Located in a residential area, so a very quiet and safe environment, especially if you are here with children. Because this detached villa is just next to the pool, you can keep an eye on the children from the garden or sun terrace when they play at the pool. Inside the house has a spacious living room with sitting area and dining area for 6 people, a semi-open kitchen in L-shape with every comfort and a utility room with washing machine and dishwasher. There is a separate modern kitchen with fridge with freezer, ceramic hob, oven and microwave. Of course, complete kitchen equipment such as toaster, coffee maker, kettle, toaster maker e. d. present. In the separate utility room you will find the washing machine and the dishwasher.
Garden: The secluded garden offers a lot of privacy. The luxury swimming pool has a with children's section, lawn, parasols and showers is not missing.
The surrounding area: There is more than just the luxury villa and swimming pool. At a distance of respectively one, three and four km are the towns of Ciudad Quesada, Benijofar and Rogales. True Spanish but with an international audience and each with several large supermarkets, shops, restaurants, cafes, terraces and everything else you need for a holiday in an international / Spanish atmosphere. A three-course menu is possible from € 12 including all drinks. You can buy a beer here for as little as € 1,5! The prices are really a lot lower here than in at home. In the three towns, just like in the nearby coastal towns, there is activity 365 days a year, in some places there is a lot of activity, but always a cozy atmosphere and crowds.
The area is located in the middle of a 20 km wide coastal valley with both the sea and the mountains 10 km away.
The nature reserves around the large salt lakes are 2 km away from the villa and El Hodon Natural Park is 8 km away.
Details: The house is designed as a low-allergy non-smokers' home. There is nowhere floor covering or other dust-producing materials. Smoking is (must) outside Pets are therefore not allowed. There is really a lot to do and see in the area. The beautiful nature offers new possibilities every season. There is more to see and experience within a radius of 50 km than can be completed in 5 vacations.

- "We have just returned from a 2 week stay here, the villa is well equiped with everything you need. The kitchen has lots of utensils and you will find some food cupboard items available for use, including a coffee machine that takes nespresso pods. The upstairs bathroom has a small supply of essentials and a hair dryer. The shower upstairs is quite powerful which was a lovely suprise. We travelled with children, one of which needed the travel cot, which they supplied for us. The property managers were very friendly and not at all put out by our late arrival! If you are travelling with younger children, be aware that the glass coffee table top isnt secure, we moved it to the side of the living space to keep it out of the way of the children. The pool is a great size, the locals were friendly and very welcoming, although just be aware you can't have inflatables in the pool, due to spanish law, snorkels also aren't allowed, although we did have a small rubber ring and armbands without issue. Some of the local use pool noodles, which you can pick up relatively cheap from quesada. There's a good choice of restaurants in Quesada as well as supermarkets. There is a mini market and a new supermarket on Lo Crispin that is well stocked for the little things. The supermarktlet also offers hot food and icecreams. Overall it was a lovely villa in a great location!"

- "The villa is an absolute delight in a lovely location. Having visited many villas in Spain we were very impressed with how well equipped Villa Orange was. The outside areas in particular the pool made our holiday almost perfect. The only complaint we had was the air conditioning unit in the upstairs bedroom was leaking and although I contacted the caretaker immediately it was not repaired during our visit.The weather was extremely hot and this made sleeping uncomfortable. The property is one that will guarantee a great stay in itself and certainly a place you would return to. Resort facilities include a choice of bars, restaurants, convenience market & other retail outlets. Booking Notes:
Upon agreeing your holiday period and price, you will be required to pay a 25% deposit of the booking figure. The remaining balance and cleaning charge will be required no less than 6 weeks prior to your arrival date at the villa.
It is required that a 200.00 Euro security bond is paid upon agreed final payment. This is held by HomeAway and will be refunded 7 days after the departure from the villa.

Changeover Day:
Flexible. On same day changeovers at the villa it is required that clients vacate the villa by 10.30am and tenants arrive for their stay no earlier than 4.00pm. Although this is stated we will do our best to accommodate your requirements beyond these times.

The nearest village is Algorfa and is typically Spanish should you wish to try some authentic tapas and sample the local wines. This area is well connected with a good infrastructure ensuring that the beautiful beaches of Guardamar del Segura are only 15 minute drive from the resort and Alicante airport is around 30 minutes away.

For those who wish to venture further afield, it is situated close to the popular towns of Los Montesinos, San Miguel, Almoradi and Quesada and a short drive from Torrevieja providing a host of local & international restaurants, bars & various local & cultural amenities plus local fresh produce markets. The Villa also benefits from being only a few minutes from the motorway where you will be able to travel even further afield to popular locations such as Alicante or south to Cartegena (once Spain's largest fishing town). For a great day out visit the theme parks Terra Mitica, Terra Natura and Aqualandia (Seasonal).

The property has off road parking for your vehicle also should you wish to use it and the house is also on a quiet lesser developed road.

A beautiful villa on the well known golf course La Finca. This is a gated community. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a spacious lounge and open kitchen. Communal parking, and a communal swimming pool. 19 hole golf course just a blink away. The villa is 200m². Air condition and comes equipped with white goods and furniture. The Luxurious Hotel La Finca is situated by the golf course, as well as numerous restaurants, bars, shops and companies are situated a short walk away. The charming small Spanish town of Algorfa is just minutes away by car.

An Inside Look at Cielo Golf La Finca
This is a beautiful villa on a wonderful resort. The views from the golf course across the valley with the mountain backdrop are simply breathtaking. There are great bars on the resort while the little Spanish town of Algorfa is a lovely place to sample fantastic local food. The new swimming pool and large patio area is a great place to waste the day away while the more active can head to the beach just 15 minutes away or play golf at the awesome La Finca golf course. This property was bought because it is a perfect place to spend time with friends and family of all ages in the seemingly eternal spanish sunshine. We hope you enjoy the property as much as we have. - "this property is great. super clean and really did have everything we needed. i loved the way that other guests had left bits like salt/pepper, cling film oct and it had been left in the villa for others to use. we returned the favour and left fly swots and a lilo and washing products. fab location and a 10/15 min walk to the bars. owners and key holder were on hand if needed and responded straight away. loved the booklet that explained everything and how everything worked too. only myself and husband stayed in the villa but 6 people will be very comfortable in this villa. and i got a total surprise on the top terrace......a fantastic luxury swing.... i fell asleep a couple of times on this..lol. also there were plenty towels and even towels for out door use. wish we could have stayed longer. we will defo be back to this super villa. a proper home from home in the sun. thank you for letting us use your villa x"

La Finca Golf 3 Bedroom Villa.

Here we have a 3 bedroom Villa (sleeps 6) situated on the popular La Finca Golf resort near Algorfa on the Costa Blanca Spain.

The Villa is situated in a quiet and secure community on the La Finca Golf Resort, consisting of 3 bedrooms sleeping 6 guests with a well sized private pool (deep) and integrated Spa/seating area within the pool - a touch of a button and the bubbles fire into action.
A charcoal BBQ and a beautiful shaded outdoor dining area for days when relaxation is required. Sun loungers by the pool and plenty of space to relax in.

This villa is also only a 30 second walk from the front gate to the 'communal pool' which is available for all the properties within this particular community to use - ideal if you are with children and they are a little bored of their own company and this pool area is surrounded by a great communal garden area. There is plenty of parking on the private road which the property is on as well as the villa's own driveway.

Inside the Villa the master bedroom is accessed via the internal staircase and benefits from an en-suite bathroom also, this is fitted with TV and DVD facilities, also Air Conditioning and fitted wardrobes. Spanning from the master bedroom is a large private upper terrace, consisting of 2 chairs and a table, ideal to get away from everything for some peace and quite while reading a book. The remaining bedrooms are on the lower level and consist of 2 x single beds in the second bedroom and 2 x single beds in the final bedroom, in each of these bedroom you will find Air conditioning with fitted wardrobes also.
The lounge and dining area is well sized and has Full Air Conditioning, UK Television and a DVD player for those looking to get away from the sun for a while a new 'L' Shape sofa is very comfortable and idea to relax out of the heat for a while. The property also has WiFi internet available for the guests. Within the lounge is the internal dining area, this has seating for 6 guests. Offset from the lounge/dining area is the kitchen, this has all of the usual refinements expected from a villa like this. Leading out of the french doors within the lounge, this takes you on to the well sized terrace where you will find a table with seating for 4 - 6 people. The staircase then leads down to the pool. Coming from the french doors and heading towards the rear of the villa you will come to the large side terrace where the sun-loungers are to be found along with the BBQ and lower dining area.
Also on the ground floor is the main bathroom, consisting of full size bath/shower, Bidet, W/C and wash basin.
This villa has the added benefit of having full gas central heating (if and when its needed) - ideal to take the winter chill from the villa and great for a winter break away yet still benefiting from getting the full winter sun thanks to the villas situation.

The villa is perfect for those looking to get away from it all for a well deserved break and at the same time in great surroundings and fantastic views.
Within a short walk there is a varied choice of bars, restaurants, supermarket, ATMs & other retail outlets, perhaps no more than a 5 minute walk.

The garden has a dining area with pergola, bar, and barbecue and a chill out area with three seater sofa and two armchairs, sun lounger and a water fountain that will make your relaxation fantastic.
The pool has a children's area and another for adults, has sun loungers, lunch area under the pergola and games. It is open 365 days a year.

- "Good" - "The owner had good communication and was helpful when required. The property was clean and the beds were warm and comfortable, the kitchen was tiny and there was no vaccuum cleaner. Unfortunately the weather was extremely cold for the last 2 weeks of January and into February and the property is designed for warm weather, so it was impossible to heat the lounge area because any heat generated, using both gas and electrical heaters, went up the open stairwell to the roof. We had to employ heated throws to watch tv from a not too comfortable sofa.The house is north facing so would be more suited to a summer holiday. We didn't use the garden area with bar-b-q because of the weather. Nor the communal pool, so cannot comment except that it looked good but deserted. The property is a few minutes walk from 2 British-style bar restaurants within the urbanisation but otherwise it's a 40 minute walk, partly over waste ground, to Quesada or 45 minutes to Los Motesinos (which we preferred as it was more Spanish, Quesada being more British/cosmopolitan) So a car is a must. Someone we met said there was no bus service but we never verified this, and didn't see any local buses although there IS a bus stop in Quesada."
