Sea Foam Cottage is a recently renovated villa in Corindi where guests can make the most of the garden and terrace. This property offers access to a balcony, free private parking, and free Wifi. On clear days, guests can head outside to enjoy the villa's outdoor fireplace or simply kick back and relax. Kitchen, lounge and dining are open plan with lovely view of the park, the estuary and boat ramp. The master bedroom features a queen bed and spacious cabinet with views of the park and river and is joining the living room. We have a queen bed in the second bedroom and 2 single beds in the third. There is a bathroom with a toilet, shower and vanity and a separate toilet and sink.. The covered verandah faces park, boat ramp and estuary. The BBQ area is out the back.(gas bbq has wheels, can be taken to front verandah if preferred)
The yard is fully fenced. Well behaved pets are welcome. Pet owners are asked to clean up after their pets if needed. If you intend to bring a pet please let us know.
Please give us at least 48 hours notice if you intend to stay.

At present the house behind us is being renovated so there can be noise associated with renovating a house during week days.

Red Rock

Red Rock is a lovely quiet village in a very picturesque setting. There are two beaches, the 'Big Beach' with a bit of a surf for the more adventurous or the 'Little Beach' with a pool at low tide for the little ones and lovely shaded spots protected from southerlies to enjoy and relax. The beaches are patrolled at weekends and in school holidays (observe signs at beach)
The estuary is great for kayaks, canoes, paddle boards, swimming.....
If fishing is your passion you can choose from fishing off the rocks at the headland, fishing on the beach, along the broad walk in the river or from a boat in the estuary or the ocean.
Along the river is a park with a children's playground, electric BBQs and tables and a great local store for essentials and great take-aways.
Kayak hire etc. is also available from the shop.
Red Rock is a bird watcher's dream with a lot of rare birds to be spotted along the river or in the heath. In spring the flowers in the heath are worthwhile a visit.
From July to November the headland is a great place for whale watching.
There is a bowling green and tennis courts. The bowling club has a bar and bistro for those who want to eat out. A bit further away (6km's) is the Amble Inn in Corindi. A pub with a great atmosphere and a very good restaurant.

Surrounding area

To the north Red Rock adjoins Yuraygir National Park with beautiful pristine beaches and rock pools.
Red Rock is situated in the Solitary Island Marine Park, there are very good dive sites at the nearby islands where divers can enjoy encounters with mantas, eagle rays, grey nurse sharks etc. and a multitude of fish.
The closest dive operators are situated in Mullaway (10 min. drive) and Coffs Harbour (30 min drive).
Woolgoolga (15 min drive) is the closest town. It has a large Sikh Punjabi community and the pure white Guru Nanak Sikh Temple is an outstanding feature of the town. There are supermarkets, lovely coffee shops, vegetable and spice shops, curry restaurants, a lively pub and markets near the beach once a month and several festivals throughout the year.
Another 15 min down the road you get to Coffs Harbour, a large town with shopping centres, cinemas, a theatre, lots of pubs, hotels, tourist attractions etc.
Further afield along the waterfall Way are Bellingen, a trendy and touristy town with lots of music events, coffee shops etc. and Dorrigo with a 'skywalk' in the National Park, waterfalls, etc.

Heritage House, 14 Ford St, Red Rock NSW 2456

Enjoy your coastal getaway at Red Rock's oldest, heritage listed house, (circa 1880). Lovingly restored the property is located centrally in the Red Rock village less than 100 meter's easy walk to the park like reserve, ocean beach, bowling club and fully equipped general store. Go to sleep at night where the only sound you hear is the sound of the ocean.

The house accommodates a maximum of 6 with 2 queen beds and 2 single beds in 3 bedrooms. There are 2 outdoor eating areas where you can enjoying the open air in the back yard or under cover of the front verandah and the property is pet friendly with fully fenced back yard. Your pets house movements are restricted to the back verandah only.

You will need to bring your own sheets and towels as linen is NOT supplied and in the interests of water conservation please limit water usage to shorter showers and not leaving taps running unnecessarily.

Please note that Heritage House is someone's home, not a motel, and expect guests to leave the house in the condition they found it. Cleaning products and equipment are provided. If the house is left in disarray or not cleaned a minimum $120 cleaning fee will apply.

Keys are available via a key safe located at the property. Access Code will be provided to guests no later than 48 hours before check-in.

Our cute little beach shack is the perfect spot for a coastal escape. Offering the ultimate in privacy, away from the crowds, and nestled in a completely secluded bush setting. The ultimate bird watchers paradise! Only a short walk to beaches, the estuary, shop, and an even shorter roll to Red Rock's main social venue - The Bowlo!

Fully self-contained, it comfortably sleeps up to four adults. A maximum of TWO canine friends are very welcome!

Away from the bustle of caravans and only a five minute walk to the beach, creek or boat ramp, our secluded cottage offers sun-kissed privacy behind a bush garden filled with native birds. Our front and back yard are both fully fenced, providing a safe place for your dog to relax.

The house features a queen master suite with two singles in the second bedroom.

Guests are welcome to all facilities.

We live offsite but can be contacted by email or phone at any time. We have a caretaker who looks after the property, however she is unavailable at short notice and often out of town on weekends and school holidays. For this reason we are also unable to accommodate back to back bookings on weekends (i.e. same day check-out/check-in on Saturday or Sunday) as she is unavailable to prepare the property for the next guests.

Please note blankets and pillows are available however sheets and towels are not provided.

Check-in/check-out is firm unless alternative times requested at time of booking. As we do not live on site and rely on our caretaker check-in is 2pm and check-out is 10am. The town of Red Rock relies on tank water. We ask that you use water wisely. If there is a power outage you will not have access to water until the power is restored as the pump is electric.

For a good feed you can walk across the street to the One Rock Bistro at the Bowlo, catch the courtesy bus to the Amble Inn, or drive 10 minutes to Woolgoolga for a restaurant meal.

For all your shopping needs Coffs Harbour is only half an hour South. There is a large Woolworths in Woolgoolga, or you could organise online delivery from Woolworths or Coles online.

Everything in Red Rock is within walking distance of 5-10 minutes. The local pub in Corindi offers a courtesy bus, but a vehicle is required to travel to and from Red Rock.

Red Rock is a quiet seaside hamlet with a variety of beaches at your doorstep. Play cricket or relax along the Corindi River in the park. Swim in the Corindi River and float the incoming tide, or paddle the canoe up into the estuary to catch yourself some dinner, chill with a picnic at little beach, take walks along the vast Red Rock beach or paddle accross the Corindi River and discover the beaches of Yuragir National Park! The Sandbar Holiday House is a renovated 1950's beach house located front and centre among the houses with river frontage at Red Rock NSW - see Map. This cute little holiday shack features 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and remote controlled ceiling fans, and a front enclosed sunroom and dining room with full length opening bifold windows. The Sandbar sleeps a maximum of 4 guests in total.

This property emphasizes location being centrally located within very short walking distance to all of the Red Rock attractions. Red Rock is a quiet coastal hide-away situated 35km north of Coffs Harbour in NSW. "The Willows" beach house backs onto a vegetated sand dune with a path leading straight onto the back beach. It's just walking distance from the Red Rock Estuary, bowls club and caravan park kiosk.

If you are after a perfect relaxing holiday destination, it is great for quiet walks, fishing, picnic/BBQs, bird watching, boating, swimming in the surf or floating down the river.

The house can easily cater for two families with its three bedrooms (2 x Queen bedrooms plus 1 x bedroom containing 2 bunks - double bed bottoms and single bed tops). Red Rock is close by and a great place for swimming, fishing, kayaking and snorkelling with it's fresh, clear water.
The Woolgoolga 18 hole Golf Course is also a short drive and is situated at Safety Beach.
Corindi is a 10 minute drive to Woolgoolga where there’s Woolworths, restaurants, coffee shops, clubs and some boutique shops and the famous Woopi Beach.
This area offers some of the North Coast’s best beaches including Arrawarra Headland, Moonee, Safety Beach and Red rock. Coffs Harbour is a 30 minute drive away.
The surrounding area offers beautiful coastal and bush walks and is a very popular swimming and fishing area with an abundance of wild life making it the perfect beach getaway.

- "House was so tastefully-decorated and the owners made sure we had everything we needed. Pool was great for the kids and the owners even provided pool toys and beach bags and toys for the beach. Fully-equipped modern kitchen was fantastic and filled with nice dishes, cutlery and pantry supplies. Only downside was we were not told the dishwasher was unusable so we loaded it up (family of 5 and we had meals at home) and then had to unload everything and clean up the food spills inside the machine. We have no problems doing the dishes by hand but would’ve been nice to know. All rooms were excellent, beds (thank you for having proper beds!) were extremely comfy and felt clean, carpets and bathrooms all clean which we really appreciated. We had driven a really long way up from Sydney so it was very nice to arrive at a beautiful home where we could relax. Overall a really lovely stay and we would definitely stay again.
