The neighborhood is not in the center of the city but if relatively close (El Parque María Luisa is 4 Km away, the Torre del Oro 3.7 km, the Cathedral 3.2 km) and we are well communicated by the bus lines 11, 1, 12 and 13 that will take you there.

The space
Large apartment with four bedrooms overlooking the city, about 4 km from the center. I rent out three of the four bedrooms and I live in the other one.

We have 2 shared bathrooms. Two rooms preferably use one of them and the other two rooms preferably use the other. In the bathrooms, there is a hairdryer in the cabinet under the sink.

You can use the living room to rest and work. We have high-speed WiFi in the living room and also in this room.

You can use the kitchen, you have space to store your things in the refrigerator and a closet to store your food. We have a microwave and all the necessary cooking utensils.

We also have an iron for clothes and a washing machine. You can use it for a fee of 5 euros. Payment includes detergent.

I like my guests to feel at home and I ask that they comply with the rules of coexistence and use of the common areas to make it easier for everyone to use them at ease and at night they can rest trying to make as little noise as possible. THE NEIGHBORHOOD, DISTANCE TO THE CENTER, AESTHETICS AND SAFETY OF THE AREA:

I offer you a good value for the money for the price you pay per night. You can stay in the center but at more expensive prices and probably with more noise from the hustle and bustle of people and traffic. You will be in a city neighborhood, where you will live with the humble and hardworking people who live there, and therefore you cannot compare it to the aesthetics and qualities of the downtown area of the city. That doesn't mean it's a dangerous neighborhood. Robberies are rare here, and perhaps in the city center, as in most cities, there are more robberies than in the neighborhood because that's where the tourists are, and the professional thieves know it.

As for the distance from the center, we are in the North of the City, 4 km from the center. We are not very far away and we are well connected by 4 bus lines and there is a parking area for renting bicycles and electric scooters in the area.

If you want to walk to the city center, it will take you about 40 minutes and you can go along the Guadalquivir River by the Alamillo Bridge until you reach the Golden Tower. This is something I usually do by bicycle, running or walking while watching people walking, fishing, running or the professionals and national kayaking and pirguamismo teams training.

The apartment is located in a strategically located location in the city of Seville. The space
The room is located on the top floor of the loft/duplex, upstairs and obtaining even more privacy and independence. The bed is 1.35cm and the private bathroom is en suite next to the bedroom with the only entrance from it.

It is my own house, I lived here for a while in one of the rooms but not anymore, the guests stay in the jewel in La Corona which is the duplex apartment, they have their independence and it seems like a totally different apartment, when they need me I am available both in person and by phone for any questions.

As described in the ad, the owner of the house shares his house, it is a duplex, so the house is large and all the rooms have their private bathroom, and then go to a shared area that would be the living room- kitchen-dining room-office, as you can see in the images.

I give total availability and privacy to the guests who book with me, in fact I manage other tourist apartments but these with the sole and private purpose of a unique home, this in this case is shared by rooms with common use of the common areas.
