- "I wanted take my 14yo country-boy nephew to Sydney for 9 days to show him around the big smoke, so when I saw this boat advertised for rent, with a bedroom each, and fishing gear, at a great price, I thought that this would be great! But there was no communication with the owner. We were left standing on the jetty in the dark, no idea what to do. I called Stayz three times. Their solution was to offer a refund but only if I called from outside the property, and only if I booked another property on Stayz or Expedia. No other property came close to this good value so I ended up having to book, last minute, with a hotel in the city which cost twice as much per night (4 nights for the price of 8). I was very upset. My nephew feared we'd have nowhere to stay, being on a limited budget. His parents wanted me to bring him home, so it almost ruined our holiday completely. Finally, about a week later, the owner of the boat got back to us saying he'd had phone issues and that he was really sorry. Thankfully, a family member offered to pay our accommodation so I got over the upset quickly, but it still tarnished our holiday. I do not like Stayz's policy that we can't cancel if under a week, and we can't get a refund unless we booked another property with them - when nothing else came close to suitable. The Stayz staff were great and did the best they could with the stupid policies they have to deal with. They were patient with me as I had to juggle money, find a different listing, and book it. * I didn't SEE the boat so the "cleanliness" and "accuracy of listing" above are not my experience."

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Only 1 hr from Sydney, our glamping tent sits on a 5 acre property that overlooks Pitt Town Lagoon with black swans, pelicans and uninterrupted views to the Blue Mountains.
Our glamping tent has a very comfortable, self-inflating queen size bed with bed linen and towels provided. The bed has an electric blanket (portable power station) which will ensure you will be warm and cosy, even on the chilliest of nights!
The amenities are in a converted stable and contain kitchen, Weber BBQ, sitting/dining area, shower and electric flush chemical toilet. We supply basic breakfast items of tea, coffee, eggs, milk and bread.

The lounge room is open to kitchen with TV, sofa, dinning table and chairs. These are washing machine dry machine with free of charge at laundry room, iron and iron board.

The front gate is lockable and you can park maximum 2 cars at front property.

Lines, towels and beds are only provided enough for number of guests booking.

This is not party house. No noise after 9pm

Check in from 3pm, early check in $50 if available.
Check out latest 9am or $50 fee apply. Late check out must be asked in advance as our house keeper is schedule on time 9am on check out date.

**** ANY EVENTS ( Birthday , wedding, function…) for short time or long hours,day or night, weekday or weekend , public holiday . The guests will have to PAY EXTRA $3000 on top of booking as fines to break the house rules.

1. More people than number of guests booked. All bookings are required to book for number of guests come in the house, not number of guests sleep over.
2. Night time stay inside the house with doors and windows close and reduce noise level to neighbours. Strictly from 9pm: No loud music/ noise/ argument of fighting at front of house and in front of street all which affect neighbours. Don’t book this house if you plan for any small or big event at the property. We ask you to leave with no refund.
3. Guests are required to pay the house DAMAGES if any.

Few things to note:
* No pet
* Indoor shoes only inside the house, no high heels as the timber floor get scratch easily
* Avoid eating in bed
* All appliances, air-conditioner to turn off when no one at home, PLEASE.
* If you stay on Tuesday evening, please pull out garbage bin to the street like the neighbours for collection early Wednesday morning. We appreciate this.
* Guests don’t have access to garage
* All guests must follow the check out requests on the fridge, general tidy up, wash all dishes, all rubish to large bins outside before check out.
