RESPONSABILIDAD

La reserva de la vivienda implica la aceptación de las normas de la casa. Lea atentamente las reglas de la propiedad que aparecerán publicadas. No está permitido hacer fiestas ni fumar dentro del apartamento. Por conducta no responsable, el propietario podrá solicitar a los huéspedes el abandono inmediato de la vivienda, sin derecho a indemnización ni reembolso.

Está prohibido utilizar la vivienda con un número de ocupantes superior a la capacidad de la vivienda.

Los huéspedes son responsables del buen cuidado de la vivienda durante su estancia y se comprometen a entregarla en las mismas condiciones en que se encontraron el alojamiento y su equipamiento, salvo reparaciones de electrodomésticos o desgaste razonable de la vivienda.
Si se produce algún defecto en la vivienda, por favor avísenos inmediatamente e intentaremos solucionarlo con la mayor brevedad.

Para estancias de 28 días o más, los suministros de luz, agua y gas están incluidos hasta un máximo de 200 € al mes. Si el consumo de suministros supera esta tarifa, el huésped deberá abonar la diferencia. El anfitrión enviará una solicitud a través de Airbnb por el importe requerido que el huésped deberá aceptar y pagar.

Los huéspedes no son responsables de la limpieza final, pero deben dejar la vivienda en buenas condiciones, la cocina ordenada y la basura en los contenedores de la calle, de lo contrario se cobrará una tarifa de limpieza adicional.

CHECK-IN

El horario de check-in es de 17:00 a 20:00. Todas las llegadas entre las 21:00h. y 23:59 h tendrá un recargo de 40 €. Las llegadas después de las 24h deberán comunicarse con antelación y llevarán un cargo adicional según el caso.

La persona responsable del check-in esperará en la vivienda para entregar las llaves y explicará el funcionamiento de las instalaciones. Si por cualquier motivo no puede llegar a la hora acordada, háganoslo saber lo antes posible para evitar esperas.

La pérdida de las llaves tendrá un suplemento de 50€ por cada juego y 75€ por el mando del parking.
