This unit has just been fully renovated. It is located in a very quiet and street. It is ideal for a small family and it's also pet friendly. You will find the major shopping center to be only 1 kilometers away.
Inside the unit it is very clean and well presented with plenty of space in the living and bedrooms.
It is perfect for someone thats wants to stay over a week or more. You will have the ability to cook etc
with all the necessary items to make it easy. Also it the gives you ability to wash your clothes on a regular bases. The property has a very big garden, ideal for larger dogs.
The city centre is only 25 min drive and the barossa is just under 1 hr drive.
The Adelaide hills, are approx 15 min away.

All are welcome to stay at Chooks Paradise for 2 nights minimum if you are able to bring your own linen or sleeping bags. Pillows, pillowslips, towels and blankets will still be provided. If staying longer than 2 nights, all manchester will be provided.
The bathroom has had a bit of an up-grade, and the bath has been removed, due to dodgy old pipes, so from March of 2023, there is no bathroom, only a shower room.
Close to the CBD in Gilles Plains, this two bedroom house comfortably accommodates 2 people. There are 3 x single beds, and therefore I would accept bookings for 3 x people, but it will be cramped, so please take on board this info.

This lovely house located in a quiet street and surrounding by green. It has big back yard and front yard, fully fence, great for family and kids staying. 5 Mins' drive to Tea Tree Plaza,16 km(17 mins drive) to Gorge wild life park,54 km to Barossa Valley. It's very convenience for shopping and sightseeing.
No party or events allowed in this property. Quiet time is after 11pm. Guests must clean all the dishes, empty the bins and tidy up the house before they check out.

Just 15 km north of Adelaide CBD. 4 min drive from Tea Tree Plaza shopping centre, food courts, Cinema, Library and modbury hospital. Just 15 min to CBD through O'Bahn from Tea Tree Plaza interchange. Walking distance from Paravista and Clovercrest shopping centres.
1 minute and 2 minutes walk to two bus stops that directly go to city.

Other than the unit, you can also access the backyard. this area will be shared between the host and the guest so it is very likely for the guests and host to cross path in the backyard.

Our booked house in Enfield was cancelled by its host less than 2 weeks prior to our event and this was the only available house close by and suitable four group. - "My booking got cancelled by the host on the day that I was about to arrive. Can you imagine all the stress that my family and I had been through trying to find a place to stay at the last minute? My holiday became a nightmare. Inadequate communication from the host, it always me trying to contact the host a day before the arrival date and on the day (we were driving from Melbourne to Adelaide). I tried to call many time but the host did not answer the phone and after sending text messages and screenshot my booking reference, I got a text replying that I cannot stay at the accommodation that I booked and paid for. There was no cancellation notice or communication from Stayz about this. Then I called to their customer support line but the operators (yes I call twice and met with two different operators, I was that desperate) were unable to assist in any way other than saying that they would send email regarding the refund which I still have not received that email nor my refund yet after almost 1 week from that day. Now I am waiting to see how Stayz would resolve this before further complain is lodged."

This really is like your home away from home, tastefully put together with mid-century furniture and original artworks, even down to the collectable glassware, crockery and napkins.

Booking is at your own risk should there be any travel restrictions or other events (both personal and public) that may affect your stay dates. To be clear, this means that if you are locked down, or the area around the accommodation is locked down, that our cancellation policy still applies.
• We have a non-refundable cancellation policy. We cannot refund any more than this policy stipulates for any reason.
• Please note that the host will not be responsible for refunding any money due to unfortunate events that affect the number of nights you stay under any circumstances.
• You are STRONGLY advised to take out adequate travel insurance to cover any unfortunate events on your trip.
PARTIES, NOISE AND ANY VIOLATIONS
• No parties: There are families and elderly neighbours. If there are events, we will impose harsh penalties including potential fines, cancel your booking early and call the police or security, which becomes expensive for the party host. Excessive noise or violations of any of the terms of this agreement will be grounds for immediate termination. Please enjoy your time out at the bar and come home quietly. Refer to our ‘things to do’ section in the guide for activity suggestions!
• Please respect the noise curfew between 10pm and 7am. Excessive noise or violations of any of the terms of this agreement will be grounds for immediate termination of occupancy.
LIABILITY
• Your belongings are not covered by our insurance if damaged, lost, stolen or destroyed.
• The host accepts no responsibility or liability for damage or injury in any way which you or any member of your party may suffer in connection with the accommodation.
OUR GUESTS
• You must be 23 (twenty-three) years old and above to book this listing.
• The maximum number of guests allowed in and at the house is your reservation guest count ONLY. Please, no external visitors.
• If you are bringing an infant on your trip to stay in the property, this is at your own risk. We have not made the property specifically infant-friendly and it is the guest’s discretion to decide if the property is safe to bring an infant.

DURING YOUR STAY POLICIES
• Upon booking, the reservation holder agrees that the host and maintenance staff can enter the apartment listing anytime within your stay to address and/or fix maintenance issues. For urgent issues, a minimum of 1 hour notice will be given. For non-urgent issues, the host will provide at least 24 hours’ notice to enter the apartment.
• We supply 1 towel per person and no extra bed linens, tea towels, or hand towels.
• You could bring your own towels as we don’t provide extras, even for long stays.
• Strictly no smoking is allowed inside the property. You must go outside on the street. If you smoke inside, you forfeit your entire security deposit.
• Please leave the property reasonably tidy. Excessive cleaning will incur an additional fee.
• Strictly no pets allowed.
DAMAGE & LOST KEYS
• If you accidentally break anything in the apartment during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible.
• Please attach the property’s keys to your own set. Please return the keys following your stay. If you lose a key, the host will arrange a locksmith to change the locks and replace the keys at your expense.
• Please be mindful of the furnishings. Damage beyond general wear and tear will incur an additional damage request.
IMPORTANT
• There is always a chance of construction nearby or in the apartment building of our properties. If this happens during your stay, we are unfortunately not able to compensate as it is outside of our control. We also cannot be responsible for building or street-wide power outages that are out of our control (extremely rare).

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated.
