As soon as you swing back the door to this generously-sized villa, you’ll know you made the right choice of holiday getaway. Awaiting your arrival are some downright jaw-dropping vistas. The elevated location, seemingly on top of the world, affords 180 degrees of unbroken sea views, encompassing Gibraltar and Africa.



The front door opens to reveal a charming entrance infused with natural light from an overhead skylight. Colourful wall tiles and ornamental wrought iron work lend a flash of Andalusian flair, setting the tone for the holiday. Based on the principles of simplicity and natural beauty, the décor and furnishing are understated yet stylish. The interior is designed so that the postcard vistas this villa commands are nearly always in sight.



Set over three levels, the villa is perfect for entertaining, with a spacious layout offering 5 bedrooms. On the entry level you will find an open plan living/dining room, fronted by a huge covered terrace with lounging and dining areas. Occupying pride of place at the front of the house is a sparkling pool, surrounded by a lawn and tiled deck with sun loungers. The swimming pool is 8m x 4m and has a depth of 1m - 2m. Back inside, there is a well-appointed kitchen, making meal preparation a treat. Its design, with high-end appliances, a large granite island bench/breakfast bar, reflects the owner’s passion for cooking. There are two coffee machines. A traditional one with beans and a Nespresso one. Still on the ground floor, off the entrance hall is the first en suite bedroom.



Found on the upper floor are 3 en suite bedrooms, with the master suite privy to spectacular ocean views, which can be savoured from the private balcony. The staircase landing features a cosy reading nook with a bookcase and comfy armchair. One more level up is the huge roof terrace housing the fifth bedroom and a separate bathroom. (the bathroom is accessed by walking a few meters on the roof terrace, outside) All mod cons including high speed Internet, IPTV and air conditioning throughout. Oh, we almost forgot to mention the delightful little vegetable/ herb patch under the house. So you can just snip some fresh herbs to garnish and flavour your cooking or better yet grab a bunch of mint for mojitos at sunset.



Pool heating is optional at €300/week. Pool heating is available between May and October depending on the temperature.

LOCATION:



The villa is situated in the highly desirable neighbourhood of Seghers, Estepona. Set on a gentle hillside, Seghers commands some fabulous sea views. It is a peaceful and well maintained community, favoured by those looking for a quiet setting but with quick access to amenities. The marina is a short walk away and the town centre a 5-minute drive. The popular family beach, Playa de Cristo with its shallow waters, is also within walking distance. The Police Station is at its entrance, just in case.



Estepona is located some 25 km west of Marbella and en route to Sotogrande and Gibraltar. It is sheltered on the north by the striking Sierra Bermeja mountain range. Fronting the full length of the town is a wide sweeping beach, complemented by a beautiful promenade with kids’ playgrounds, restaurants, bars, etc.



Like a lot of coastal towns in southern Spain, Estepona started out as a fishing village and has developed organically over centuries rather than rapidly over decades. As a result, it is still refreshingly low key and has retained its pueblo atmosphere with a characterful old town full of narrow cobbled streets and tiny plazas edged with cafes. Its palm-tree lined avenues, parks thick with flowers and streets full of plant blooms, spilling out of the pretty pots have earned Estepona the sobriquet “The Garden of the Costa del Sol”.



Estepona has undergone a major makeover and one of the projects has been the street murals on the sides of buildings, intended to regenerate some of the derelict neighbourhoods. These murals, scattered around the town, have transformed the walls into impressive pieces of art.



Estepona has a working fishing port where you can watch the boats return with their catch. The adjoining Marina is home to numerous bars and restaurants, which are even livelier at night. It’s a great place to admire the small pleasure craft moored or to hire a boat. The marina is also the site of a very popular Sunday market.



Estepona has so much more to offer than a beach centred holiday and a trip up to the Sierra Bermeja at sunset is a magical and memorable occasion. View it as the sun is going down and it radiates a red glow, giving it the name Sierra Bermeja – Red range. Just be careful on the drive down, though as the route is very steep and winding.

Its location next to the terrace and lawn makes it ideal for relaxing whilst always keeping an eye on the children (6 x sun loungers with cushions and pool toys are provided).
No expense has been spared in ensuring a good night sleep, the beds & bedding are of the highest quality from the leading dutch brand Auping. All of the beds are extra large (210cm long /extra long beds are hard to find). The Master bedroom has a king size bed (180 x 210) & the two guest rooms both have kingsize beds that can be used together or easily split into two singles (90 x 210). The Master bedroom has a walk in wardrobe and a private ensuite bathroom with large walk in shower/ rain shower, double washbasin and WC. The two guest rooms share a second bathroom with rain shower, single washbasin and WC. Hairdryers and an electric curling tongue is provided.
The fully automated irrigation system around the house ensures the gardens, grass and abundance of flowers are always in good condition. Around the house you will find endless colourful bougainvillea, oleander and hibiscus flowering plants which bloom all year round, this ensures that every season has a wonderful colourful sunny Spanish vibe. There is even a banana tree and a lemon tree, so if you are lucky you will have lemons for your gin & tonic.
The house is located on a very quiet dead end street (no traffic noise). Valle Romano itself is an up and coming golf/ villa area, there are several beautiful villas being built there. The house has its own private parking behind a very large gate. In the basement/ garage there is a washing machine + dryer and drying rack which you can use. An ironing board and iron are available too. The house sleeps 6 but is more for comfortable for 4 adults, or 2 adults and up to 4 children.
The property is a jewel where everything is of the highest quality and everything is thought about. Here you will find everything you might need from a bread machine to a golf set, it will feel like your your home from home and you won't want to leave.

The outdoor area is the star of this villa and has a heated 9.5m x 5m salt water pool with an electric cover that is secure for children. There are nearly 250m2 of terraces including a beautiful garden, chill out area with sofas and covered dining table, bedroom terraces and a roof terrace with amazing views of the Mediterranean and on a good day you can see the coast of Africa.

This stunning modern Villa in the Marbella area, is a short drive to the beach and next to Atalaya Golf. Recently built and decorated by a British interior designer it enjoys four large terraces, including a roof terrace with a chill-out area. The main terrace has a covered dining table with comfortable seating for 12 and a large seating area which sits beside a (heated) salt water swimming pool with a generous sunbathing area and garden.

The villa is very secure with keypad access.

We are located in a high end, quiet, residential neighbourhood with security, so we can’t take noisy groups, which means we don’t take individual groups aged between 20-30yrs. 20-30yr olds within family groups every welcome.

Relax with family or friends at this beautiful and peaceful place to stay. In the detached, private villa you can enjoy lounging on the open roof terrace or ground floor covered veranda. From there it is a few steps to the swimming pool and sun loungers set in pretty, well looked after gardens.

You have stunning 240 degree views down the valley, out to the sea and back round to the Sierra Bermeja mountain, with Gibraltar and Morocco prominent landmarks which are visible to the west.

It's a perfect place to rest and do nothing or to use as a base to explore.

The space
The 4- bedroom villa sleeps a maximum of6 adults, or a total of 8 with kids under 12, in 2 king, 1 double and 2 single beds. The beds are comfortable and the linens good quality. 3 bathrooms, one of which is ensuite, mean you never have to queue!

The master bedroom faces the sea and opens on to the terrace which has a sofa and armchair on it. It’s particularly good on a clear night as the sky is full of stars. If you are lucky you might catch a shooting star. Or just sit and watch the sun go down and the boats lit up as they cross the wide seascape in front of you.

The ground floor is open plan. The kitchen is well equipped for stay at home dining. The living area is comfortable, with worldwide TV, and a 8 seat dining table.

The veranda has a larger dining table plus a comfort seating area with coffee table to chill out at. It's a perfect spot to relax out of the direct sun. A Weber real charcoal BBQ is off to one side of the veranda.

The well tended gardens have flowers, cacti, trees and palms to give you a comfortable green oasis.

This and the pool and loungers give all you need for an amazing holiday.

A car is recommended unless your plan is to mostly relax by the pool with the odd evening out in Estepona town.

Holiday home for 12 people in Estepona, in the province of Málaga, Andalusia.

It is a magnificent rural house with a private pool and very close to the beach and Estepona (Malaga).

The house is divided into 2 buildings: one with bedrooms and the other with bedrooms and living rooms, kitchen and more.

In the room building we have 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a small kitchen that overlooks the patio where the barbecue is located.

In the main building we have 3 floors and we have the main kitchen, 3 living rooms, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets.

Inside the house, we have a dazzling living room with rural decoration and equipped with a bar, wood oven, grill with fireplace with access to the outside, billiards and table football.

Outside, the house has a magnificent private pool, gardens, a parking area and a terrace with barbecue.

From the entrance hall with high domed ceiling, a staircase leads down to the in-house bodega.
To the right you enter bedroom (1) with en-suite shower room. Next to this is a guest WC. The door next to it goes through the sideboard to the large, new, modern, perfectly equipped kitchen with large pantry. From the kitchen you enter the patio, where small tables invite you to have breakfast. From there a staircase leads up to a roof terrace with fantastic views of the sea, the coast, Gibraltar and Africa.
Connected to the kitchen to the north-west is another bedroom (2) with shower room.
The entrance hall leads to the large living and dining area with direct access to the terrace with open sea views. From the dining area, a side door leads to the kitchen sideboard, which in turn leads to the kitchen. Perfect for serving.
Next to the dining area is bedroom (3) with en-suite shower room and access to the terrace / garden with sea views.
The terrace has two large comfortable seating areas in addition to the long dining table. Everything offers plenty of space for a large group. But it is also very suitable for a small group of people.

Hausbeschreibung:
Von der Eingangshalle mit hoher Kuppeldecke führt eine Treppe hinunter in die hauseigene Bodega.
Nach rechts gelangt man in Schlafzimmer (1) mit En-suite Duschbad. Daneben befindet sich ein Gäste-WC. Die Tür daneben geht durch die Anrichte zur großen, neuen, modernen, perfekt ausgestatteten Küche mit großer Speisekammer. Von der Küche aus gelangt man in den Patio, wo kleine Tische zum Frühstücken einladen. Es führt von dort eine Treppe hoch zu einer Dachterrasse, von wo aus man fantastischen Blick auf das Meer, die Küste, Gibraltar und Afrika hat.
An die Küche angeschlossen Richtung Nord-Westen befindet sich ein weiteres
Schlafzimmer (2) mit Duschbad.
Von der Eingangshalle aus geht es zum großen Wohn- und Essbereich mit direktem Zugang zur Terrasse mit offenem Meerblick. Vom Essbereich gelangt man durch eine Seitentür in die Küchenanrichte, die wiederum zur Küche führt. Perfekt zum Servieren.
Neben dem Essbereich befindet sich Schlafzimmer (3) mit En-suite Duschbad und Zugang zur Terrasse / Garten mit Meerblick.
Die Terrasse hat neben dem langen Esstisch noch zwei große gemütliche Sitzecken. Alles bietet reichlich Platz für eine große Gruppe. Aber es ist auch für einen kleinen Personenkreis sehr geeignet.
Der modern und gemütlich eingerichtete Wohnbereich bietet Sofas, weitere Sitzgelegenheiten, TV-Anlage und einen Kamin.
Vom Wohnzimmer liegt nach Süd-Osten ein weiteres Schlafzimmer (4) mit Ankleide, En-suite Bad mit Badewanne und Meerblick. Der Zugang zum Garten geht hier direkt vom Badezimmer im Osten aus.
Links davon, im Nord-Osten, befindet sich Schlafzimmer (5) mit Ankleide und En-suite Duschbad mit Zugang zum Garten Richtung Osten.
In Schlafzimmer (6) gelangt man entweder durch Schlafzimmer (5) oder durch einen eigenen Eingang. Schlafzimmer (6) verfügt über direkten Meerblick und hat Zugang zu einer eigenen Terrasse und zum Garten. Das En-suite Bad ist mit einer Badewanne ausgestattet. Schlafzimmer (5) und (6) können beide über einen eigenen Eingang auf der Vorderseite des Hauses erreicht werden.
Vom Wohnzimmer geht eine Treppe in den ersten Stock, wo sich ein weiteres
Schlafzimmer (7) mit Garten – und Meerblick- sowie Terrasse mit Sonnenliegen befindet. Dieses Zimmer hat eine Außendusche aber kein WC.
Schlafzimmer (8) ist separat und hat keine Verbindung zum Haus, sondern einen eigenen Eingang, neben dem großen Wäscheraum (ausgestattet mit 2 neuen Miele Waschmaschinen und Wäschetrockner, auf der rechten Seite des Hauses. Es ist das kleinste Zimmer, ebenfalls mit einem En-suite Duschbad und mit Meerblick und Zugang zum Garten.
Das gesamte Haus wurde komplett neu ausgestattet. Sämtliche Möbel im Außenbereich und zahlreiche im Innenbereich, Teppiche, die TV-Geräte, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Bademäntel, Dekoration und Accessoires sowie die gesamte Küche und Küchenausstattung – alles ist neu.

Alle Zimmer sind mit einem Flachbildfernseher mit Satellitenempfang und WLAN, Safe und Minibar ausgestattet.

The grounds were extensive, gardens magnificent, and the loungers and cushions were luxury!! The rooms were lovely, some utterly exceptional. The dining room & living room were so lovely and very comfortable and the kitchen was brilliant, with ample equipment and the very best of equipment throughout. It felt safe and very secure, and not far from Estepona centre / marina (10 mins in a taxi max). All in all, can’t speak highly enough of this villa. It was so special and would love to be back sometime in the future! The location is of the villa is close to amenities, yet peaceful and quiet, so you get the best of both worlds. It is only a short drive from some of the best beaches along the Costa del Sol. Make the 5-minute trip to San Pedro for a relaxed afternoon on the golden beaches, or the 10-minute drive to Puerto Banús. There is a golf course just a few hundred meters away, and all amenities like supermarkets and restaurants just a little over a kilometer away.

THE SPACE

The outside kitchen space and two outside seating areas provide excellent spaces for relaxing and enjoying a meal alfresco whereas the large flat lawn is the perfect place to relax or enjoy games with the family.

There is a private basketball area with basketball hoop as well as a firepit.

The driveway can accommodate 8+ cars and is accessed via a private electric gate.

If you are travelling with little ones we have everything you need available at the villa including toys, travel cots and high chairs.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
Downstairs are three bedrooms, two of which are ensuite and the other has use of the family bathroom next to the bedroom.

Upstairs there are two suites. Each suite consists of a primary bedroom, ensuite and secondary bedroom with bunk beds. These spaces are ideal for families travelling together with children. Both suites have large roof terraces with distant sea view and are stunning places to watch the sunrise.

HOUSE RULES
Drones can not be used in the villa or in the grounds as it is illegal to use a drone in Spain.

It is also illegal to use fireworks in Spain so they can not be used in the grounds of the villa.

Noise outside after 10pm to be kept to a minimum (no music etc)

Swimming pool: is available to be used between 8am and 10pm

No stag / hen parties

Out of respect to our neighbours we do not allow guests to setup speakers, music systems etc including DJs. All external speakers have been disconnected at the request of our neighbours.

La Gaviota is located on a beautiful road in El Pilar a short drive from Marbella, Puerto Banus and Estepona.

A truly amazing location, a couple of minutes walk to highly reviewed restaurants, cafes and bars. At the end of the road is also a supermarket which is great for the essentials along with a fantastic restaurant and bakery. The butchers, pharmacy and many other great eateries and bars are only a short stroll away.

The Villa de San Francisco is located in the heart of the Costa del Sol, in Estepona, almost hidden among a tropical forest of 65 hectares with diverse ecological paths. The Cortijo was built in 1973 by the renowned architect Manuel Camisuli Andaluz at the request of the American film actor Stewart Granger. A mansion of 1. 900 square meters with 7 suites with capacity to accommodate up to 14 people. All rooms are air-conditioned with fireplace and air conditioning; have television, bedding, bathroom with towels and amenities; and all of them have direct access to the Andalusian patio and the gardens.

In addition, the Villa has a main hall with central fireplace, reading corner and game table with access to the terrace with fountains and garden terraces, a spacious dining room with Venetian marble table with capacity for 14 people, service facilities, kitchen fully equipped and has storage room and pantry.
