This apartment is very comfortable for family, friends, travellers, workers. It is self contained unit on ground floor which attach to top level of the main house. Our family live in the main house upstairs so some noise will be heard however we are quiet and respect your privacy.

No garage for guest use but there are many free off street parking in front of the house and our street is quiet street.

c. Nominated Check in time - We understand that travel plans can sometimes change. However, it's appreciated that you are punctual for the time you've nominated. Please do not leave bags later than 10am as we use an external cleaning company and some building managers are very strict so may remove anything left in common areas.
4. We utilise Duve as our guest portal, which is linked to this booking platform. Upon booking, you will receive an email from Duve with our STAM Australia logo. This allows us to obtain accurate and up-to-date contact details from you, as well as your flight or arrival information. It also allows you to nominate a check-in time and enables our extended team to stay in touch with you before and during your stay, should you require any assistance. While regular users typically keep their information updated, the majority of our guests have booked short term accommodations fewer than 10 times. During the process ID is required.
5. What we provide - All linen for beds and towels are provided for you, we also provide bath mats, tea towels and hand towels. We have gone back to single use for shampoo, conditioner, body wash but provide hand soap, laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tabs and other cleaning products to get you started. Toilet paper is also provided and for each reservation we provide a few per bathroom to help you for the first few nights. During your stay we can provide extra cleaning or linen change at an extra fee, feel free to ask us about this. We will need at least 24 hours notice and we can either do a clean, a linen change or both together.
6. Maintenance – If anything occurs during your stay please let us know and for something small such a light globe replacement it may take 1-2 business days whereas if it’s urgent plumbing or other issue we will send someone round asap.

7. Third party booking/check in – The person that booked must be the person checking in and staying, therefore we can’t provide for third party bookings and check ins. The only exclusion on this is for Corporates and Insurance companies. We are providing you keys to someone’s house therefore if it isn’t the person that booked or ID doesn’t match we reserve the right to cancel the reservation or delay check in.

8. No Smoking / No Pets / Other rules
This property has no smoking allowed at all on premises, any breach can lead to costs being passed on of any professional odour removal company.

- "Beautiful unit and good location for us. There had obviously been other people before us and even though the general cleanliness was good there were several items that needed attention 1. Hornsby town centre is just 5 mins drive up the hill, with Westfield shopping centre, cinemas and restaurants. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, with space for a travel cot if required (not provided). The second bedroom is split level, with the two single beds up 3 steps. Note: the ceiling is low in the second bedroom - 1.8m. Both bedrooms share direct access to the bathroom.

There is a sofa bed in the living room, please contact us if you have a additional guests or want to use the sofa bed. An additional charge of $20 per night applies for use of the sofa bed.

The main open-plan area has a kitchenette, dining table and living area. The kitchenette offers a kettle, toaster, fridge (with small freezer compartment) and a microwave / combi oven for cooking simple things like pizzas.

The whole apartment was renovated in December 2021, and is generally modern and fresh.

We are situated towards the bottom of a steep hill, and along a short driveway that is shared between four houses. You will likely need your own car or taxi to get around.

There is space for one car on the driveway, and plenty on the road outside. From the driveway, there is a flight of stairs to get to the apartment, which is on the lower level of the house.

There are lots of lovely walks around the area, but it is hilly so come prepared!

We welcome children and pets, but no late-night partygoers please :)

The rental is for the whole, self-contained downstairs of a two story house.

To ensure we can provide you with the lowest possible discounted weekly and monthly rates, apartments are self-contained for the duration of the booking, however we do make sure they are stocked with an initial supply of the essentials like toilet paper, soap, shampoo and cleaning products so you've got everything you need to get you going when you first arrive!

For long term bookings over 2 months we also include in the rate a monthly light cleaning service and towel/linen change. If you would like additional servicing or restocking of the apartment during your stay we can happily arrange with our site manager for an extra charge.
