Positioned well away from the street, this spacious house is in quiet neighbourhood within walking distance to bus stop, parks, Heathwood 7/11 Oporto, restaurants, bakery, etc. and 1 km away from Logan Motorway (M2). Forest Lake Shopping centre is nearby (2.7 km/ 6 min drive) and short drive (7 min) to the lake and the parklands (Exercise/ BBQ facilities) with walking tracks around the lake.

25-30 min drive to Brisbane CBD, 40-50 min drive to Gold Coast and 1 h bus ride to Brisbane city centre.

There is a smart TV (to watch Netflix, YouTube, etc.), bar fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, etc in the room.

The house has ducted air conditioning and heating, ducted vacuum, stainless steel appliances in the kitchen.

The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a dining table with chairs. Plenty of cupboard space and walk-in pantry in the kitchen. Washing machine is available in the laundry and a 4k Smart TV, leather lounge, etc. are in the lounge area.

We are located closed to bus stop, the local bus goes to Brisbane CBD, 25 mins away from Brisbane Airport and 10mins away from Chermside Shopping Centre.

Bedroom 3 single occupant. Its a very tidy and clean house that is fully furnished. There are bus stops within walking distance, Griffith University is within 4 minutes bus ride, Brisbane city is within 15-20 mins on the express bus. It's located near Hibiscus sports complex which has a gym, basketball court and swimming pool etc.

My place welcomes single guest only. It's a 3-bedroom townhouse. I occupied the main bedroom with ensuite, the second one by a lady friend, and the third one is for the guest. It has a comfortable double bed, AirCon, study desk and wardrobe. Big bathroom is shared and another toilet downstairs, as well as the kitchen and living room. Wifi and Netflix are included too. The place is in a very convenient location, very close to shops, schools, parks, restaurants and bus stations to/from city.

Private studio on the side of the busy noise road in a nice neighborhood. 12 minutes drive to the airport and 12 minutes to city. 5 minutes to Chemside shopping centre , bus stop just outside the door.

My apartment is in the heart of inner suburb, New Farm, right on the riverside. Close to shops, New Farm Park, public transport and CityCat (ferry).
Off-street parking is available but shared with other residents and staff in the building so not always guaranteed during peak time

About the Building:
This complex is a little older but has been maintained extremely well by the owner so it still feels young. My apartment is not accessibility friendly as it’s on the top floor and requires walking up 2 flights of stairs.
The location of the room also has some road noise so not ideal for light sleepers.

Living room, kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, Internet, and patio are all available for guests.

During your stay
I have now moved out so you will be greeted and hosted by my housemate Dona who lives in the master bedroom.
I will pop in every now and then to collect stuff
