The self-contained Garden Studio, located just by Shelley Park, is beautifully appointed entering onto a sunny courtyard. The Garden Studio has recently been painted and refreshed throughout. The bedroom studio is spacious with a comfy queen-size bed, cosy electric blanket (in winter), ceiling fan, split system air conditioner and wardrobe. Ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity. We provide a kettle, toaster, microwave and small fridge for your convenience.

We are located in South Cronulla between the beach with its ocean pool @ Shelley, and Gunnamatta Bay, and it takes about 5 minutes to walk to both. BUS: Route # 971 - From Cronulla Station, along Nicholson Parade and Ewos Parade. Get off at South Cronulla Shelly Park stop – south side of park. Head north (right) when you get off the bus and turn first left up Richmount Street then first left is Windsor Road. We are located on the right on the bend. Five minutes walk.

The unit was exactly as pictured. Well equipped with all we needed for a comfortable stay. Coffee maker, toaster, ironing board, beach towels, bath towels, outlets at either side of the bed, comfortable beds even an umbrella available in the event of some rain. Steps to the pathway that leads to beach, steps to the RSL and less than 10mins to the cronulla open mall. 10 mins to the train. Convenient and comfortable. The property and area was perfect in every way!! didn't really need a car because the train a five minute walk from condo. This is a non touristy area, quiet, awesome views. Very easy access to beach and hiking along the wide concrete path that went on for miles and miles right along the ocean.
