze is not suitable for children from crawling age to 12 years.

Access to the apartment is via a path with 21 steps and a handrail.

Originally designed as an art studio, and later repurposed as a bnb, this unique sanctuary is set amongst rainforest gardens, with a gentle water feature, mosaic amphitheatre, fire pit and patio area. My place is close to great views,beach and bay. The guest accommodation is on the lower floor of our home and is a self contained spacious and seperate living area.
We overlook Hardys Bay which is within 300 meters and offers excellent coffee shops,restaurants and general store,bottle shop.
Bouddi national park is a few hundred meters away and offers extensive bushwalking tracks,secluded beaches and excellent views.

Please be mindful that my villa is in a quiet complex. There is free on street parking and I recommend that you park on the low side as there's a bus stop on the high side of the road. The forecourt has sensor lighting at night and the footpath to my front door has lighting. There's also a porchlight that you can leave on if you'll be back late.

Water taxi is available to travel to Dangar Island ( also ferry- timetable on fridge door) , Peats Bite Restaurant and various attractions around the Great Hawkesbury River.
