Our host were warm and friendly, despite only speaking Spanish we managed to communicate and they made us feel nothing but welcome. Beautiful villa on a corner lot, right next to the huge communal swimming pool with beautifully landscaped gardens and lawn. Located in a residential area, so a very quiet and safe environment, especially if you are here with children. Because this detached villa is just next to the pool, you can keep an eye on the children from the garden or sun terrace when they play at the pool. Inside the house has a spacious living room with sitting area and dining area for 6 people, a semi-open kitchen in L-shape with every comfort and a utility room with washing machine and dishwasher. There is also a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower cabin on the ground floor. Upstairs there are 2 more double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, and bathroom with bathtub and a beautiful terrace / solarium with views of the mountains, the surroundings and the swimming pool. The villa has a cozy sitting / dining room with flat screen Smart TV so you can stream youre own providers, satellite TV with Canal Digital with TV and radio channels, DVD and music system. There are many CDs and DVDs for both adults and children, so you will never be bored.
There is a separate modern kitchen with fridge with freezer, ceramic hob, oven and microwave. Of course, complete kitchen equipment such as toaster, coffee maker, kettle, toaster maker e. d. present. In the separate utility room you will find the washing machine and the dishwasher.
Garden: The secluded garden offers a lot of privacy. The luxury swimming pool has a with children's section, lawn, parasols and showers is not missing.
The surrounding area: There is more than just the luxury villa and swimming pool. At a distance of respectively one, three and four km are the towns of Ciudad Quesada, Benijofar and Rogales. True Spanish but with an international audience and each with several large supermarkets, shops, restaurants, cafes, terraces and everything else you need for a holiday in an international / Spanish atmosphere. A three-course menu is possible from € 12 including all drinks. You can buy a beer here for as little as € 1,5! The prices are really a lot lower here than in at home. In the three towns, just like in the nearby coastal towns, there is activity 365 days a year, in some places there is a lot of activity, but always a cozy atmosphere and crowds.
The area is located in the middle of a 20 km wide coastal valley with both the sea and the mountains 10 km away.
The nature reserves around the large salt lakes are 2 km away from the villa and El Hodon Natural Park is 8 km away.
Details: The house is designed as a low-allergy non-smokers' home. There is nowhere floor covering or other dust-producing materials. Smoking is (must) outside Pets are therefore not allowed. There is really a lot to do and see in the area. The beautiful nature offers new possibilities every season. There is more to see and experience within a radius of 50 km than can be completed in 5 vacations.

- "We have just returned from a 2 week stay here, the villa is well equiped with everything you need. The kitchen has lots of utensils and you will find some food cupboard items available for use, including a coffee machine that takes nespresso pods. The upstairs bathroom has a small supply of essentials and a hair dryer. The shower upstairs is quite powerful which was a lovely suprise. We travelled with children, one of which needed the travel cot, which they supplied for us. The property managers were very friendly and not at all put out by our late arrival! If you are travelling with younger children, be aware that the glass coffee table top isnt secure, we moved it to the side of the living space to keep it out of the way of the children. The pool is a great size, the locals were friendly and very welcoming, although just be aware you can't have inflatables in the pool, due to spanish law, snorkels also aren't allowed, although we did have a small rubber ring and armbands without issue. Some of the local use pool noodles, which you can pick up relatively cheap from quesada. There's a good choice of restaurants in Quesada as well as supermarkets. There is a mini market and a new supermarket on Lo Crispin that is well stocked for the little things. The supermarktlet also offers hot food and icecreams. Overall it was a lovely villa in a great location!"

- "The villa is an absolute delight in a lovely location. Having visited many villas in Spain we were very impressed with how well equipped Villa Orange was. The outside areas in particular the pool made our holiday almost perfect. The only complaint we had was the air conditioning unit in the upstairs bedroom was leaking and although I contacted the caretaker immediately it was not repaired during our visit.The weather was extremely hot and this made sleeping uncomfortable. This is the only reason I haven't given 5 stars to every aspect. "

For those who wish to venture further afield, it is situated close to the popular towns of Los Montesinos, San Miguel, Almoradi and Quesada and a short drive from Torrevieja providing a host of local & international restaurants, bars & various local & cultural amenities plus local fresh produce markets. Within the master bedroom is the En-suite bathroom, again, this consists of a walk-in shower, toilet and wash Basin.
Leading from both the master bedrooms sliding doors and also the top of the staircase is the large upper terrace. Although not shown within the pictures (due to the property only just being available for rental) the terraces will be fitted out with sun loungers and external furnishings.

An Inside Look at Cielo Golf La Finca
This is a beautiful villa on a wonderful resort. The views from the golf course across the valley with the mountain backdrop are simply breathtaking. There are great bars on the resort while the little Spanish town of Algorfa is a lovely place to sample fantastic local food. The new swimming pool and large patio area is a great place to waste the day away while the more active can head to the beach just 15 minutes away or play golf at the awesome La Finca golf course. This property was bought because it is a perfect place to spend time with friends and family of all ages in the seemingly eternal spanish sunshine. We hope you enjoy the property as much as we have. - "this property is great. super clean and really did have everything we needed. i loved the way that other guests had left bits like salt/pepper, cling film oct and it had been left in the villa for others to use. we returned the favour and left fly swots and a lilo and washing products. fab location and a 10/15 min walk to the bars. owners and key holder were on hand if needed and responded straight away. loved the booklet that explained everything and how everything worked too. only myself and husband stayed in the villa but 6 people will be very comfortable in this villa. and i got a total surprise on the top terrace......a fantastic luxury swing.... i fell asleep a couple of times on this..lol. also there were plenty towels and even towels for out door use. wish we could have stayed longer. we will defo be back to this super villa. a proper home from home in the sun. thank you for letting us use your villa x"

La Finca Golf 3 Bedroom Villa.

Here we have a 3 bedroom Villa (sleeps 6) situated on the popular La Finca Golf resort near Algorfa on the Costa Blanca Spain.

The Villa is situated in a quiet and secure community on the La Finca Golf Resort, consisting of 3 bedrooms sleeping 6 guests with a well sized private pool (deep) and integrated Spa/seating area within the pool - a touch of a button and the bubbles fire into action.
A charcoal BBQ and a beautiful shaded outdoor dining area for days when relaxation is required. Sun loungers by the pool and plenty of space to relax in.

This villa is also only a 30 second walk from the front gate to the 'communal pool' which is available for all the properties within this particular community to use - ideal if you are with children and they are a little bored of their own company and this pool area is surrounded by a great communal garden area. There is plenty of parking on the private road which the property is on as well as the villa's own driveway.

Inside the Villa the master bedroom is accessed via the internal staircase and benefits from an en-suite bathroom also, this is fitted with TV and DVD facilities, also Air Conditioning and fitted wardrobes. Spanning from the master bedroom is a large private upper terrace, consisting of 2 chairs and a table, ideal to get away from everything for some peace and quite while reading a book. The remaining bedrooms are on the lower level and consist of 2 x single beds in the second bedroom and 2 x single beds in the final bedroom, in each of these bedroom you will find Air conditioning with fitted wardrobes also.
The lounge and dining area is well sized and has Full Air Conditioning, UK Television and a DVD player for those looking to get away from the sun for a while a new 'L' Shape sofa is very comfortable and idea to relax out of the heat for a while. The property also has WiFi internet available for the guests. Within the lounge is the internal dining area, this has seating for 6 guests. Offset from the lounge/dining area is the kitchen, this has all of the usual refinements expected from a villa like this. Leading out of the french doors within the lounge, this takes you on to the well sized terrace where you will find a table with seating for 4 - 6 people. The staircase then leads down to the pool. Coming from the french doors and heading towards the rear of the villa you will come to the large side terrace where the sun-loungers are to be found along with the BBQ and lower dining area.
Also on the ground floor is the main bathroom, consisting of full size bath/shower, Bidet, W/C and wash basin.
This villa has the added benefit of having full gas central heating (if and when its needed) - ideal to take the winter chill from the villa and great for a winter break away yet still benefiting from getting the full winter sun thanks to the villas situation.

The pool has a children's area and another for adults, has sun loungers, lunch area under the pergola and games. It is open 365 days a year.

- "Good" - "The owner had good communication and was helpful when required. The property was clean and the beds were warm and comfortable, the kitchen was tiny and there was no vaccuum cleaner. Unfortunately the weather was extremely cold for the last 2 weeks of January and into February and the property is designed for warm weather, so it was impossible to heat the lounge area because any heat generated, using both gas and electrical heaters, went up the open stairwell to the roof. We had to employ heated throws to watch tv from a not too comfortable sofa.The house is north facing so would be more suited to a summer holiday. We didn't use the garden area with bar-b-q because of the weather. Nor the communal pool, so cannot comment except that it looked good but deserted. The property is a few minutes walk from 2 British-style bar restaurants within the urbanisation but otherwise it's a 40 minute walk, partly over waste ground, to Quesada or 45 minutes to Los Motesinos (which we preferred as it was more Spanish, Quesada being more British/cosmopolitan) So a car is a must. Someone we met said there was no bus service but we never verified this, and didn't see any local buses although there IS a bus stop in Quesada."

- "Fantastic villa, very well equipped - we stayed as two family groups (8 people in total). Plenty of room for us all to have our own space. Great communal spaces too. We had a car which was helpful as most restaurants were between 10 and 30 mins away. No problem though as Villa was so lovely " - "The villa was nice, spacious and clean inside. We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the pool and outside area. We were informed there had been a sand storm prior to our arrival however this was not the total cause of issue. Some attempt had been made to sweep up debris from the outside area prior to the storm but had been left in a corner in the dustpan. A pair of old boxer shorts had been left on the path alongside the building. Pool tiles below the water line were very dirty and had not been cleaned for some time, when rubbed with a finger nail larger pieces of black mould came away. The pool sunbeds and chairs and cushions are very tired and in need of replacement. These matters were reported to the owner who arranged for the outside areas to swept/cleaned however the pool cleanliness did not really improve as only the waterline had a cursory wipe. The accommodation consists of a double bed master bedroom which leads onto the upper balcony where you will find an outside terrace and seating area and elevated views of the area and Golf course, the master bedroom is with en-suite (shower, toilet and sink). On the ground floor, you will find another 2 bedrooms, both equipped with double beds.
A large living space with both a sofa and relaxation chairs, the floor to ceiling window from the lounge offer a great view of the valley and up to the prestigious La Finca Golf clubhouse. The lounge has Vaulted, exposed beam ceilings offering an expansive airy feel to the well decorated modern area. A well sized kitchen with all appliances catered for. Also dining table with seating for 4 - 6. Again, all offering some great views of the course and surrounding areas. The benefit of the Air-Con comes into its own during the summer months and can be a welcome respite from the 35ºC + temperatures. A main bathroom accommodated with bath, shower, toilet, sink and bidet. Is also located on the ground floor along with a WC only area.

Although the villa is without its own private pool, the communal pool is no more than a 10 second walk from the villa and offers a large pool, with children's pool area as well as some beautifully kept gardens in one of the best communities within the resort.

A lovely secluded villa near the sleepy town of Algorfa.

Sleeps 6: 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin. All air-conditioned. Master bedroom includes ensuite shower and toilet, the other bedrooms having their own adjacent facilities.

Guests staying in the master bedroom enjoy a spectacular view of the Castillo de Montemar from the spacious roof terrace. Uniquely situated with an uninterrupted outlook across the leafy countryside.

The villa offers it's own private 12m long pool (the largest in Algorfa), with a generous sun terrace, outdoor shower, covered alfresco dining area, and charcoal / gas barbecue facilities. Inside is a well equipped modern kitchen and a cosy lounge featuring a flat screen tv and wi-fi. An outside laundry room houses a washer and dryer.

The property benefits from an electrically operated entrance, enhancing the already secure perimeter giving total peace of mind.

We are situated close to the golf resort of La Finca, where you can find English run bars and cafes, along with an a-la-carte restaurant. Eating out is a must. Prices in Spain are exceptional value for money! There is also a small, well stocked supermarket for provisions. These are all a 15 minute walk from the villa.

The town of Quesada, a 10 minute drive away, features an excellent Mercadona supermarket. Here you will find everything that you could possibly need during your stay at the villa.

Those wishing to venture further must have a hire car. These are available from a number of companies at Alicante Airport, which is 30 minutes away; Again prices are amazingly low. The nearest beaches are at Guadarmar and La Marina, both 25 minutes by car.

Our caretaker Dave will meet you on arrival at the villa, and he will show you around. He is very close by if any problem should arise and will check for any damage caused. Dave and his wife, Carol, clean the villa after every occupancy and also offer airport transfers for those not hiring a car.

If you are looking for a lovely family holiday villa, or a truly romantic experience, in a quiet location, our villa is perfect. If you want somewhere like Benidorm then it is not for you. Pets welcome.

If you don't feel like cooking, you will find many cozy restaurants in Quesada, Rojales and Beijnifar. La Zenia Boulevard shopping center (one of the largest shopping centers in Spain, with many shops, restaurants, bowling, cinema, etc an abundance of alternatives, is a 20-minute drive from us. Our property is located in the Lo Crispin urbanization and is approximately half an hour's drive from Alicante airport. Located directly on a beautiful swimming pool which offers all the comfort to relax after a day of sunbathing, walking, exercising or shopping. The living room has an open kitchen. This in combination with the nice terrace and garden which is oriented to the south makes the house very suitable for the winter. There is also a large roof terrace on the second floor where you can enjoy the beautiful view including the salt lakes. The bedroom on the ground floor has 1 single bed. The two bedrooms, on the first floor, have 1 double bed and 1 room has 2 single beds with spacious fitted wardrobes. The largest bedrooms has a sunny terrace. Two bathrooms with shower, toilet and sink. Next to the house a private parking space which is closed with a gate. All windows have shutters which also ensure a pleasant temperature in the house. The house is also fully furnished and fully equipped (including a. Smart TV with Dutch channels, free WIFI, washing machine, large fridge-freezer, electric oven, gas stove, coffee maker, iron, ironing table, fans, etc.) We have on site information in which we have included tips about the area for nice trips, nice restaurants, shops etc.

- "Excellent Villa We have just returned from a weeks holiday in this beautiful villa July28th-4th august2020. IT WAS FANTASTIC. We could not fault a thing, the villa was spotless, very well equipped and comfortable, everything you could need for a self-catering break in the sun. The villa is in a great location very peaceful and only a short walk (2mins) to the bar and restaurant and only a little drive to the village of Quesada to more restaurants and shops. The outside area is excellent it has plenty of space including sunny and shady areas, with plenty of seating, and a short walk to the superb communal pool that the family really enjoyed, it’s a great area for all to enjoy hot sunny days and warm evenings as a group or family.
