We saw that you should make a reservation for dinner by calling a number posted in our room and we did so. Upon arriving at the dining room we saw that it was a buffet this night. We walked up to the waitress and asked if we had an assigned table for our reservation. I told her our room number in German as she did not seem to speak English. She could not find our room number on the list and seemed perturbed and called someone and I had to ask her if she had a free table for us. She was not very nice and told us to sit anywhere. She did not bring menus for us to look at and I asked for a schwarzbier and she gave me a look as what was that. My wife asked if she had dunkel bier and she went off to get them. The waitress and bartender seemed to be more interested in playing on their cell phones than helping their customers. I am not a great German speaker but she seemed to not like to help us because we were not speaking proper German. The overall experience was not very good and we will not travel to this hotel again because of this."

We ate at the hotel's restaurant and ordered white wine from grapes whose vines were within sight, perhaps a couple hundred yards above? Only hesitation regarding the property? It's been very hot this week and without air conditioning, one must sleep with the windows open and/or decide whether the ambiant noise of the diners below or the loud whirr of the room's fan is going to be the most distracting. Bring earplugs and you should be just fine! "
