- "The house was clean but the pool was dirty and some of the outside furniture were in really bad condition. No nice wine glasses and the towels did smell so bad, that we had to wash them before we could use them. There was no internet for 8 days. We did of course complain about it in the beginning but to my opinion, the caretaker of the property was not doing his job. He didn't speak english and we don't speak spanish so the communication was not easy, and thats not a positive thing"

A beautifully appointed apartment situated in Novarmar which is ‘down the hill’ in Gran Alacant. Novamar is by the El Clot valley nature reserve/bird sanctuary and nestles between the bustling seaside town of Arenales del sol and Santa Pola. The golden sands of the blue flag Carabassi beach are within an easy walk (10 minutes). The apartment is only a 15-minute car ride from Alicante airport and offers excellent on road parking plus secure underground parking if required. The apartment is in a secure, gated complex.

The two-bedroom, two bathroom Apartment has a superb view of the pool. The kitchen is well appointed with; induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher and washing machine, coffee machine, fridge freezer etc. A large private roof terrace (solarium) with views of the mountains is ideal for the sun seekers or for dinning and relaxing in the evening. The apartment is ideally suited for the family holiday.

The apartment is equipped with all modern conveniences, full air conditioning, ceiling fans, high speed Internet access, HD Satellite TV, Netflix, HiFi System etc. Novamar has many restaurants and bars within a 4 minute walk of the accommodation plus there are many restaurants and bars in the Gran Alacant commercial centre. There are several restaurants, cafes and bars nearby. Supermarket five minutes walk. Bus stop at the corner, two lines, the small bus runs the whole area every 30 minutes, taking you to the large commercial areas or the beach. If you do not feel like walking. The large bus takes you to Alicante city center, Santa Pola and also the airport. The beach is a 15 minute walk away.

The apartment is not too big but has everything you need, and more too. Very well equipped. the area is very nice, including the pool and the garden. The beach is some 20 minutes walk from the area, down a steep street, and a bit heavy up again. But there is a bus every hour. It has orientation to the north and south, which makes it very bright on both sides, and quite cool in summer.
Located on the first floor of a closed urbanization of only five heights, with elevator. It has a swimming pool, space for barbecues or celebrations and a fixed parking space. It is on the first line of a long beach of fine sand. Just in front there is a promenade with palm trees, which runs through the town, as well as the dunes that surround it.
