Not suitable for children or infants. The accommodation is a separate unit joined to a 2 story house, we as the host will be living next door. It is very private and the rear backs to a park.
The space
The unit is near new and situated well away from any main road or traffic so the main advantage is it is so quiet especially in the evening and early morning. Most of any noise comes from the birds as there are many in the park just over the back fence, makes for a good early morning walk if you are the energetic type. The frogs from the park can be a little noisy during wet weather but the bedroom is located at the front well away. They disappear as the weather dries. It is well insulated with the separation fire wall well soundproofed. All windows and doors have insect screens fitted. The air conditioning is reverse cycle which can provide plenty warmth during Sydney cold snaps, June July and August. Also the queen size bed has an electric blanket fitted during the cold months. Please also note the space does not have a clothes dryer. We can provide use of a dryer strictly during wet weather only if required. We have a large clothes line you are most welcome to use. We provide a weekly bed linen service for guests staying more than 6 nights with floor vacuum at a convenient time for guests.
Guest access
Street parking is free, easy and safe. Always park directly out the front of the property on our side if possible. I will always try to save space for your vehicle. The apartment has its own private entrance with outside security gate.
Other things to note
There are 2 outdoor chairs close to the front door for guest use. I can provide shade umbrella just message me. There is natural shade during the late afternoon.

We’re a short walk from Top Ryde Shopping Centre, with convenient transport links right into the Sydney CBD. If you’re heading to an event at Sydney Olympic Park, it’s just a bus trip away.
Off-street parking is available, although there is plenty of street parking - and it is a safe neighbourhood.
Sleeping Arrangements
Two Guests: We’ll assume you’ll share the queen bed in the pod unless otherwise notified.
More Than Three Guests? Our new Jayco Expander Caravan can accommodate extra people with a queen bed, a double bed, and an ensuite (available on special request).
For groups of three or fewer, the caravan remains locked. For four or more, it’s open for shared use of the common areas and bathroom/laundry—exclusively yours as a group.
We can’t wait to host you and your furry friend in this relaxed outdoor setting, perfect for a fun, convenient, and pet-friendly stay!
Guest access
You will have access to the whole large backyard (except for the sheds and underneath the house).

The caravan will not be available during this period (March and April) - which means max of 3 guests all in the same room (unless you want to set up tents!)
Note, there will be a surcharge applicable for more than 2 people, or for 2 or more pets. Each additional person over 2 people will be $55 p/p p/night.
There is strictly a no-party policy, as the owners are also located on the property.

Just a few bus stops from Chatswood/ Macquarie and Rhodes, this top level of two stoery house offer city skyline view and spacious four king size bedrooms on a quiet street at Ryde. It suits business or team members that need privacy but provide common kitchen, bathroom, dining and entertainment area for interactivities. There is two seperated balcony attached to two seperated room and master suite contains a walk-in-robe / bathroom and small gym. Lastly a swing in the sunroom is a gem to it.
