We had a situation with the AC that stopped working the second night, called management after hours and someone came to the place 10 min later and fixed the problem right away. - "I was not allowed early check in because the previous guest were “still there”. However, I believe it was because the person who delivers the keys doesn’t arrive until check in time. However, I won’t ding them for that as the check in time is the check in time and that’s what I agreed to. The apartment itself was excellent. It has absolutely everything you need, even a washer and dryer. It was exceptional. The gate and door are a bit confusing to open after inputting the code but nothing too bad.
