The large secure yard with access to the double bay shed means that Ambiente Cottage is both pet and family friendly. Walking distance to corner store, CBD and Base Hospital. There are two Queen Size beds, and two single beds. All beds have new mattresses and bedding and are super comfortable. We also have a fully assembled cot available for use if requested.

There are two bathrooms; the main bathroom includes a shower over bath, the second bathroom includes a level access, walk in shower. The instant hot water system and great water pressure will ensure a fantastic shower.

There is a laundry with a new front loader washing machine, dryer, iron and board. We also have some pet towels and blankets for use during your stay.

There is a Smart TV with Netflix and wifi to ensure the whole family is entertained!

Pets are more than welcome to stay at the cottage. We do ask that pets are not left inside unattended whilst you are not home. We also kindly ask that pets are not allowed on any furniture or bedding - red paw prints do not come out in the wash! We can put you in touch with a wonderful pet sitter if required.

To access Hollowtree Farm you go over a grid at the front entrance where there is approximately 200metres of gravel road down to the cabin.

You are more than welcome to explore the picturesque 30 acres. Just be aware that we do have electric fences that keep our horses and cattle in.

To that back of the cabin we have a row citrus trees that you are welcome to help yourself to before the Cockatoos do.

Our farm is beside Jubilee park which is renowned for mountain bike riding and hiking trails.

Lots of people have commented " What a comfortable bed" and " just perfect". Most people enjoy the peace and quiet.

I seem to have become very sensitive to cigarette smoke, so no smokers, please.

'Piemaker's Rest', originally home to a baker of memorable pies, is a studio apartment on the ground floor of our home. Your accommodation includes a separate keyed entrance, private terrace, bathroom, small kitchen and open plan sleeping space. Access is through the garden, including some steps.

Coffee shops, parks, and a convenience store are within one km, grocery shops are within two kms. Bushwalking trails, TAFE, St Vincent's hospital, and the Saturday Farmers Markets are close by.

The space
Piemaker's Rest has a queen size bed, TV, very comfortable couch, a table suitable for meals and/or remote working, and a range of books for you to enjoy. The bathroom is quite spacious.

The BnB retains elements from its original purpose as a workspace, the floor is concrete covered with rugs and mats, and metal beams run across the ceiling. The kitchen includes a cooktop, fridge, microwave, double sink, saucepans, kettle, toaster, cutlery and crockery, and a washing machine.

Entrance is through a glass sliding door from the private guest terrace. Tea and coffee are provided, and the outside table and chairs are a great spot to enjoy a cuppa.

Off street parking is suitable for small and medium sized vehicles, access to your accommodation is through the garden, including some uneven sections of path.

My much loved little dog, Ollie, is an enthusiastic co-host and welcome party. I ask that guests be careful to close gates, including the one giving access to the guest terrace. This will ensure your privacy, and Ollie's security.

Other things to note
Access to the BnB is through either the front or back garden. There are three steps from the driveway into the front garden and a step from the front garden onto the guest terrace. Access through the back garden means avoiding the stairs. There is one step at the entry into the BnB .

This is a double bedroom in my 4 bedroom home on the outskirts of Toowoomba. Enjoy the open spaces with lots of gum trees, wallabies & bird life around my 1/2 acre. I am only 10 mins to Toowoomba Plaza & the Uni. I have 2 other bedrooms on separate listings. There is a separate toilet and bathroom for the use of the 3 rooms. You will share the kitchen, dining and lounge with me ( when home). I have a lovely fireplace for cool nights and air con in lounge when it gets hot. No public transport.

A friendly place to sleep for 1-2 people in a small room. Must like small dogs. ~10mins drive to USQ, hospital, and the CBD. Sharing a comfortable character home with a friendly female human, small dog, and maybe 1-2 other guests, in a quiet neighbourhood. Shared access to the living room, kitchen, bathroom etc. Essentials provided in the well-equipped kitchen (tea, coffee, milk, cooking oil, spreads, condiments, perhaps more), and you can use a small work area to park your laptop. All welcome.

The space
This is a sunroom so it's warm during the day... probably suited best to guests who have somewhere else to go most of the daytime. The room isn't spacious but for students and workers it's comfortable, and unlike some unwelcoming share accom I've stayed at - you are welcome to use the dining and living rooms... maybe we will even watch a movie together. I am a warm and friendly hostess, sensitive to your privacy but still welcoming you into my living space. You will have wi-fi, good coffee, and quality toilet paper. :-) Your cosy bedroom has a double bed and hanging space. There is access to a small study nook (desk, lamp, power board) in the living room.

During your stay
The back of the house is my workspace, tho I might be studying which I tend to do from the living room couch. Depending on the length of your stay, I'll probably have a few chats with you unless I'm busy. I just ask that if you're in the dining/living area for some time that you keep noise levels reasonable so I can study nearby.

Other things to note
If you don't like small dogs this probably isn't the place for you as mine is indoors with me most of the time. If you leave your door open you'll possibly get an inquisitive friendly visit from a small critter.

There is no washing machine access in this listing... the machine is in a private part of the house. If I'm around and the weather is good I could maybe wash and fold for you at $10 a load.
