Tamarind Street Cottage is a stylish, lovingly restored four-bedroom cottage overlooking the vibrant country town of Maleny. The Cottage is 3 minutes drive to the Maleny Golf Club. We are central to the Award Winning wedding venues such as Maleny Manor, Tiffanys, The Old Dairy and Goodwater Ridge.

The Cottage has two queen bedrooms and two double rooms individually warm and inviting allowing guests to enjoy the contemporary country aesthetics giving each bedroom a warm sense of belonging. A porta cot with fresh linen and highchair is also provided for guests staying with infants. The renovated bathroom includes shower, vanity and toilet. There is also an additional separate toilet.

The laundry is fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay and all laundry and kitchen products are provided.

The Cottage is furnished with a selection of cozy leather lounges, comfortable antique furniture and hand-woven rugs on the original family home hardwood floors. The fireplace fills the lounge room and formal dining with a warm ambience during the cooler months for guests to entertain or simply relax. We provide a generous supply of wood and kindling for your stay. Should you need additional of either wood or kindling, both are available at the IGA in the main street. The original 1950s country kitchen adjoins the Dining Conservatory creating a light filled relaxed connected space overlooking the garden.

The Cottage is fully airconditioned to ensure guest comfort all year round.

We have a Strictly No Animal/Pet Policy!! with respect to future guest requirements and the native wildlife that traverses the property. Tamarind Street Cottage does not charge any additional cleaning fees with your booking.

Guest access
- Guests are welcome to stroll around all areas of the property, but will be limited to accessing the area of the property where we reside in the main house at the back of the property.
- In order to not disturb the wildlife that call the lake their home, we do not allow swimming, fishing or boating on the lake.
- This is a private battleaxe acreage block with a 300 metre long driveway that leads up to a parking pad where there is space for two cars and is dedicated to cabin parking.
Other things to note
The lake, dam and other areas of the property are ungated. Because of this, we respectfully ask that children are supervised at all times when on the property and that you should consider this prior to booking with us.

Convenient location with only a short drive into to town, walking distance to King Ludwig's and other local restaurants. Can get a bit cold in winter, so start the heater early."
