Discover Bali in the Central Coast, our Bali retreat comprises of three cabins. The studio which has a double bed and single on top, a couch large enough for all to enjoy after a busy day exploring and a kitchenette, with dual air con to keep you cool in summer and warm in winter. The second bedroom is a stand alone to relax and chill in. The bathroom is for both to share with an outdoor indoor feel it really does make you imagine you are back in Bali. A wonderful outdoor area shaded by trees.
We are available to answer any questions you may have about the property or the area. Although not on site we are prompt to respond to our guests.
A car is best but we do have local buses taking you to the nearby attractions. The ferry port is just down the road less than a 2 minute walk which can take you to Palm Beach and other inlets in the bay.

The Jetty Boathouse offers a cute waterfront apartment with 180-degree views of Brisbane Waters in the quaint village of Saratoga.
Indoors boasts two bedrooms, open plan living/dining, and a cinema/games room. Outdoors offers a private deck with a BBQ and an additional eating area. Situated just 1.15 hours drive from Sydney the Boathouse is ideal for couples looking for a weekend away or families looking for privacy and an alternative to hotels.

The space
When staying at The Jetty Boathouse, you’ll have a private jetty on your doorstep. There is also a cinema and games room with a projector and surround sound system. Prime Video, Netflix, Binge and Stan are all available on the big screen. There are two kayaks also available for guests to use.
The Jetty Boathouse is exclusively available for guests year-round so we’ve thought of all the special details to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We invite our guests to treat it as their home away from home.
Please note bedroom 2 has either a king or two king singles so please do confirm when booking the bed configuration you'll need for your stay.

The space
Booking price is for 1 or 2 adults using the Queen Island bed at front or van. There are Cupboards at front and back. Basic tea & coffee facilities. Kettle, Toaster, Microwave. Fridge and Freezer. Deck Chairs, If you are traveling with a child there is a small single bunk at back of van next to the En-suite. There will be an additional charge of $25 for the extra linen to be provided for the bunk bed. Alternatively you can bring your own.

Other things to note
Bunk bed at back of van is really only suitable for a young child, and is located over the compartment that holds the batteries and the pump for the van. And is next to the en suite. Alternatively , the lounge in the kitchen area can also be used as a bed if preferred.
Because we are rural, we have no regular TV Reception, and Wifi can be intermittent. You will be given access to our Home Wifi during your visit, but depending on weather, we cannot always guarantee good reception. We can also provide you with FireTV access for an additional $10 if you are unable to connect via your own devices. The van is also fitted with a Wifi Unit if you have your own Sim card.
Our Toilet is a chemical toilet only. While you will be required to keep the bowl itself clean during your stay, we will take care of the removal and cleaning of the canister . Anyone with Bowel Conditions needs to keep this in mind if hiring from us.

We welcome up to two pets as part of your stay, recognising they are cherished members of your family.
Please ensure pets remain in outdoor areas unless prior approval to stay indoors is provided. Indoor access is granted on a case-by-case basis to ensure our home remains suitable for all guests.
To make your pets feel comfortable, we offer a fully fenced yard for them to enjoy, along with a charming mini caravan exclusively for their use - giving them their own special space to relax.
An additional fee of $59 per pet, per stay, applies once your reservation is confirmed.

Please note the caravan allows a max of 2 adults; the single bunk bed being offered is not comprised of standard size single beds; instead, it features kid-sized beds only and is exclusively intended for individuals aged 12 years or younger. The campervan you're renting is located in the backyard of a private property with a main house. While you have exclusive access to the caravan and its backyard area, other guests may be renting the main house during your stay. Both the caravan and main house have separate entrances and outdoor spaces, and there are no shared communal areas unless both parties agree to do so during their stay.
Due to increased cleaning costs, arrivals on Sunday or Public Holidays, as well as reservations of fourteen or more nights incur additional cleaning fees. For more details, please refer to our house rules or get in touch with us by enquiring.
We are delighted to offer complimentary Wi-Fi for your convenience during your stay. You'll receive the password and all necessary access details upon check-in.
