- "Very average in terms of value for money, really cannot see the justification for the amount of the cleaning charge unless the owners expect the property to be left in a filthy condition each time. The biggest annoyance was that the keys did not properly operate the lock on the outside door so it took anything up to 15 minutes to cajole it to open - not amusing when you have young children with you, or at night. On informing the letting agent, he told us that it had been reported and he had the same problem. As the customer, I don’t expect it to be my problem, I expect it to be corrected so it does work properly. The property is relatively sparsely and modestly furnished, although everything is there that is shown on property details. Two of the windows would not shut properly, again we were told that there is a problem with them - if the owners know there is a problem, why haven’t they resolved it? Overall, just a fairly underwhelming place to stay."

- "Finding the apartment was difficult. The service lane is not well marked off the road. We found the apartment clean and very presentable. The fuse to the hot water and washing machine was turned off. This needs to be turned on before guests arrive as we had no idea how to turn the hot water on. When we arrived we also found a cold water leak from a pipe in the bathroom which flooded the floor. After clearing this up we needed to put towels and a bowl under the leak for the rest of our stay. The only other criticism was the lack of a kettle and tea pot. The location was good and we had a great time."
