Everything was nice and clean with Maria welcoming us. Lovely sandy beach, which walked in the morning with a coffee at the Same Same bar. Buses are excellent still 1,50 euros, went to santa pola and did boat trip to tabarka on Maria's recommendation. Pool was often quiet with us sun bathing on the artificial grass by pool. - "My wife and I stayed for a week here early in April 2023 with our children - 1 and 6 year olds. We had stayed at the Infinity View complex before but chose this apartment because it had a rooftop hot tub, a rare feature for a property in this area. The check in process was easy - someone met us at the apartment to let us in and show us around. The apartment was spotlessly clean and even provided with an infant cot free of charge. In this morning, sunrise can just about be viewed from the balcony, which is bathed in sunshine for the rest of the day. The kitchen area has the basics but was not as well stocked as others stayed at previously. Towels and sheets were all provided, as were pool towels and some beach equipment (bucket and spade etc.) The roof terrace and balcony were well used while our youngest napped, and the hot tub appeared clean and got very hot, perfect for at night time too. The complex itself only has one pool open out of season, but it is heated to a nice temperature. The downside of visiting at this time is that there are still a few repairs going on to ready the public areas for when the summer season starts. The beach is within easy walking distance, even with two small children, and there are two great beach cafe/bars close by - the Blue Monkey (?), which is a bit more casual, or the Conviction beach bar a little further south down the beach, which is more expensive but with a greater food selection. Apartment, complex and area all highly recommended!!"

The apartment has a perfect location where it has a bus and taxi stop about 50 meters away, supermarkets, fruit shops, bars, gourmet restaurants, children's playground, pharmacies and medical center.
On Thursdays in the town square (80 meters) they make a flea market for those who like it.
And we can not leave aside the proximity to the beaches El Altet and Arenales del Sol (3.5 km and 5 km respectively) both with blue flag... Spectacular!!!

It is in an area surrounded by supermarkets and also right in front of a sports center and the river and its promenade on the other side.

It is a very normal house and in the process of improvements as you can see, but with enough and necessary for the stay :)
It's a pretty quiet place to stay, since I spend most of the day at work. Of course, in my absence, Olaf (my dog) will stay at home with you.
As for the facilities, although both the room that overlooks the patio and the dining room are open for Olaf to go out, the room rental only allows access to the room for rent, the toilet and the kitchen.
Remember that access to the dining room is not allowed and the use of the barbecue is not allowed either.
