Since there are many beaches close by that would be my only recommendation for additional items at the rental. We had to contact the rental group to find the guest book not realizing it was online using the QR code posted on the refrigerator. They were prompt in sending us the link. Overall it was a pleasant stay and would recommend it to others."

The foam mattresses on the beds are not great for a prolonged stay for older adults."

Balmoral is a hidden treasure in the beautiful harbour of Sydney. It's close enough to the city and far enough away from the madness in what is truly the most scenic and cleanest harbour beach(as it face directly out to sea)
There is a free bus that picks you up virtually out the front of the apartment and can take you everywhere from shopping centres to Taronga Zoo.
We are based in a respectful and peaceful apartment block. Our neighbours like their peace and quiet to we ask to keep things down from 9pm nightly.

This location was super convenient for us and we always found street parking near by. The kitchen was a great size too. Between the three of us, we did find sharing the one bathroom a bit inconvenient but we made it work. Other than that, James was great and had no issue when we needed to extend our stay. Overall, our stay was great and we’d definitely consider staying here again. "

You will stay in a townhouse apartment facing Militaly Road. We have double windows in the bedrooms to minimise the noise. Downstairs we have a cotyard, leaving room and kitchen. Laundry, bedroom and bathroom are on the second floor.

You’re welcome to self check in in the unit. The single room will the locked with some of our belongings inside to create you some space so you can enjoy your stay.

They are a few minutes walk to the village shops and cafes, and a 5 minute drive to Balmoral beach, the ferry wharf and the zoo!

Our serviced apartment is quiet, comfy and conveniently located in the heart of Mosman, just 10 minutes away from the CBD.
It's a few minutes walk to the village shops and cafes, and a 5 minute drive to Balmoral beach, 1km only to the ferry wharf and 1.7km to the Taronga zoo!

Please note, we have total of 8 apartments in the building, 6 of them are 1 bedroom apartments and 2 are studio apartments. They are located on either 1st level, split level or top level.
1 bedroom apartments are very similar in size with a little different in layout. However, all of them have kitchen WITH or WITHOUT kitchen bench, living room and bed room with ensuite. Photos in the listing are from both apartments with and without kitchen bench. Rooms will be assigned randomly when booking is confirmed unless guests make a specific requirements.
