- "We are a family of three We stayed at this apartment for a period of 7 months due to insurance work, on our own home. All I can say is Louise was so accommodating to us with all our needs. Very easy to communicate with, and was always texting us each month when we had to extend, to see if we needed anything extra to add to her apartment, to meet our needs. Louise is truly a wonderful host. The apartment is rather large, and the balcony is very big for an apartment. The apartment has all modern appliances, and is relatively quiet. With 2 secure underground car spaces, I felt secure for my family whilst I had to go to work, and have our daughter stay home, due to online University classes. Did I mention the super fast broadband, it’s faster than our place, now we have returned home. If this apartment is available, for your accomodation needs, you should really consider this apartment. There are also plenty of street parking outside our property if you are arriving with cars. The living room has a decent size and is open to the main dinning room furnished with 60inch TV, leather sofa, fireplace and a massive bean bag. However, we sometimes have guests coming to stay on the same day you check out and unlike hotels, we do not have alternative rooms for them! If you need to check out after 12pm, an extra HALF DAY rate will be charged through Airbnb and the payment must be made on and before the night you check out for your request to be approved.
