Costa del Sol offers 300 sunny days a year on average, with summer temperatures around 20 degrees through the winter. But if you start missing the snow, just 1,5 hour drive from the villa Buenavista Malaga the national park of Sierra Nevada is located, where you can enjoy winter sports during the winter season.
I recommend to hire a car to visit all the interesting places, great restaurants and shopping. But you also can rely on Cabify, Bolt and Uber taxis- they are cheap.

For extended rental period surpassing 3 weeks, the guests will pay extra 150 euro every 2 weeks to clean the villa and change the bed linen and towels. It is obligatory.
For example if guests are staying 2 month they will be required to pay 3 times for extra cleaning and for changing towels and bed linen. We do not include this in the total rental fee, because this website adds commission on top of our prices and fees.

We understand that plans can change. If a guest needs to cancel for any reason, we kindly ask for as much advance notice as possible. In most cases, when notified early, we’re able to rebook the cancelled dates with another guest.
When this happens, we are happy to offer a full refund or a travel credit voucher that can be applied toward any future stay at one of our properties.

There is a separate "mother-in-law" suite with a private bedroom, bathroom, and sitting area that we did not use but would be perfect for members of a group that desired more privacy. The game area easily opens up to the outdoor pool, creating the perfect indoor-outdoor set up. Despite all of the great stuff to see in the area, some of our group spent two days lounging at the villa! My girls loved shooting pool and hitting the badminton birdie around. The check-in with the agent was seamless and he was very flexible, coming twice to catch both parts of our group; he was also super friendly and helpful! Our hosts created a Whatsapp chat with all of us and the agent to coordinate everything. And they shared tons of recommendations for local shopping and restaurants. The location has great proximity to the airport and to Torremolinos and Benalmedena (15 minutes or less). It is a bit further (25 minutes) to downtown Malaga. We loved this property and highly recommend it!"

Bus stop nearby for public transport into Malaga, also the villa is not far from a huge shopping mall with a good choice of restaurants and designer stores. It was pretty easy getting an uber whenever we needed a taxi. Location also meant we were a short car ride away from Toromolinos. Kitchen had everything we needed, and the bbq area was great. The villa is excellently located, just a few minutes from the beach, the natural site of the mouth of the Guadalhorce River, the Parador Málaga Golf Club, the Plaza Mayor shopping center, and the airport.

The garden is beautiful, even better than the pictures and very spacious. We used the pool all the time. The garden kitchen and bbq area provided a great place to eat together in the evening. The beach is an easy walk away with a good restaurant. We used the bikes to go into Malaga and along to Torremolinos. Manuel was great to communicate with and instructions for entering and leaving were easy to follow. Highly recommended!"

The golf course of Guadalhorce is located a few minutes away from the apartment, and if you are a fan of windsurfing, you can find one of the best places in Malaga, to practice your sport.
The complex has two swimming pools (the swimming pool is opened during the summer season from 15th June to 15th September) and the apartment has everything you need to enjoy your stay at the beach. Bus to the center of Malaga, airport a few minutes away, beach, golf, sailing, swimming pool, relax, chiringuito. Can you ask for something more?

There are three double bedrooms, two with double beds and one with single beds, a triple bedroom with single beds and a quadruple bedroom with two bunk beds.
The house is completed with three bathrooms, two with a bathtub and one with a shower, a games room, a spacious living-dining room with a fireplace and a kitchen.
Ideal for spending your family vacations, the house has a porch and a terrace with barbecue next to the pool, from where you can enjoy views of the sea and the city.
