Oasis in Mariner's Cover is a permanently stationary, spacious 2 storey, 2 bedroom floating home with direct access to beach, restaurants, bars, shopping, parking, jet skiing, party cruises, whale watching, parasailing, scuba diving and many other exciting activities offered in Gold Coast watersports and party district. Comfortably accommodates 4-6 guests. Pets allowed.
The space
This floating home was recently refurbished and now includes the latest amenities and conveniences to grant you the perfect houseboat experience of comfortable living on the water.
It accommodates up to six, with 1 ensuite (2 single beds) and living area (with 2 sofa beds) downstairs and 2nd ensuite (queen bed) and kitchen/dining upstairs. Both upstairs and downstairs offer plenty of deck/balcony space to take in the Broadwater views.

Some of the notable amenities you will find include two bathrooms, a washer/dryer, air-conditioner, a gourmet equipped kitchen, with large fridge, ice maker, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, etc

It can comfortably and conveniently accommodate four and up to six guests. It has a fully equipped kitchen for meal preparation, a spacious lounge area ideal for relaxation while watching the TV, and a front deck where guests can enjoy reading a book, sipping a cold drink or spend time relaxing while soaking in the marina views.

Other things to note
We are centrally located in The Mariner's cove Marina, only a short 3-5 min walk to cafes and restaurants in the Marina itself and next door Marina Mirage Shopping Mall. When you stay you will be close to everything!
Seaworld, Famous Tedder Avenue, Southport Yacht Club, the Southport Surf Club and the sandy shores of Main Beach are within walking distance. The Spit with its extended public parkland is short 5min drive or approx. 20min walk.
The accommodation is a short distance to Broadwater Parklands (short car trip or approx. 25 minute walk).The parklands offer expansive landscaped grounds for picnics, walks, the Rock Pools and houses the Southport Aquatic Centre, cafes, children’s playgrounds (including jumping trampoline).
Surfers Paradise - 10min drive
Theme parks (Movie World, Wet'n'Wild, Paradise Country) - approx. 25min drive

Leave the fishing to a visiting pelican and try a unique experience of feeding schoals of fish living in the marina straight from your balcony instead.

Don’t leave your legged family member behind! Bring it on! We love pets(up to 2 allowed)! However, owners assume full responsibility for damages and other mistakes of pets, as well as their safety.

Being a floating houseboat the Oasis is not recommended for children under 5, and not suitable for people with challenged mobility.

No smoking! Vaping is fine though.
