- "Hotel and facilities were fantastic. Staff in gernal were very friendly and helpful. Pool area was a nice place to be. You will read in other reviews that they play constant "vibe" music at the pool. I had mixed feelings about this. It was nice sometimes, other times I just put in my noise cancelling Airpods. There was a Saxaphone player accompanying the music on Sunday which was actaually really enjoyable. There is a fantastric walk.cycling path all the wya to Estepona (9km). You are slightly closer to Puerto Banus. One downside is that is nothing within reasinable walking distance in the evening. Its drive or taxi/Uber.Cancelada is the nearest town, it's across the motorway. I didn't venture over there. "

- "I've just spent 6 very happy days at this resort. I loved the room which was extremely comfortable and well kitted-out even with a washing machine. Fabulous shower in the bathroom, comfortable bed and 2 large televisions in the bedroom and sitting room. Didn't see a lot of the staff as I was out and about most of the time, but they were all very pleasant and polite when I did. Parking was easy, below the hotel, and very convenient for my room. The pool looked lovely, but I didn't have time, or the inclination, to use it in February. I loved my time at the Royal Marbella Golf Resort and if I need to return to this area, I would definitely try to stay here again. "
