This ground floor apartment with private garden has direct access to the communal pool from the front of the property and also benefits from a further smaller communal pool, accessed via the private rear garden.

The apartment is situated in a traditional Spanish town surrounded by lemon and orange trees, on a small gated residential complex which has a mix of residential and holiday homes, has a communal swimming pool with shower facilities. There is a lift in the block. Only short distance to the PUB/Restaurants, Cafes, local shops and village square with playground for children.
Only 5 min away from superb 5 star La Finca Course which is a paradise for golfers, 10-15 min to the lakes and Torrevieja. There is also internet connection (wi-fi) but because it is communal we can’t guarantee the speed.

The apartment is very spacious and features a large lounge and dining area with a small open plan kitchen. There are two spacious double sized bedrooms both with built in wardrobes. The main bedroom has a double bed and a full 4 piece en suite bathroom with shower over the bath. The second bedroom has two single beds. The main bathroom is also 4 piece with a shower over the bath too.
In addition there is a spacious balcony with a very peaceful outlook.

The apartment block is very well maintained with secure entry and a lift to reach the apartment which is on the first floor. Please note that there are 4 steps to climb in order to get to the lift.
There is a lovely shared swimming pool with a shallow kids pool too.

The apartment is very easily reached by car as it is a 2 minute drive from exit 740 of the AP-7 motorway.

We'd recommend hiring a car to visit the apartment as cars can be rented very cheaply from Alicante airport, making the apartment easy to reach and allowing you to access the beach quickly and easily.

You will have access to all areas. This is the only community with 2 pools and our apartment is the closest to both.

Other things to note
A 95€ housekeeping fee, (includes personal meet and greet, end of stay cleaning fee and laundry fee) is payable in cash, upon arrival, direct to the housekeeper.

Arrivals after 8pm are charged an out of hours fee of 20€.

Please bear in mind the air conditioning is expensive to run. We ask that you keep all windows and external doors closed whilst using the air conditioning. Excessive electricity use will be deducted from the damage deposit if necessary.
