I’m so excited to welcome guests to my beautiful home on the Gold Coast. My backyard is the ultimate space for having fun, relaxing and creating lifelong memories. I have built an adventure lover’s paradise with a professional skatepark, a luxe swimming pool, putting green and spaces for the little kids to enjoy too.

The space
Overlooking the lush Gold Coast hinterland, the stay at my family home includes three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. Guests will have the opportunity to get up close to my collection of memorabilia, with my trophies and medals from various competitions on display throughout the pad.

The professionally-sized skatepark, manicured putting green, sandpit and slide have the sports enthusiasts and kids covered. For anyone looking for a more relaxing getaway, the incredible pool with spectacular views will have you sorted.

Other things to note
Up to four guests will have the opportunity to have exclusive access to stay at my Gold Coast home from 30 September to 3 October for AUD $16 per night (plus taxes and fees). During the stay, guests will:

- Be able to enjoy the Gold Coast area and have fun in my ultimate adventure lover’s backyard
- Participate in a 1-hour BMX session with myself and some training buddies including the use of state-of-the-art bikes and equipment

Please note a section of the house will remain off limits and is reserved for owner’s private use.

I will at times be away for Long periods working in brisbane. When I am home I generally surf or do outdoor activities, if guests are surfers I have often done trips with them. If you need to know anything about the GC I am happy to help. I have had many international students also stay with me and occasionally where possible helped with things like finding work

Hi guys, the house is a town house with shared and private facilities, I live here on my own and occasionally my partner stays over.
I am in the process of modernising the property so please bear with me, the room has been renovated and is clean and fresh.
The house is in a secure gated complex with entrance and exit with key fob provided, the room has its own secure door lock.
Within walking distance are local tavern, fast food, large service stations for food, fuel etc.
The complex has a pool, gym, sauna, spa facilities available at specific hours.

Guest access
The downstairs living area is unavailable for guests, dining area is available for eating, kitchen area is available 6am to 10pm due to noise, smell etc.

No laundry facilities available.
Guests have access to a shared bathroom with whoever maybe staying at the property at the same time there is also a small toilet available downstairs, I have my own bathroom.
No real time restrictions but I would ask if we can ideally shower between 6.30 am to 10 pm due to noise, please do not use other people's personal hygiene products.
basic shower gel and towel is provided.
Please do not enter other people's rooms.
On site is a pool, gym, sauna, hot tub available at specific hours and rules for use.

During your stay
I am available via the air bnb ap and my private mobile number for any enquiries or issues involving the reservation.
At the property i am happy to help with advice if needed where possible for travel, sight seeing and getting around etc and I am sociable and friendly but also ask to respect each others privacy.

The house is a no shoes indoors property please remove when entering.

The unit is fully self-contained with a functional kitchen and full sized fridge and oven. It has a double bed and fold-out sofa and is suitable for up to three guests. It is a five minute walk into central Surfers and a ten minute walk to the beach. There is free wifi. Tea, coffee, and milk are provided.

Scheduled room refresh is done once a week for bookings exceeding 7 days.

Secluded, well-appointed, self-contained apartment with private courtyard, Mudgeeraba, Gold Coast

The space
Secluded, spacious apartment in an acreage setting on the edge of the Gold Coast hinterland, 5 minutes drive from Mudgeeraba village, 10 minutes from Robina Town Centre, and 20 minutes from the beach. Guests can choose from Springbrook or Mt Tamborine rainforest walks, or the local hinterland environmental park which is just down the road. You can enjoy the colourful and abundant birdlife with regular visits from king parrots, lorikeets and many others. Mudgeeraba is a unique village, with a rich history and is noted for its friendliness and social inclusion.

Of course, there are all the attractions for which the Gold Coast is famous, such as theme parks, some of the best beaches in the world and a multitude of café and dining options.

This attractive apartment includes an en-suite, kitchenette, private entry and has dedicated under-cover parking and a small courtyard alongside. Guests have use of the well maintained swimming pool. Free broadband is also included. The apartment includes an extra large king sized bed with a very comfortable posturepaedic mattress, air conditioning, a ceiling fan and smart tv with Kayo Sports and other apps, and comes with fridge/freezer, washing machine, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery and so on.
