This new and modern villa, is situated in the best location to spend your holiday. Its situated 150mts away from Torreblanca's beach and just a few metres away from the train station. All is withing walking distance therefore you would not necessarily need a car for your stay.

The villa is brand new and has been renovated into an open plan style with bright spaces full of light. The distribution is practical and comfortable and is divided into three areas, The main zone is the kitchen which is fully fitted and dining area where you can sit up to ten people, here you can also find the tv and sitting area. All are light and have amazing views of the swimming pool sea given you a complete sense of being on holiday.

On the right side of the villa has a double en suite bedroom with views of the swimming pool and the sea. On this side of the house there is a full bathroom and bedroom with triple bed bunks perfect for kids.

On the other side you have two double bedrooms one has an ensuite bedroom and one independent bathroom.

The one level villa features a spacious living room and a kitchen with separate dining room. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and air conditioning for cooling and heating in all rooms. The villa has a fully fenced private garden with private pool, several terraces with fantastic sea views and enclosed parking in its own grounds. The villa is on one level with two steps level difference between the living area and bedrooms. You enter the hall with the living area on the left and the sleeping area on the right. From the spacious living room you enter the adjacent dining room, followed by the fully equipped kitchen with pantry. In the sleeping area are 4 bedrooms, two of them with a bathroom en-suite, plus two bedrooms with a shared bathroom. On the terraces and in the garden around the villa you can relax and unwind on one of the sunbeds or enjoy a delicious meal at the spacious dining table with 8 chairs on the covered terrace. If you want to go out and have a drink, you can take a taxi to the Plaza de la Constitucion in the center of Fuengirola for a price between €10,- € 15,- depending on the time of day. The phone number of the taxi company is available in the villa. They are usually within minutes at the house. It is recommended to wait for the taxi on the square in front of the house.

There are a total of three bathrooms. All bathrooms were completely renovated in 2022. The first en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower, a sink and a toilet. The second en-suite bathroom also has a walk-in shower, a sink and a toilet. The third bathroom has a walk-in shower, a bathroom cabinet with 2 sinks, a toilet and a föhn.

Terrace
There are two terraces on the living room level. Part of the terrace at the front of the living room is covered. The terraces are oriented south and southwest, so there is always a place in the sun or shade. The dining area on the terrace has a spacious dining table with 8 chairs. There are 6 sunbeds and 2 umbrellas and the west-facing terrace has a table with 6 chairs. One level below you will find the swimming pool with a terrace and garden where you can sunbathe. There is an charcoal BBQ for use on the terrace.

Pool
There is a privé pool with Roman steps and a sunbathing area. The pool dimensions are 9 x 3.85 meters. Depth 120 cm to 190 cm. Update 2024: due to drought measures the communal and private pools on the Costa del Sol cannot be refilled until further notice from government. In summer 2024 for example the restrictions were lifted from June till end September. And before that and now after the pool has always been full and usable. The pool is not heated.

Plenty of areas to come together as a family or to have our own space if needed with 3 terraces, a pool area, a large front room and good size kitchen and dining area. The kitchen was very well equipped, large fridge and separate freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The bathrooms have since been updated from the pictures on the website and are all a very good standard. Beds are very comfortable, arguably the most comfortable we have ever slept in on holiday. Air con in every room works fantastic. Our only complaint, if you can call it that is the location was a bit far away from main bars and restaurants. We didnt hire a car so had to walk down the hill (15-20mins walk) to get to supermarket or beach and a cab or train ride away to get to any main bar strip or busy area. The hill a little too much to walk back up so always a cab back. If we had hired a car it would have made life a little easier but making use of the local railway did make up for that. The best supermarket is opposite los boliches train station. We didnt discover this until late into our stay sadly. Altogether lovely stay, fantastic comunication from the management company, Sandra always replied quickly to any emails. We would definitely recommend Villa Elena."

The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need, including appliances like fridge, freezer, two dishwashers, oven, stove, and microwave. The dining area and living room is full of natural light and a big comfortable couch. There are sunshades on all windows that might come in handy if you wish to use the home cinema (projector canvas and projector).

The Neighborhood:
East of Fuengirola is Torreblanca, easily accessible by bus/car and train to Torreblanca train station. The road up through Torreblanca winds past some very beautiful villas with impressive gardens. The area has retained its Andalusian suburban style and is a favourite area for peaceful holidays near the beach. The privileges of living in this residential area of Fuengirola are the coveted views from the houses and apartments and the quiet, green location. There are shops and facilities nearby, with your daily supermarket only a 5-minute walk away.

Getting Around:
There is a private parking space belonging to the villa in the garage of the urbanisation for those travelling by car or who wish to rent a car for the vacation.

From Torreblanca train station you can take the train either to the center of Fuengirola or towards Malaga. The Fuengirola train station is classified disabled-friendly, it is an underground station and step or elevator are needed to reach platform level. If you can catch the train to Malaga which takes 38 minutes via Benalmadena, Torremolinos and Malaga Airport. The Cercanias train conveniently connects with the main line trains in Malaga Maria Zambrano station for high-speed trains to Madrid, Cordoba, Sevilla, and other parts of Spain.

From the Fuengirola bus station, on Calle Jacinto Benavente, you can take buses along the Costa del Sol, west to Algeciras and east to Malaga. There are also other services across Andalucía and daily, but less frequent, services to Cádiz, Coín, Córdoba, Granada, Madrid, Ronda, and Sevilla.

Villa Elena is an Andalusian-style villa in an excellent location in Los Pacos, within easy walking distance of the Mediterranean beaches in Fuengirola. But if you prefer you can enjoy the sun all day in and around the private swimming pool. The pool can be covered when not in use for security purposes if you have small children. The villa also has a grassy area where children can play games.
Villa Elena has three floors. The bedrooms on the upper floor are accessed from a magnificent entrance hall, which is decorated in a medieval style. The master bedroom has access to its own terrace. There are two bathrooms upstairs, one of them has a jacuzzi.
There is also a small workspace upstairs.
The middle floor has a very well-equipped kitchen with, among other things, a water filter system and an ice maker, a stove, an oven, a fridge-freezer, several different coffee makers, a microwave oven and a toaster. There is a sheltered patio outside the kitchen, where you can also use a gas stove. It is convenient to take food to the dining room through the serving hatch on the wall.
The living room and dining room have direct access to the pool terrace. The dining table on the terrace is wonderful for enjoying a champagne breakfast in the morning sun or delicacies prepared on a charcoal grill in the darkening Andalusian evening.

- "Great Location and Great Villa Will be revisiting" - "The property was great and everything there as stated, one problem when we arrived the place was cold and bedding felt damp, I know the time of year was our choice but still felt bedding and maybe other form of heating could be a good idea, other wise we all loved it and if we need to visit again we will book the same place many thanks" - "Rigtig dejligt og autentisk byhus med super beliggenhed i hjertet af Fuengirola. Vi var 2 familier afsted med store børn (alder 13-18 år). Der var rigeligt med plads til alle. Værelserne fordeler sig med 4 i huset, og 2 i haven i hvert sit anneks. Poolen var fantastisk, mega dejligt den var med saltvand og perfekt størrelse/dybde til vores behov. Der var sol i haven hele dagen og det meste af dagen ved poolen.Huset er ekstremt godt placeret, bil er ikke nødvendig. Ca 350 m fra tog, og busstoppested lige uden for døren. Der er ca 300m til stranden, 300 m til supermarked Día og 500m til lidt større Mercadona. Huset er udstyret med intet mindre end 3 store køle/fryse skabe hvilket var super dejligt da der er brug for mange kolde drikkevarer og mad. Køkkenet kunne godt bruge mere service, men er ellers fint udstyret. Forvent ikke et minimalistisk nybyggeri - dette er en ældre hyggelig spansk autentisk villa."
