To provide maximum comfort and satisfaction, guests will have complete and private access to the whole apartment during their stay.

Guests have also access to the large shared private jetty for boats and jetskis, fully ducted air-conditioning Electric awnings, kayak and 2 new life vests, and the brand new jacuzzi.

Please be aware that we charge an extra $50 for the use of the outdoor jacuzzi as we would have to put new chemicals after each guest.

This property has a strict no party, no Schoolies, no Hens, no Bucks and no Weddings policy - You will be removed if you break these rules.
Please be mindful of your neighbours, quiet time is from 10pm every night and before 8am each morning. The primary guest must be at least 24 years old. Bookings of adults under 24 are not permitted due to insurance requirements. All adult bookings may be subject to questions about age and purpose of stay to mitigate fraud and unauthorised gatherings.

Starter Supplies
We provide all guests with starter supplies to make your stay more enjoyable. The starter supplies are not to last for your entire stay, only to last until you get settled in. Starter supplies may include, Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bath towels, tea towel, coffee pods, sugar, milk.

Check-in check-out
Standard check-in time is 2:00pm and check-out time is strictly 10:00am. We can occasionally accommodate early and late check-in/out however this is something we can only confirm within 3 days of your arrival date. We need to ensure the cleaners and check-in staff can assist with this request. There is a charge for early check-in and/or late check-outs. 12pm (Midday) is the maximum extension for both. If you wish to arrive before midday, we suggest booking the night prior to your arrival to allow your early check-in. This also applies to an overly late check-out (booking the night of departure).
We will be in contact with your specific check-in instructions closer to your arrival date.

Payment Schedule
20% deposit upon booking to secure your dates will be charged to your nominated card.
Balance due 30 days prior to check in.
If you are checking in within 30 days the total amount will be due right away.

Tastefully decorated with a touch of Tuscan luxury, the property has a wonderful relaxing vibe. First to greet you on arrival is the superb sparkling pool and outdoor entertaining space. With tropical frangipane overhead, there is both an outdoor lounge setting undercover and a dining suite with electric awning to keep off the midday sun. Whether sipping on cocktails or enjoying meals, this is a wonderful space. Use the outdoor shower to wash off the sand from your day at the beach.

Head indoors and the sunken living room is inviting with its leather lounge and large wall mounted TV. Past the dining room is the well-equipped kitchen and there is also a powder room and laundry tucked behind. The back lounge is another lovely space with leather lounges and TV, and the wrap around courtyard culminates here in a delightful water feature. With so much glass, there is an abundance of natural light, while overhead fans and ducted heating and air-conditioning will keep you comfortable.

Upstairs is just as comfortable, the master suite boasting a King bed, walk-in wardrobe and luxury ensuite with bathtub and separate shower. Enjoy morning coffee on the shuttered enclosed balcony with table and chairs looking down over the pool and surrounding area. There is also a generous Queen bedroom and the third has two single beds. They share another well-appointed bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet.
