Terrace has sun in the afternoons, not in the mornings but we ate inside and come lunchtime you had full sun. Not that we were in much as there is so much to do around El Medano. Location was slightly outside El Medano main area but we walked it in around 15 mins with the children around the coast at a slow pace. At 20 meters you will have a small grocery store, from the house you can walk to the main street of San Isidro, where you will find different shops, it is a small walk of 7 minutes,

It is an estate surrounded by nature, 4 kilometers from the south airport. It is absolutely essential to have your own means of transport. We are on the hill, away from the chaos and hectic life. The nearest bus stop is Casablanca, 1.8 km away. Possibility to rent a car.
Just 2 km away is Las Chafiras, where you can find several supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants and Bingo.
The nearest beach is Médano and Los Abrigos which are about 5km away.
