Beautiful comfy beds, spare pillows, fluffy towels, plenty of toiletries, welcome pack of teas and coffee and the coffee machine a bonus. Everything you need is provided from the washing powder for the washing machine to the dish washing detergent. Front desk staff were super helpful especially when one of our party had to return home early with the exception of one guy who could not guarantee a taxi ETA for our flight until I requested a private taxi, this should be offered in any event and if refused then the public taxi service provided. The standard of cleanliness needs improving as there were debris left over from the previous occupant by the bed such as a big toe nail clipping-yuck! The Taylor Swift attendee staff member was just as excited as her fans and cooling drinks and sweeties provided by the hotel, very thoughtful. Would have loved to have a roof bar and cafe on site to take advantage of the views of the bay, other than that a fantastic stay."
