The spa was amazing too, although book early as it's only small & it's not only open for hotel guests, outside visitors can book as well. There are also 2 lovely pools with pool bars. Overall it's a beautiful hotel throughout and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again and recommend to any one else."

A criticism of the place is the condition of the building, especially the balcony, the railing of which was a bit cracked. The voices could also be heard somewhat through the wall from one room to another when going to sleep, although this was not a big problem when you have spent the day doing activities outside, so you fell asleep quite easily. According to general reviews, this is common in hotels in Spain and not unique to this hotel. The iron is not included in the room, but it is possible to use it from the floor cleaner. The hotel is a short walk from the seashore, so the location is really nice in this sense also. Another special mention for excellent service goes to Felipe, who worked in the Bar in the lobby. We went to that bar a few times as his customers for an espresso and got nice service and a nice chat. It was a really good experience and we would love to go to that hotel again."

Rooms are a little small but ok for a couple of nights and has a free safe, hairdryer and complimentary bottles of water for the first night, you can also hire pool towels which we found out later which would have been useful to know as only bought a holdall. The hotel is near shops, beach and restaurants. Pool is not heated but was nice and refreshing when you need to cool down! Pool bar is handy and prices for food and drink reasonable, although it did close one day at 3pm due to staffing issues which was a shame, otherwise open until about 7pm. Train station is about 10 minute walk and has direct link to Malaga airport which was a bonus. Didn’t have breakfast as lots of cafes around and I’m not really a breakfast person! Overall would stay here again as good price for what we needed."

- "Amazing, so glad and cherished for the 2 days stay we had at this boutique apartment. It’s super clean, spacious, comfy and luxurious. We had everything in 2-bed apartment. Kitchen was full with all the necessities. Location was perfect, 5 mins walk to beach, plenty of restaurant within walking distance. Night time is calm, no noisy or trouble going on streets, it’s a lovely place for family stay. Lastly, the swimming pool is great, we we’re supposed to check out at 11:00am but the Pedro was so kind to extend our stay till 13:30 so kids have enjoyed the swimming bit longer and made some friends there too.."

The breakfast offers a wide choice of hot and cold foods. The rooms are cleaned daily, however i think occasionally they forget to sweep under the bed. Free WiFi, the bar staff are very friendly. We did not look at any of the evening entertainment so unfortunately I can’t comment on those. The rooms have balconies and some have a great view of the sea. "
