To maximize the experience of luxury and enjoyment, only the top quality furnishings and appliances adorn this magnificent unit. Topping it all off, there is a brand new 7 seater outdoor spa available so guests can truly enjoy the beautiful scenery while having a few drinks.

The kitchen is decked with modern appliances with glasses, plates, coffee machine, oven stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, sandwich press and utensils so guests can create their own spectacular dishes at the comfort of home. It also has its own washer and dryer.

The lower floor has one bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 single beds while the third bedroom has a queen bed. The master's bedroom located on the second floor has its own ensuite with a spa bath, a walk-in closet and its own private balcony.

We made sure that only high quality and premium linens, sheets, pillows and towels are used to maximize customer comfort and enjoyment. We also offer a one time complimentary essential kit of soap, shampoo, toilet paper, coffee and tea. Guests can find groceries nearby if they need to buy more during their stay.

Ample storage space is also provided for luggage and other souvenirs that guests may fancy buying during their stay.

The house can also fit two cars in the parking space.

Guest access
To provide maximum comfort and satisfaction, guests will have complete and private access to the whole apartment during their stay.

Guests have also access to the large shared private jetty for boats and jetskis, fully ducted air-conditioning Electric awnings, kayak and 2 new life vests, and the brand new jacuzzi.

Please be aware that we charge an extra $50 for the use of the outdoor jacuzzi as we would have to put new chemicals after each guest.

- This is a meet-and-greet check-in. Our staff will require all listed guests to present their ID upon check-in.

- Guest must inform us 24 hours before arriving to avoid significant delay during check-in.
- No room service and only one-time check-out cleaning is provided.
- We only provide one bath towel per person during the entire stay. Extra towels can be pre-ordered at an extra fee.
- No beach towels provided.
- We provide a one-time essentials kit (shampoo, soap, toilet paper) and tea/coffee upon your arrival. The supermarket is 5 minutes away if you run out and need extra things you may need for the rest of your stay.

Beautifully-decorated large four-bedroom, 4 bathroom Villa is perfectly designed and has three small outdoor balconies, the Villa offers a beautiful private place to unwind, relax and enjoy the closeness of Surfers paradise and what it has to offer.

You’ll be greeted with a generous, open-plan living space that flows between a kitchen, butlers pantry, living and outdoor entertainment area with your own private pool.

Indoors you’ll find a dining table for 8 people, 2 lounges, smart TV, while outside you’ll find an outdoor dining space and a BBQ (Please see notes)

The second level is where you’ll find four bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms have a KING beds while the fourth bedroom features 2 single beds,. Two of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms.

There is also a walk through shared bathroom with a shower, bath and a separate toilet for other guest.

As an addition downstairs there is a media room to watch movies or sporting events away from the main living area which can be used as the 5th bedroom (No door) would prefer for children only

The kitchen is fitted with all you’ll need—including a dishwasher, stove top, oven, microwave and all basic cooking utensils, a butlers pantry with a coffee machine.
