Our apartment is on the ground floor of a small urbanization in Orihuela Costa, near Torrevieja. The layout is suitable for two couples or a family with two children.
The apartment has two bedrooms which are both air conditioned and there are two bathrooms.
In the open kitchen are a regular oven, a microwave and washing machine. Everything is available to cook for four people.
The dining room leads through to the lounge, where there is also air-conditioned. In the lounge, the satellite TV, there is also a DVD player and free internet access.
From the terrace you can go directly to the swimming pool which is situated in a pleasant garden. This is completely fenced, so only accessible to residents or tenants. If you prefer swimming in the sea, the beach is three kilometers from the apartment.
The apartment has an underground parking space but also in the building there are parking facilities.
The final cleaning (80 € / stay) and the washing of the sheet and towel package (10 € pp) can be paid to the keyholder on site.
Due to the new Spanish legislation, we are obliged to register every present over 16 years with the guardacivil, within 24 hours of arrival at the apartment.

Welcome to our Penthouse in the Aguamarina part of Cabo Roig. It has just been remodeled to the highest standards for you to enjoy. The kitchen is fully equipped for your if you want to do your own cooking. Otherwise you have tons of restaurants and bars just outside your doorstep! You have about 200 meters to the nearest supermatket, and a 5 minute drive to Zenia Boulevard (One of Spains biggest malls) and 3-4 famous golf courses.

We spent our 2 weeks with 5 persons (my wife and 3 children 16,13,10) and all enjoyed staying there very much. There is a dishwasher, which we appriciated very much. The apartment is very well equipped with towels, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, fans, air conditioner (no washing machine). The apartment is on the 6th floor. There are two elevators in the stairwell. 2 of bedrooms looking to the highway what made them a bit noisy at the nights. We did not use the air conditioner and left the windows opened so it was a little bit noisy but you can get used to that. For us it was not much disturbing. It takes approximately 12-15 minutes walk to the closest beach. The way to the beach is also very nice. You can reach also the second beach in approximately 20 minutes.We used the rent car and visited also many other beaches which were reachable by car in less than 10 minutes. It takes approximately also 15-17 Minutes walk to the next shop. Wi-Fi works well. There is a swimming pool approximately 60 m3 where you have access to any time you like. We even tested it at 1:00 at night and the pool was illuminated. You can also get a shadow places at the pool area. The host Marian is very friendly and helpful. Also during the summer the community puts on entertainment in the central plaza so step around the corner and watch with stars such as Leo Sayer,Ray Lewis of the Drifters, Rob Falsini, The Foundations, Los Pacaminos ft Paul Young, Tony Christie, Andy Abraham, Paul Da Vinci, Ges Rogers Union Gap and in 2019 Les McKeown's Bay City Rollers on Tour and more. Just a perfect place to be. The plaza also has a grocery store, banks and doctor.

For the golfer the Orihuela Costa is the place to be, known as the Costa del Golf! There are several professional courses all within a few minutes drive if not just next door. In the near proximity there is the Campoamor Golf, Villamartin Golf, Las Ramblas Golf, Las Colinas Golf, Vista Bella Golf, Golf La Finca and La Romero Golf. You can hire clubs at most as well.
