Beautiful, detached villa, recently renovated to a high modern standard in keeping with it's traditional setting with well maintained gardens, terraces and pool and with superb views to the Mediterranean and Africa. Within walking distance of the picturesque Andalusian village of Mijas with it's many charming shops and restaurants and several stunning beaches just a 10 minute drive away. Both Malaga and Marbella are less than 30 minutes drive and if you are a golfer you have a tremendous choice of local courses. Also nearby are several tennis clubs, horse riding facilities and many fabulous mountain walks. It is also the perfect location if you do not wish to use a car as public transport is excellent and close by.

The villa has a poolside BBQ, shaded sunbathing and relaxation areas and plenty of space for al fresco dining. You will be welcomed at the villa by our team who will also be on hand to assist you during your stay. We also do our best to be flexible for check in and out times.

Casa Albero, constructed in 2015, is a luxury 3 bedroom house with all modern amenities on hand to make a fabulous family holiday. All bedrooms have luxury en-suite bathrooms or wet rooms in colours teamed with the bedrooms. The magnificent lounge overlooks the heated swimming pool (8M X 4M)and the mountains, as does the dining room adjoined by a stunning modern fitted kitchen. The kitchen is kitted out with NEFF appliances Hob, dishwasher, microwave, oven, integrated coffee machine plus an American Fridge Freezer with ice and water on tap. All designed to add the WOW factor to your holiday. In the lower floor is the Art Deco style Professional Home Cinema Room with an extensive library of movies and a games room with genuine pinball machine, Rock Ola jukebox and snooker table. The Games room is set up as an American Diner with bar, table, sofa (can be made up as a double bed). Also there is a fourth luxury shower room and WC and a handy utility room fitted with washing machine, dryer and sink. The property has air conditioning or heating to all rooms operated by an energy saving Heat/Cooling Pump. For wintertime, there is solar powered underfloor heating and a wood burning stove to the lounge. The lounge has seating for 6, a large TV with access to most UK channels (IPTV), a DVD/Blu Ray player, HIFI and SONOS sound system which feeds the dining room, terrace and a portable speaker for inside or outside. There is an additional TV and DVD player in the twin bedded bedroom for the kids wanting to watch their own programmes. Externally there is an extensive terrace for sun bathing or just relaxing by the swimming pool. There are two shaded soft seating areas one set in the garden and the other on the terrace. The villa is a real home away from home. In the urbanisation of Los Claveles which is under a 10 minute walk into town, where there are many bars, restaurants and shops as well as the beach which means a car is not necessary. There is also a pub, Indian restaurant and a bar all within a 2 minute walk. We are also very close to Olivias (the famous restaurant from TOWIE) which is a popular place to visit with live music and dancing, this is less than 10 minutes walk away.

Our villa has beautiful gardens with plenty of space to sunbathe and a pool to swim in. You can relax in the many outdoor seating areas. It has a lovely cool covered terrace with a dining table. There is a wonderful rooftop terrace with seating area, sunbeds and an amazing sea view. You will also find a pool table and darts board to keep you entertained during your stay.

The villa sleeps 6 and has a master bedroom (super king bed) with en-suite. The second bedroom has a king size bed with direct access to the terrace and pool. The third bedroom is a twin which also has direct access to the terrace. We have provided a travel cot, highchair and steriliser for those travelling with young babies. There is a large guest bathroom with shower. In the large fully equipped kitchen and utility room you will find a washing machine, dish washer and every appliance you will need including iron, coffee maker, microwave etc. The lounge has a 60 inch TV with English channels (and other European channels) and Sky Sports. We have provided some board games for you to enjoy. There is complimentary wi-fi.

All rooms are air conditioned and fully furnished. Towels (including beach towels) are provided. There are hairdryers in each bedroom.

The villa is in a quiet yet central location and has easy access to bus stops 2 minutes walk away.

It is suitable for families and couples as well as for golfing groups. There are numerous top-class golf courses nearby. You can hire clubs from Sunshine Golf, and they will help you to book tee off times.

The quaint fishing village of La Cala is less than a 10 minute walk away. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shops here. The beach is beautiful and safe and stretches for miles, You can walk along the boardwalk where you will find lots of Chiringuitos (beach bars) to stop and have a drink.

Formerly known as ‘Golden Springs’ but now appropriately called 'Secret Garden', this is an exceptionally pretty Andalusian Villa with a superbly quiet and secluded garden, ideal for two couples. Situated at the very end of a quiet cul-de-sac is a huge bonus, adding to the feel of a getaway from the madding crowd. This villa has been described by guests as "a gem".

The living area has a wonderful feel about it, being open and bright. All the large veranda doors in the living room and master bedroom have top-quality high-security doors, which do not have the ugly iron bars, often (appropriately) known as “wreckers”.

The villa is effectively a bungalow, being built on one level and the only significant steps are to reach the front door from the entrance gate. Once inside, the living area is all on one level, making it easy for elderly people to safely enjoy.

The substantial professionally designed and maintained garden and numerous terraces, as well as the pool are exceptionally secluded and include lawns and beautiful mature bushes and flowering plants. Built in traditional Andalusian style, it has been upgraded throughout. It now has a large, shaded veranda with dining table and chairs, leading onto a large terrace with panoramic views. This gives a choice of either indoor or outdoor dining, both accessible directly from the kitchen. The garden has a rustic thatched pergola with lounge style seating and top-quality large screen TV. Perfect for enjoying your favourite programmes and situated next to the lovely BBQ area, in harmony with the exotic garden planting.

LOCATION
Being at the end of a cul-de-sac affords ‘Golden Springs’ exceptional peace and privacy. One rare feature is that despite the convenient location, there's an almost complete absence of traffic noise from either of the motorways. This is due to the privileged location, nestled in a valley running east-west, but which still allows full morning sun and almost all of the evening sun too. Go to sleep and wake up in complete silence, or if you prefer to have the windows open, you can hear the wind rustling the palm trees on the hillside and song from the abundant wild birds, for which the area is noted.

SWIMMING POOL, TERRACES & GARDENS
The Villa benefits from its own private swimming pool, WHICH CAN BE HEATED UPON REQUEST at an extra charge of €30 or £26 per day (ask for our guide to the villa for more details). The target temperature for the pool heating is 30 deg. C, which is much higher than most properties offer but not like a sauna. Most people prefer not to have pool heating between the months of June and September. Both the large terrace and the roof-top solarium boast amazing panoramic mountain, campo and sea views.

There are many mature flowering plants as well as a pergola and adjoining BBQ area with the garden being professionally maintained and designed by multiple Chelsea Gold Medallist. The garden is really quite exceptional.

One of the best features of both the pool and garden is that because of a cliff which forms part of the property, they are not overlooked at all, except from distant remote campo, as the photos show, giving a sense of seclusion and complete privacy.

INTERIOR
‘Golden Springs’ is finished to a high standard of luxury and has unlimited high-speed fibre Wi-Fi access for all the family. There is a 65-inch Smart TV in the living room and another in fed by an IPTV system which has an enormous selection of HD channels, as well as catch-up and hundreds of HD play-on-demand movies, all of which are free to view. There is a similar independent TV system under the pergola which is viewable from the pool. Top quality Bluetooth speaker for either indoor or outdoor use is available.

The accommodation is spacious throughout. The Master Bedroom has a supremely comfortable queen bed with optional mattress topper of some might find the mattress a bit too hard for their taste. The newly built (April 2025) Jade Bedroom has two high-quality single beds, which can be combined to make a double bed using a mattress topper which is provided.

Both bedrooms are equipped with brand-new nearly silent reverse-cycle air conditioners which cna both cool and heat as required, Both bedrooms also have ceiling fans - preferred by many over air conditioning. The living/dining room has two ceiling fans and also a reverse cycle air-conditioner if you should need it.

For the winter months, all four of the air-conditioners are reverse-cycle and are able to heat. There is a fan heater in the Master bedroom and the newly built e-suite bathroom for the Jade bedroom has underfloor heating. The living room has a rustic style wood burner, generating a magnificent amount of heat.

Both bathrooms have top quality showers (please allow up to a minute for the hot water to arrive). The Master bathroom is particularly large and has a bath. Water pressure is very good, making your showers an invigorating experience! There is an additional outdoor shower to enjoy poolside after your swim, which is solar heated. Don't miss the newly installed rustic toilet under the pergola

The spacious kitchen is fully fitted and modern, with top quality NEFF oven, hob, grill, convection microwave/grill, dishwasher, washing machine, American style fridge. There is enough storage for the whole of Spain and all the other items you would usually expect from a luxury accommodation. The kitchen gives out on to the dining, or directly to the veranda with its stunning views, giving a wide choice of dining areas.

PARKING
There’s private off-road parking for up to two cars and being at the end of a cul-de-sac, there’s no passing traffic.

LOCAL AMENITIES
Although we consider a car to be an advantage, it’s by no means essential all the time, since within 5-6 minutes’ walk to the bottom of the hill (steep though), there’s the heart of Cerros del Aguila, with 3 restaurants and bars and a small but well-stocked supermarket which is open into the late evenings. Apart from the villa’s private and very secluded pool, if you’re a keen swimmer, the community has one of the best community pools we have seen, located next to an excellent restaurant serving both Spanish and Western cuisine at most reasonable prices.

NEAREST TOWNS
We chose this house partly for the ability to be able to reach all destinations on good roads, without resorting to motorway driving - which we don’t enjoy much. So, all the driving times given here are on pleasant roads and can be shortened if you’re happy to go on the motorway. ‘Golden Springs’ is located exactly mid-way between our two favourite towns on the coast – La Cala and Fuengirola.

Eight minutes’ drive to the coast in the Westerly direction lies the former fishing village of La Cala, which is one of the most popular and up-and-coming villages on the whole Coast. La Cala market days are Wednesdays and Saturdays, with lots of fun and tremendous bargains to be had. There’s a new wooden walkway linking La Cala to other coastal villages and we recommend the lovely 15 min walk from La Cala, in the direction of Riviera, to the Garden Bar, where the best fish and chips can be had with a lovely sea view thrown in.

If you prefer more shopping and night life, 8 minutes’ drive to the coast in the Easterly direction lies the town of Fuengirola, which has every amenity, even a quaint theatre, which is very well worth visiting.

If art and breath-taking scenery is your thing, we recommend a pleasant 15-minute drive inland, where the charming delights of the incomparably picturesque village of Mijas Pueblo await you.

All these towns have numerous fiestas at various times of the year and are highly recommended.

NEAREST BEACHES
The closest beaches are La Cala and Fuengirola, playa del Ejido, playa de Santa Amalia, all about 8 minutes easy drive away. We probably slightly prefer La Cala beaches over Fuengirola, as there are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops. If water sports are more your thing, then the 'fun beach' in Marbella is only 10 minutes further (if you take the motorway) where you can make the most of jet skis, water skiing, para sailing, banana boat rides and much more!

AIRPORT
Malaga airport is about 25 minutes away. As we don’t particularly like using the motorway, as an alternative, we prefer to drive to nearby Fuengirola to hand over our car and then take the excellent train service which runs every 15 mins to the heart of the airport.

GOLF & OTHER NEARBY ATTRACTIONS
The most local of the many golf-courses in the area is Golf Cerrado del Aguila, which although only 9 holes, is reputed to be one of the prettiest on the coast and has a well-equipped gym. Or if you prefer 18 holes, we recommend El Chaparral, just 6 minutes’ drive away, which also has a superb and affordable restaurant with excellent sunset views. There are of course so many other golf courses within 10-15 minutes’ pleasant drive – take your pick!

Other attractions include superb country walks right from the back garden, horse-riding a short distance away and tennis is available next to the community pool.

Holiday home near Mijas, in the province of Malaga, Andalucia.

Located in the countryside north of Mijas, this holiday home provides the ideal setting for a relaxing holiday. In addition to a quiet area, the house is conveniently located only 9 km from the beaches of La Cala de Mijas, in an authentic environment featuring mountain views and hectares of cultivated fields all around the house.

The two-storey holiday home is tastefully decorated, with wooden-beam ceilings terracotta floors, fully equipped bedrooms and an overall cosy atmosphere. The ground floor welcomes a double-height, timbered-ceiling lounge room, equipped with a fireplace, a comfortable sofa, a 50" flat-screen TV and an 8-place dining table. The independent kitchen is fully furnished, with modern appliances and rustic-style kitchenware. The ground floor also features two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.

Upstairs, two more bedrooms welcome up to four people in the twin beds provided. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower.

From the veranda Villa La Solana has unrivalled and spectacular panoramic views down to Fuengirola and the sea making it perfect for a relaxing evening drink it is also blessed with a sizeable garden area which also accommodates a BBQ.
Being south facing the villa enjoys uninterrupted sunshine around the garden and pool from sun up to sun down which is quite unique for any property!
There is a large veranda which has a sizeable table which will seat 10/12 for eating and there is also a separate relaxed seating area to enjoy the view from.
The villa is 5 double/twin bedroom villa all with en suite bathrooms, 4 styled as "wet rooms" and one has a bath. The bedrooms are unusually spacious and three of them have ample room to accommodate an extra bed and air conditioning is fitted to all the bedrooms. Two are located upstairs along with a kitchen dining area and a large living area with doors out on to a veranda. The other three are downstairs and two of which have doors leading out to the pool area.
The pool is a generous size (9.5m x 4.5m) with Roman steps at the shallow end making it ideal for families. It can also be heated during the cooler months of the year at an extra cost if required.

A magnificent private detached villa with a south facing orientation in the lower part of Calahonda . A truly stunning home away from home, designed and finished with your every need in mind, much more than your average "rental".....it is like borrowing the home of your stylish friend for a dream vacation!
Conveniently located right on the coast and nestled between Fuengirola and Marbella, Calahonda is one of the largest property developments on the Costa del Sol and is incredibly popular with European tourists and expats.
Calahonda is also in a great position to easily access the many local amenities and beautiful beaches of the Costa del Sol and is perfect for a family Spanish villa holiday. The local area is very quite and safe both by day and night.
Malaga Airport is normally just a half hour drive away and with 10 superb golf courses all within a ten kilometre radius, Calahonda truly is the perfect villa holiday destination!
Our villa is in a very well established urbanisation / community, and many of these properties now have their own small pools. Luckily for us, this leaves us with a beautiful, safe, well maintained and under used12 metre pool in the large garden, which is shared by a small number of properties. The pool area is easily accessible through our garden gate, and is less than 20 metres away from the villa door. It is not unusual that you will enjoy "exclusive" use of the pool, even in the high season!
The villa has a private garden with a south facing terrace that overlooks directly onto the pool, and is ideal for sunbathing, barbecues and al fresco dining. The terraced garden is accessed from the patio doors of the living room, the master bedroom and kitchen. The property is on three levels, (split levels) the lower level is the terrace and large living room and the middle level is the contemporary dining room with its own doors leading out to the small west facing terrace and the fully equipped modern kitchen The three large bedrooms and bathrooms are on the upper level. Access to the property is from the road via the carport, access to the villa is down a flight of exterior steps to the entrance door and terrace area. Hence we do not recommend the villa as suitable for the elderly, disabled and wheelchair users.
A rental car is not essential, but is recommended. However there are regular buses to Fuengirola and Marbella on the main A7 road every half hour, early till late.
Numerous restaurants, bars, minimarkets, supermarkets, shops, banks, pharmacy, medical centre, dentist, gym, car hire, tennis / paddle courts and the Siesta golf 9 hole course are all within a 5 or 10 minutes easy walk from the villa.
It takes leisurely 15 minutes to walk down to the beautiful Luna Beach, of Calahonda.
and about 20 minutes to walk to the beautiful Marina at Cabopino.
It normally takes about 15 minutes to drive to Marbella.
It normally takes about 20 minutes to drive to Puerto Banús.
It normally takes about 30 minutes to drive to Malaga airport.
It normally takes around 2 hours to drive up to the Sierra Nevada, ski resort.
It normally takes around 2 hours to drive to either Seville or Granada.
It normally takes around 90 minutes to drive along the coast to Gibraltar.
It also normally takes around 90 minutes to drive inland to Ronda and almost the same to the incredible Caminito del Rey, to walk through the famous gorge at El Choro.

A large electric awning over the terrace, comfortable rattan garden furniture (a sofa, two chairs, two luxury tilting sunbeds and a coffee table), there are also 4 more sunbeds, a outside dining table and six chairs, a gas barbecue grill and two more parasols.
There is a magnificent 12 metre "shared" pool with a beautiful garden area and more sun loungers and parasols (the pool is directly in front of the villa, just 20 metres from the garden gate). There are outdoor garden lights, trees and plants around the perimeter of the terrace, and a small storage room that houses the washing machine. There is also a large cushion box to store the out door furniture cushions.

A HOME GYM
In the backyard there is a large, well-equipped, private and air-conditioned gym.
Equipment includes an elliptical trainer, a rowing machine and a weight bench. There is satellite TV and stereo music system inside the gym.

SUITABILITY
The property is not wheelchair accessible. The split-level design is not suitable for elderly or disabled people!
However, it is suitable for children (and a cot is available on request)

SWIMMING POOL
The beautiful, secure and safe 12 metre shared swimming pool and the magnificent large gardens and sun loungers are less than 20 metres from our garden gate and can be accessed directly from our private terrace.

LOCAL ATTRACTIONS
Too many to mention, including along the waters edge the Senda Litoral (the new boardwalk) from Cabopino to La Cala, many beautiful blue flag beaches along the way. Plus many chiringuito's, bars, restaurants, banks, shops, parks, marina's, gym, tennis courts, Marbella old town and not forgetting some of the best golf courses in Spain..

The property is approached via its own private electric gates onto a long drive to a large porch and the front door. You enter into the extensive kitchen, dining area with a huge balcony off with table and chairs to accommodate 8. The kitchen has a large American Fridge Freezer - an island with casual seating and overlooking those fantastic views indoor seating for 8 guests. On this floor is a snug with a quiet area and a guest toilet and cloakroom. On this floor is the impressive Master Bedroom Suite with a Super-king high quality bed and sitting area for quiet relaxation gazing at those views. There is a fabulous balcony off this bedroom with views down to the coast and to the mountains. A great place to finish the day with a glass of wine or
G & T.

Downstairs takes you to the other 2 double bedrooms each with their own dressing area and private shower room. One bedroom has its own balcony overlooking the pool and those outstanding views. From the utility room you can go outside to access the fourth private extra large twin beds. On this floor is also the magnificent lounge with Smart TV - English channels via Sky TV and a wonderful curved sofa to relax on. There are window seats looking out over the view. A door from the lounge takes you outside to the extensive pool area. There are 8 sunbeds, table and chairs to seat 8 guests to dine al-fresco and the luxury of an outdoor kitchen with gas burner, fridge freezer, sink, bbq and your very own outdoor bar which also has it's own sink. There are various toys/inflatables to be used in the pool next to the fridge:freezer. The pool - for a small fee outside of peak summer can be heated on request
In the property there are Bluetooth speakers on both floors to enjoy your own music plus a small portable speaker for outdoor use plus another speaker in the outdoor kitchen area making 4 speakers in total.

This Villa will suit the discerning client who wants peace, relaxation and luxury with fabulous views. A car is recommended with travel to the wonderful Mijas Pueblo only six minutes away - there are many bars and restaurants in the Pueblo and the multi story car park costs just 1 euro for 9 hours stay. Fuengirola is the nearest beach area but there are many beaches along the coast - 15 minutes in the car. Marbella is 25 minutes drive away.

Please note Bedroom 4 is part of the Villa but is accessed through a separate entrance which may not suit young children.

The heart of the villa revolves around our magnificent private pool on the lower level, complete with optional heating. Those who love nothing better than soaking up the sun will be spoilt for choice. As well as the plentiful sun loungers, there are two chill-out areas – a covered space with two sofas providing seating for 6 and a large outdoor relaxation bed for sun worshippers who like a bit of luxury. The hanging chair in the shady sanctuary under the villa is a great spot to hide away with a good book.

When it comes to alfresco eating, our pool area features a Caribbean-style thatched pergola that provides shade for the largest of our outside dining areas. Comfortably seating all guests at the extendable table and an absolute hit with our guests, it’s the ideal space for family gatherings and features a modern outdoor kitchen that comes fully equipped with a premium gas BBQ, convenient fridge, and plumbed sink.

Understanding that different moments call for different settings, we’ve also created a further two outdoor dining areas on the main level - an intimate Moorish-style dining table and, just off the kitchen, a covered terrace with sofa and chairs for 4 - perfect for quiet breakfasts.

The accommodation is thoughtfully arranged across the main villa and a self-contained apartment. In total, there are 5 bedrooms, sleeping 10 people, and 4 bathrooms. The main villa contains 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus a separate cloakroom.

In addition, there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the self-contained apartment level.

Very comfortable beds and stunning bathrooms throughout ensure that everyone gets a good night’s sleep and lots of space to refresh.

In the main villa, the upper level houses the master suite, complete with a super king bed and space for a travel cot, plenty of wardrobe space, a very large en-suite shower, and direct access to the rooftop terrace.

On the main level, there is a spacious double bedroom with a king-size bed and a large twin bedroom with storage, perfect for adults. In addition, there is a smaller twin bedroom which is ideal for children. There is also generous wardrobe and storage space in the hallway.

For extended families, those with more than 8 guests or those seeking additional privacy, our self-contained 2-bedroom apartment is located on the lower level and overlooks the pool area. This can be accessed either by the main villa entrance or via a separate gate to the side of the villa and steps down to the apartment front door.

The apartment includes its own master bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite, complemented by a twin bedroom with a separate bathroom. Modern conveniences in the apartment include Internet TV for watching your favourite shows from home and a comfortable dining space for four.

As well as all the modern amenities that the villa features, families with children will appreciate our thoughtful touches including children's books, toys, and a practical Brabantia wall-mounted drying rack.

From the living room and terraces you overlook five holes of the Los Lagos golf course, one of the two 18-hole golf courses of Campo de Golf Mijas, designed by R. Trent Jones. You have a breathtaking view of the golf course, and the sunset over the mountains of Sierra de Mijas is unforgettable. PAR V is part of a spacious, Andalusian style complex (cortijada) of just five villas. The villa has been fully renovated , with luxurious fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms, new furniture and a climate control system throughout. The lay-out of the Cortijada is such that it guarantees complete privacy. It has a large private swimming pool for the owners and guests of the 6 villa’s of the small Cortijada. The villa is set in an oasis of peace and quietness, close to the lively town of Fuengirola, with Marbella and Puerto Banus about 20 minutes away; it has private parking, and is just a few minutes from the beach and a wide range of restaurants and entertainment. Walking distance there are 4 restaurants!

Villa PAR V: Villa PAR V is very well appointed and very comfortable. The terrace is a lovely place for a long breakfast and lunch and dinner become long leisurely affairs. In the morning the cool terrace is wonderful for reading your morning paper or favorite books, while the early birds pass by and hit their golf balls (sometimes into the water).
After a wonderful afternoon at the beach or in the pool it's time to prepare the cocktails and sit in the garden to watch the spectacular and fabulous sunset and enjoy the quietness and peace as the golf course becomes your extended garden.
You can have dinner on the upstairs terrace, down in the garden or during a winter evening by the fireplace on the mezzanine floor. There is plenty of dining furniture available.

Climate and golf: The climate on the Costa del Sol is one of the best in the world with around 300 days of sunshine (so called micro- climate). A soft breeze makes even the warmest days comfortable and you can play golf the whole year around. In winter don't start too early, in summer do start early and as the evenings are beautifully long you can easily play 18 holes after 5pm.
There are plenty of other golf courses near by, the Andalusian coast has the greatest number of courses per square meter. There are over 35 golf courses around Villa PAR V, with a choice of playing in the mountains, avocado groves or along the sea side.

Excursions and leisure: Malaga is a very nice surprising city with lots of cultural sites and of course the beautiful Picasso museum. If you want to find out about the Spanish history do go and visit Sevilla and Granada, less than two hours away.
Closer by and very Andalusian are the mountain villages of Coin and Mijas with their cafes, tapa bars and real Spanish atmosphere.
For upmarket shopping, nightlife and restaurants Marbella and Puerto Banus are well worth a visit. The marina of Puerto Banus is full of beautiful (and ugly) yachts and people.
During the winter months driving up to the stunning mountains of Sierra Nevada for a long weekend is a real pleasure. Sol y Nieve is a very pleasant ski village with excellent accommodation for all budgets and less than a couple of hours by car. Min. altitude 2.100 m, max altitude 3.300 m, 2 cable cars, 16 chairlifts, ski school and the latest equipment hire.

The villa is south-facing, enjoying the sun all day, with views across the Mediterranean. The villa is entered via the pool terrace, which reveals an outside kitchen, bar and dining area.

There are plenty of sun loungers to laze by the pool and soak up the Sol. Or relax in the shaded veranda on comfy seats or lie in the hammock and enjoy a sundowner.

Walking into the villa, the hall and kitchen beyond is in front of you with the open spaced lounge and dining room to your right.

The inside dining area can accommodate up to 12, with the extension table added, while the outside dining table will accommodate 10 people.

The 65” LG TV is WIFI compatible with AirPlay functionality built-in to stream music and movies through the home cinema system.

The kitchen is equipped with a full-height fridge and freezer, fan oven, ceramic hob, microwave oven, sink and dishwasher. The worktop space offers adequate room to prepare a meal for all guests. The high table can also be used to prepare food and makes a perfect spot for smaller groups to congregate.

Open the back door and you will find the 10.5kg load washing machine.

The large terraced areas offer an 8m x 4m white tiled pool with ten sun loungers, comfy seating in the shade and of course the large outside dining terrace protected from the sun with a vented gazebo offering views over the med. Everything you need to enjoy a fabulous memorable stay.

Back inside, to the left is the staircase leading you to three bedrooms upstairs and two bedrooms downstairs. One of which is an extremely spacious family room.

TOP FLOOR
The first room you come to is the master bedroom suite with a super king-size bed from where you can lay and enjoy sea views. Or maybe step out onto the balcony with a cup of freshly brewed coffee and watch the boats sail by. The en suite offers two sinks with a bath/shower, bidet and toilet.

The two guest bedrooms situated at the rear are roomy and have plenty of wardrobe space. They both share a bathroom with a shower over the bath.

GARDEN FLOOR
All bedrooms in the villa can be configured either as a super king or large twin, but the large family garden bedroom offers a super king-sized bed and a twin to make a great family room, with access to private terrace and path to the pool. Both bedrooms share a shower room.

LOVELY FAMILY VILLA The villa is one of four situated in a garden area overlooking the sea. The environment is very tranquil, a perfect place to relax and unwind.

The villa is a home from home with Satellite TV, CD, DVD players as well as WiFi and Apple TV for those like us who love watching Netflix! There is a washing machine and tumble dryer as well as a dishwasher and microwave to make your stay as hassle free as possible. There are individual Heating/Air conditioning units in every room.

Miraflores is a well established complex which offers a variety of restaurants and bars. The beach is 10 mins walk downhill and there are supermarkets dotted throughout Miraflores all within easy walking or driving distance.

The terrace has a dining table, a chilled sofa area and sun loungers for the private garden. The villa has been finished to a very high standard with excellent fixtures and fittings. We also have an English agent looking after the villa so if you require any help while you are on holiday you have a local contact.

- "What a great villa. Not a complaint to be had. This was our first family holiday in years due to covid and first non all inclusive style holiday since having children. We fancied trying something different this year and what a great choice we made. The villa has everything you could want and more. You can really tell it is a home from home for the owners rather than just a business with all the added extras dotted around the place. Great neighbours in the adjacent villas, the pool got a little busy at times but it was peak season and really was only a couple of hours a day in the first few days of our stay. One note for family’s (this is nothing to do with reviewing the actually property more reviewing Miraflores itself) Take a buggy, we have three children under 8 and with the hills around the resort it was a godsend to have our double buggy rather than battling the little legs walking everywhere. At times the pavement, or lack of one made it difficult to manoeuvre but on the whole it made the walk up from the beach doable in 15 mins rather than needing a taxi every time we ventured out. I wouldn’t hesitate in returning for another relaxing reset that’s far enough from everything but as close to it all the same. Thank you for having us, hopefully we will be back in the future."

Il terrazzo con la vista sul mare è incantevole.. puoi godere della vista anche dalla cucina mentre lavi i piatti :-D Per quanto riguarda la zona, Fuengirola ha spiagge belle, spaziose e molto pulite con molti locali per mangiare dell'ottimo pesce alla griglia che si affacciano sul mare. Vicino alla casa è presente una gradevole locanda dove si mangia bene a prezzi decisamente contenuti rispetto ai locali in riva al mare... unica pecca i tempi di attesa, dato il grande afflusso di clienti, a volte sono risultati eccessivi. Piacevole anche la piscina a disposizione delle varie case del comprensorio... ogni volta che ci siamo stati non l'abbiamo mai trovata affollata e abbiamo potuto goderci qualche ora di relax sulle sdraio a disposizione intorno alla piscina. Inutile dire che la Spagna offre molte cose da vedere.. Malaga, Siviglia, Granada...la stessa Fuengirola...per cui se volte fare una vacanza all'insegna del relax, con figli e non, e visitare qualche bel posto, direi che questa casa ha le caratteristiche giuste per comodità e posizione.
