- "The property was very convenient and walkable to shops, dining, sightseeing and the beach. The room was clean and the staff were very helpful and nice. The one issue I had with the room was when you are wearing the hotel slippers the bathroom floor can be very slippery so you have to be careful. The buffet breakfast has many offerings and was very good. I was very comfortable here and felt safe. We were not prepared to be told when we arrived that the hotel parking was full which at first was inconvenient but the staff quickly directed us to a public parking garage that was a quick 5 minutes walk and half the cost so in the end it was better for us. Not great choice of restaurants nearby so we got a taxi into central Alicante 15 euros there you have the choice of so many places . Overall a very nice stay "

- "Huge and comfortable bed" - "I have just returned from a 3 night stay at this property having visited many hotels in Alicante. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were fantastic. The bed and pillows are probably the most comfortable I've ever slept in! Breakfast, although slightly confusing for someone from Scotland (There was a lot of cooked vegetables. I don't understand that!), was fantastic. There is a mixture of breads, sandwiches, yogurts, cereal as well as bacon, eggs beans etc. Absolutely something for everyone. The room although small had everything I needed and again was spotless and well decorated. The room had an amazing shower which was very relaxing after a day of wandering around. The only downside to this property (for some) is that it is located directly across from a pub which goes on until 3 or 4 in the morning at the weekend. It is very noisy at the front of the hotel. In all honesty, this didn't bother me as I was in another pub until 4am so it was quiet by the time I returned. I would certainly return to this hotel without hesitation, but if you are not on holiday for the nightlife, you might have an issue with rooms at the front of the property."

The Garbinet tram stop is close to the house. There are also numerous bus stops to any part of the city. There is a Mercadona, a Chinese store, and many other shops, bars, and cafes. Perfect location, very close to Plaza Mar II, to the beach to the castle, and to the center. The neighborhood has supermarkets and public transport stations. Room is small but has a base and visco mattress, fans and a large closet. The apartment has a large living room, a balcony and a shared kitchen. It is spacious and has everything you need, even coffee and cookies!

Regarding the apartment, it has a total of 4 bedrooms and central heating throughout the apartment. The kitchen is new and complete, it has all the utensils such as glasses, plates and cutlery, in addition to all the kitchen to be able to cook, pots, pans and everything you need to cook like at home. You have private space available in the cupboards and fridge to store your food The living room is very spacious and has a good balcony with outdoor furniture so you can enjoy chill out, relax, read, smoke. The bathroom is shared and has a bathtub, paper, gel and shampoo available.

Spacious yellow room near Plaza America, on a first floor without many stairs, as there is no "mezzanine". Double bed 135 cm, two-door wardrobe large desk, the room overlooks the large courtyard. smart TV (no cables, only Wifi). There is one bathroom only which is shared with three other rooms. It’s an older apartment, nothing luxurious but has all the necessary basic amenities in the bathroom and kitchen you are welcome to use.
Check in until 21:00 max please!

The space
The apartment is on a second floor. It is an older apartment but we maintain it as good as we can. It is not a luxurious apartment but there is everything you need in the bathroom and the kitchen to cook. You are more than welcome to use everything you can find from shampoo to hair dryer in the bathroom; from tea, coffee, salt, pepper to vinegar and oil in the kitchen if you please keep it clean as the apartment is shared with others. There is only one bathroom. Every room has a door with a lock. We transformed the living room into a room as well. We do have a cleaner that does regular checks but we do ask for your collaboration in the cleaning matter. It is a great and budget friendly place to stay if you please collaborate and clean after yourself.

Guest access
You access the appartment block via the front door and then take the stairs. If you are not able to walk up stairs at all, then I would advise you look for a different place

We will meet you to hand you the keys in person. We are usually very responsive on the chat or by phone if needed. Both our phone numbers are on the fridge if you need them.

Other things to note
We do have a cleaner that comes very regularly but the most important house rule is the cleanliness. We do ask you please to leave the kitchen and the bathroom as you find it as these are shared. There is one bathroom only. This means: When you take a shower, please do not leave the bathroom totally wet; there is a mop you can use to quickly mop the floor; When you cook, please clean your pots and plates after you use them. We will be strict with that and send you reminder, not because we want to be the police but because the house is shared with others.
