Our gorgeous studio with attached ensuite and relaxed outdoor deck is the perfect location to explore the local beaches, harbour and restaurants of Manly.
The separate studio is located in a quiet and peaceful area of Fairlight, 15 minute walk to Manly beach.
The space
The studio is cosy and private and has all the amenities to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. The studio comes with a bar fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave allowing you to prepare simple meals.

Guest will have access to the back deck bench seating, table and chairs.

It is adjacent to our family home.
A short level walk to Manly ocean beach, cafes, restaurants, shops, Manly wharf and all that this beautiful seaside suburb has to offer.
There's a local bus(free or coin donation)across the road that goes to Manly and runs half hourly.
The studio is equipped with a queen bed with ensuite, kitchenette. Your courtyard has a retractable awning and a small weber bbq for cooking.

Access is via the front gate, then the side passage on the right of the house will take you past the laundry the white gate to enter your studio.
We do not access this area during your stay and please keep the gates closed so our two little dogs, Polly and Maddy don’t either:)

This one bedroom compact garden unit is situated beneath our family home.
It’s only a 10 minute level walk to the beach or 15-20 minutes to the centre of Manly.
Unlimited street parking is usually available, although more difficult in the winter soccer season with sports field across the road.
The unit is equipped with an ensuite bathroom, one bedroom with one queen and one single bed, a living area with kitchen.
Enjoy your own private outdoor area in a beautifully landscaped garden and lawn.
The space
This garden unit is ideal for a single person, a couple, 2 friends or a small family. The bedroom has a queen and a single bed that can be requested for an extra fee.
P.S: Please request in advance the single bed to be made up if you need.
The unit has a slightly lower than usual ceiling height which gives it a very cosy feel. It has reverse cycle air conditioning for your comfort.
There is a full kitchen with microwave, sandwich maker, toaster, kettle and nespresso machine.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Walk 2 minutes for a refreshing morning swim. Live like a local and enjoy strolling around for great coffee and breakfast.
Head to the Wharf Bar for a drink and watch the sunset before dinner. Enjoy dinner at one of the many Manly eateries . A short flat walk to the city ferry.
Head to Shelley Beach for a snorkel. There’s lots of ways to relax and take a break from a busy life.
The space
The Studio is clean, convenient and beachy. It’s quiet, private and close to the beach. Put the latch on the back gate. It’s a 10 minute flat walk to Manly. It’s got an outdoor shower for after your morning swim.

Enter through the white gate in Pine Lane (which is off Pine Street). Pull the gate OUTWARDS.
The key is in the locked box.
The Studio is completely separate to the house. It’s a newly painted, clean room with a separate bathroom.
It’s very quiet and close to the beach.
Other things to note
Get the parking permit from inside and hang it on your rear vision mirror. Park on the street in the Ocean Area. Anywhere around Malvern Ave, Pittwater Rd, Pine St. If you park on the beach front you need to pay.

Free standing, self contained studio apartment above our garage filled with light and sea breezes. Private entrance. Tall cathedral ceilings and facing due east towards the water. Separate bedroom in loft above living area accessed by spiral staircase. Queen sized bed. Newly renovated white bathroom, washer/dryer, full kitchen, wardrobe, wifi, TV (Apple TV), air-conditioning in bedroom area, ample street parking. The space
The studio is light filled with soaring cathedral ceiling 5m tall to the apex and a lovely sea breeze. It sits on its own making it feel like a private tiny house with no attached neighbouring walls. Its decor is "Beach" in style, and has a small outdoor space for surfboard storage by the front entrance.
Access is through a coded panel on the front door. The studio was built in 2020 so all aspects are new. Fully equipped kitchen (although Manly abounds in places to eat), Nespresso coffee machine (though Paolo's is around the corner!), basic kitchen items such as salt and pepper, etc, all linens, beach towels (2), washing up soap, washer/dryer, TV, aircon in the bedroom.

Our studio is self-contained with its own entrance and has keyless entry. The pool is shared with the main house as is the garden and outdoor dining area. If we're around we often have the wood-fire pizza oven going on a Friday night, should you want to join for a slice or even make your own pizza.

Note as per amenities listed the pool and backyard are shared. Entrance has a privacy screen that can be raised or lowered.
