As soon as you swing back the door to this generously-sized villa, you’ll know you made the right choice of holiday getaway. Awaiting your arrival are some downright jaw-dropping vistas. The elevated location, seemingly on top of the world, affords 180 degrees of unbroken sea views, encompassing Gibraltar and Africa.



The front door opens to reveal a charming entrance infused with natural light from an overhead skylight. Colourful wall tiles and ornamental wrought iron work lend a flash of Andalusian flair, setting the tone for the holiday. Based on the principles of simplicity and natural beauty, the décor and furnishing are understated yet stylish. The interior is designed so that the postcard vistas this villa commands are nearly always in sight.



Set over three levels, the villa is perfect for entertaining, with a spacious layout offering 5 bedrooms. On the entry level you will find an open plan living/dining room, fronted by a huge covered terrace with lounging and dining areas. Occupying pride of place at the front of the house is a sparkling pool, surrounded by a lawn and tiled deck with sun loungers. The swimming pool is 8m x 4m and has a depth of 1m - 2m. Back inside, there is a well-appointed kitchen, making meal preparation a treat. Its design, with high-end appliances, a large granite island bench/breakfast bar, reflects the owner’s passion for cooking. There are two coffee machines. A traditional one with beans and a Nespresso one. Still on the ground floor, off the entrance hall is the first en suite bedroom.



Found on the upper floor are 3 en suite bedrooms, with the master suite privy to spectacular ocean views, which can be savoured from the private balcony. The staircase landing features a cosy reading nook with a bookcase and comfy armchair. One more level up is the huge roof terrace housing the fifth bedroom and a separate bathroom. (the bathroom is accessed by walking a few meters on the roof terrace, outside) All mod cons including high speed Internet, IPTV and air conditioning throughout. Oh, we almost forgot to mention the delightful little vegetable/ herb patch under the house. So you can just snip some fresh herbs to garnish and flavour your cooking or better yet grab a bunch of mint for mojitos at sunset.



Pool heating is optional at €300/week. Pool heating is available between May and October depending on the temperature.

LOCATION:



The villa is situated in the highly desirable neighbourhood of Seghers, Estepona. Set on a gentle hillside, Seghers commands some fabulous sea views. It is a peaceful and well maintained community, favoured by those looking for a quiet setting but with quick access to amenities. The marina is a short walk away and the town centre a 5-minute drive. The popular family beach, Playa de Cristo with its shallow waters, is also within walking distance. The Police Station is at its entrance, just in case.



Estepona is located some 25 km west of Marbella and en route to Sotogrande and Gibraltar. It is sheltered on the north by the striking Sierra Bermeja mountain range. Fronting the full length of the town is a wide sweeping beach, complemented by a beautiful promenade with kids’ playgrounds, restaurants, bars, etc.



Like a lot of coastal towns in southern Spain, Estepona started out as a fishing village and has developed organically over centuries rather than rapidly over decades. As a result, it is still refreshingly low key and has retained its pueblo atmosphere with a characterful old town full of narrow cobbled streets and tiny plazas edged with cafes. Its palm-tree lined avenues, parks thick with flowers and streets full of plant blooms, spilling out of the pretty pots have earned Estepona the sobriquet “The Garden of the Costa del Sol”.



Estepona has undergone a major makeover and one of the projects has been the street murals on the sides of buildings, intended to regenerate some of the derelict neighbourhoods. These murals, scattered around the town, have transformed the walls into impressive pieces of art.



Estepona has a working fishing port where you can watch the boats return with their catch. The adjoining Marina is home to numerous bars and restaurants, which are even livelier at night. It’s a great place to admire the small pleasure craft moored or to hire a boat. The marina is also the site of a very popular Sunday market.



Estepona has so much more to offer than a beach centred holiday and a trip up to the Sierra Bermeja at sunset is a magical and memorable occasion. View it as the sun is going down and it radiates a red glow, giving it the name Sierra Bermeja – Red range. Just be careful on the drive down, though as the route is very steep and winding.

Its location next to the terrace and lawn makes it ideal for relaxing whilst always keeping an eye on the children (6 x sun loungers with cushions and pool toys are provided).
No expense has been spared in ensuring a good night sleep, the beds & bedding are of the highest quality from the leading dutch brand Auping. All of the beds are extra large (210cm long /extra long beds are hard to find). The Master bedroom has a king size bed (180 x 210) & the two guest rooms both have kingsize beds that can be used together or easily split into two singles (90 x 210). The Master bedroom has a walk in wardrobe and a private ensuite bathroom with large walk in shower/ rain shower, double washbasin and WC. The two guest rooms share a second bathroom with rain shower, single washbasin and WC. Hairdryers and an electric curling tongue is provided.
The fully automated irrigation system around the house ensures the gardens, grass and abundance of flowers are always in good condition. Around the house you will find endless colourful bougainvillea, oleander and hibiscus flowering plants which bloom all year round, this ensures that every season has a wonderful colourful sunny Spanish vibe. There is even a banana tree and a lemon tree, so if you are lucky you will have lemons for your gin & tonic.
The house is located on a very quiet dead end street (no traffic noise). Valle Romano itself is an up and coming golf/ villa area, there are several beautiful villas being built there. The house has its own private parking behind a very large gate. In the basement/ garage there is a washing machine + dryer and drying rack which you can use. An ironing board and iron are available too. The house sleeps 6 but is more for comfortable for 4 adults, or 2 adults and up to 4 children.

The outdoor area is the star of this villa and has a heated 9.5m x 5m salt water pool with an electric cover that is secure for children. There are nearly 250m2 of terraces including a beautiful garden, chill out area with sofas and covered dining table, bedroom terraces and a roof terrace with amazing views of the Mediterranean and on a good day you can see the coast of Africa.

This stunning modern Villa in the Marbella area, is a short drive to the beach and next to Atalaya Golf. Recently built and decorated by a British interior designer it enjoys four large terraces, including a roof terrace with a chill-out area. The main terrace has a covered dining table with comfortable seating for 12 and a large seating area which sits beside a (heated) salt water swimming pool with a generous sunbathing area and garden.

The villa is very secure with keypad access.

This luxury villa rental enjoys a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The living area has a comfortable L-shaped sofa with a real working fireplace below a NeoQLED Samsung TV and Denon soundbar. We are located in a high end, quiet, residential neighbourhood with security, so we can’t take noisy groups, which means we don’t take individual groups aged between 20-30yrs. 20-30yr olds within family groups every welcome.

Relax with family or friends at this beautiful and peaceful place to stay. In the detached, private villa you can enjoy lounging on the open roof terrace or ground floor covered veranda. From there it is a few steps to the swimming pool and sun loungers set in pretty, well looked after gardens.

You have stunning 240 degree views down the valley, out to the sea and back round to the Sierra Bermeja mountain, with Gibraltar and Morocco prominent landmarks which are visible to the west.

It's a perfect place to rest and do nothing or to use as a base to explore.

The space
The 4- bedroom villa sleeps a maximum of6 adults, or a total of 8 with kids under 12, in 2 king, 1 double and 2 single beds. The beds are comfortable and the linens good quality. 3 bathrooms, one of which is ensuite, mean you never have to queue!

The master bedroom faces the sea and opens on to the terrace which has a sofa and armchair on it. It’s particularly good on a clear night as the sky is full of stars. If you are lucky you might catch a shooting star. Or just sit and watch the sun go down and the boats lit up as they cross the wide seascape in front of you.

The ground floor is open plan. The kitchen is well equipped for stay at home dining. The living area is comfortable, with worldwide TV, and a 8 seat dining table.

The veranda has a larger dining table plus a comfort seating area with coffee table to chill out at. It's a perfect spot to relax out of the direct sun. A Weber real charcoal BBQ is off to one side of the veranda.

The well tended gardens have flowers, cacti, trees and palms to give you a comfortable green oasis.

This and the pool and loungers give all you need for an amazing holiday.

A car is recommended unless your plan is to mostly relax by the pool with the odd evening out in Estepona town.

Holiday home for 12 people in Estepona, in the province of Málaga, Andalusia.

It is a magnificent rural house with a private pool and very close to the beach and Estepona (Malaga).

The house is divided into 2 buildings: one with bedrooms and the other with bedrooms and living rooms, kitchen and more.

In the room building we have 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a small kitchen that overlooks the patio where the barbecue is located.

In the main building we have 3 floors and we have the main kitchen, 3 living rooms, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets.

Inside the house, we have a dazzling living room with rural decoration and equipped with a bar, wood oven, grill with fireplace with access to the outside, billiards and table football.

Outside, the house has a magnificent private pool, gardens, a parking area and a terrace with barbecue.

The villa is front line golf and is set above the golf course, giving panoramic views over the course from all areas. It has an ultra modern design with glass walls in the lounge and a gallaried landing. There is a Mercadona supermarket less than 1km away.

The view from the back of the Villa looks out onto the Atalaya Golf Course, and many a day I would simply just lay and look out at the perfect view and realise how quiet everything was. It truly was an amazing Villa, Location, and Yolanda was on hand with any problems or questions we had. I would highly recommend this to anyone, with friends, or kids.
