"Live like a local" is our motto: relaxed and friendly atmosphere with everything you need. Perfect for a couple retreat! Walk to Cronulla beaches - 15 min. If you need to go to the City, it is 45-50 min to Town Hall station by train. Airport is 30-40 min away.

Our guest-house with a private entrance has:
- 1 Bedroom with a super comfortable bed. You'll find soft comfort bath towels. There is a rest area with chairs for relaxing time. Enjoy latest technology air-conditioning to keep you cool in hot summer days or warm in winter.

There is a separate kitchen. It is fully equipped, with a bar fridge, microwave and a gas stove.

Bathroom is with a shower and a toilet.
There are fly screens on all windows for your comfort. Guests will be able to use a washing machine, it is behind the unit, free.

The guest house is located in a quiet street close to a train station. Around the corner, you will find a coffee shop/ cozy cafe, beautician, hair salon, chemist, little corner groceries shop, and a post office. You can also walk to Cronulla mall where there is abundance of cafes and restaurants.

The self-contained Studio in the Garden is beautifully appointed entering onto a sunny courtyard. The Cronulla Garden Studio has recently been painted and refreshed throughout. The bedroom studio is spacious with one comfy queen-size bed, cosy electric blanket (in winter), ceiling fan, split system air conditioner and wardrobe. Ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity. We provide a kettle, toaster, microwave and small fridge for your convenience.

We welcome you to our Executive Studio in the Garden in beautiful South Cronulla.

Guest access
We live in the main house on the same property. Door access will be arranged with guest directly. Guests have their own access along the side pathway with sensor lighting after dark and a courtyard patio. There is street parking with easy access to the Garden Studio.

Other things to note
Linen and bath towels are supplied. Please bring your own swimming towels. Outside pathway sensor lights light up the pathway for your convenience. There is kerb side, street parking with easy access to the Garden Studio.
