We much prefer the north facing side due to the sun. Unfortunately though with this stay we had some issues that will probably prevent us from returning. The noise from the quests below was unacceptably loud when they were using their deck to a point where we needed to close the sliding doors. I think the sound just bounced of the glass balustrade and made it sound like they were in our apartment. The second issue was that the bed linen in the master bedroom was thread bare and well passed its use by date. Other than that, we love Soul on the Esplande, its location, its facilities and the apartment layouts."

The condition of the unit overall was run down with several damaged areas to walls,ceilings, doors,and the stairs had not been cleaned in a long time they were filthy. The curtains in the bedrooms had mould on them and some of them were off their hangers. Windows were filthy and all sliding doors were extremely hard to slide, some would struggle to open them. There were light globes out in several rooms. And the wi fi is woeful. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone."

Bedroom is equipped with a comfortable QUEEN bed to accommodate two guests. The room also contains a comfy armchair, chest of drawers , and 40” smart TV with Netflix. There is a double wardrobe with 4 drawers and a large window with views of the garden.

You will be sharing the living space with hosts Vicky and Carrie - a married lqbtqia couple, and their little dog Tashi. We will be available and happy to assist with any enquiries and will be home much of the time - however we prefer to allow our guests to enjoy the space independently.

We have a small dog called Tashi. She is a Tibetan Spaniel, with long fur. She is a rescue dog so she is very shy. Having guests is helping her to build her confidence and socialize her with people, so we thank you in advance for being kind with her.

These are both available upon request. For safety & hygiene reasons, we don't provide linens & mattress for the portacot. This is due to the sensitive nature of precious baby skin and the detergents often used by large commercial laundries to clean these. It is much better for you to use fabrics, linens and to have your own mattress that are familiar to your baby's skin to avoid any sensitivities or allergic reactions. However, these cots do come with padded mat for the base.
