- "Really price worthy" - "We were very pleasantly surprised with how nice our apartment was. After reading some reviews and the low price we were not expecting much but the apartment had everything we needed and more. We arrived at 2pm (check in time 5pm) and were able to check in which was great. The apartment was fairly clean and in pretty good condition. There was a fully equipped kitchen including a washing machine and dishwasher! The shower was always hot and the water pressure was consistently strong. The WiFi coverage and speed was great for the entirety of the trip. We had a big, furnished balcony that has the sun in the evenings but the door to it was broken (not really an issue for us). The bed was comfy, initially we only had a sheet but asked for a blanket at reception and they got us one straight away. There were blackout shutters in both the bedroom and living room which were incredible! A/C worked perfectly all the way through, it’s controlled by a digital panel, could have it really cold if you needed but even having it on a reasonable temperature was comfortable. It was only a 10-15min walk to the beach or the strip (it’s a bit of a hill but we were fine with it) and they provide a shuttle that runs every 20mins, for free, between the morning and about 10pm at night. We didn’t use the pool, bar or restaurant at the main hotel so can’t comment but it always looked nice when we called in to reception. Overall it was a great stay and would stay here again."

There is no public washing machine in the house but a laundry place 1 min away. Kitchen and bathroom are shared with three other rooms. You are very welcome to use everything you find in the kitchen and bathroom if you PLEASE CLEAN after yourself and respect others. Check in until 21:00 max please !

The space
The apartment is on a second floor. It is an older apartment but we maintain it as good as we can. It is not a luxurious apartment but there is everything you need in the bathroom and the kitchen to cook. You are more than welcome to use everything you can find from shampoo to hair dryer in the bathroom; from tea, coffee, salt, pepper to vinegar and oil in the kitchen if you please keep it clean as the apartment is shared with others. There is only one bathroom. Every room has a door with a lock. We transformed the living room into a room as well. We do have a cleaner that does regular checks but we do ask for your collaboration in the cleaning matter. It is a great and budget friendly place to stay if you please collaborate and clean after yourself.

Guest access
You access the appartment block via the front door and then take the stairs. If you are not able to walk up stairs at all, then I would advise you look for a different place

During your stay
We will meet you to hand you the keys in person. We are usually very responsive on the chat or by phone if needed. Both our phone numbers are on the fridge if you need them.

Other things to note
We do have a cleaner that comes very regularly but the most important house rule is the cleanliness. We do ask you please to leave the kitchen and the bathroom as you find it as these are shared. There is one bathroom only. This means: When you take a shower, please do not leave the bathroom totally wet; there is a mop you can use to quickly mop the floor; When you cook, please clean your pots and plates after you use them. We will be strict with that and send you reminder, not because we want to be the police but because the house is shared with others.

Our house is located directly on the sea (cliff) about 50 m. From there, a natural staircase leads to the natural beach and water, ideal for snorkeling (dreamlike underwater world). From the house, a walking path leads directly above the cliff about 500 m. along. From there you have a wonderful view over the coast, Calpe with its landmark Penon de Ifach.

The space
We rent a quiet apartment with 2 bedrooms , kitchen , bathroom and living room as well as a large covered terrace. The pool (10 x 5 m), garden and barbecue are available to you at any time. We live on the upper floor of the house. Electricity and gas for the heating must be paid separately and will be paid after the stay at the key exchange. A bright, modern, SHARED apartment in La Sella urbanisation, near the golf course and the Buddhist Retreat and 10 minutes from Mediterranean beaches. A car is essential. There is easy parking outside or near the apartment. There are well maintained gardens and the two communal swimming pools. The access to the pool is round the side of the block, very easy.

Guests will have a private bedroom with twin beds which can be pushed together if required. The guests´ bedroom has ceiling fans and other rotating fans.

During your stay
