Casa Marron is located in a prominent position affording stunning sea views, whilst maintaining a high level of privacy in a pleasant residential area. The entire front of the house has been renovated in June 2020 creating a modern chalet style frontage with a balcony and steps leading down to the pool area. The house has been furnished to an exceptionally high standard with marble floors throughout, elegant chandelier light fittings and modern art. No expense has been spared to create this beautiful villa. The villa comprises a large open plan reception area with Smart TV/full international satellite/CD etc and modern furnishings. There is high speed wi-fi internet access throughout. There is a further lounge area with exceptional sea views as well a large dining area. The master bedroom has a super king (1.8m) bed and is en-suite with a claw foot bath, the views are fantastic. The walls are adorned with original modern art and Tom Dixon chandeliers hang from the ceiling. The French room has two doubles and the 3rd bedroom has a double bed and great sea views. There is a well equipped kitchen with kettle, microwave, oven, toaster and American fridge freezer etc. Outside there is a private pool, with ample sun loungers and a large day-bed, lush gardens and an outside dining area and BBQ. The area around the pool has been renovated in March 2019 and has been enlarged and is now covered in composite decking that has created a much more spacious and modern environment that makes full use of the incredible sea views.

For those NOT WISHING TO USE CAR the villa is 1 minute walking from the local electric tram station, the tram goes from Sunrise villa to Campello on to Alicante and in the other direction along the coast wich gives access to the beautiful and varied coast line of this area, Alicante city, Benidorm and the magnificent San Juan Beach . Secluded family villa located in the sought after area of Coveta Fuma near to El Campello. This perfect family villa offers spacious, light and airy accommodation on one level, with spectacular sea views to the east, south and south-west, and a private swimming pool, which has the option of being heated (see rules and policies/house rules/custom rules). Note that heating the pool can take several days depending on the water starting temperature, the air temperature, if there’s a breeze, the hours of sunshine and whether or not the pool cover/thermal blanket is in place, with the latter being the only variable that we have control over, and so it is in your interest to give us as much notice as possible.

We will always do our best to accommodate your arrival and departure requirements, whether that be an earlier or later than 4pm check-in, or an earlier or later than 10am check-out. Note that very late arrivals after 9pm can be accommodated for a late check-in fee of 100 euros, payable on arrival.

The villa has awnings for those who prefer the shade, and many cool areas of the garden in which to sit. During the top season ( july/august/september)we just accept bookings from Saturday to Saturday, so please bear that in mind before booking.

The villa has upstairs 3 bedrooms, 2 wonderful marble tilled bathrooms with walk-in shower and toilet and there is a 3rd separate toilet. All rooms have air conditioning and central heating. All beds are of high quality.
The villa consists of a very bright and spacious open plan living room, dining area and well equipped kitchen with black granite top, oven, microwave, American fridge/freezer, dish washer, Nespresso machine, induction cooker, water cooker. Next to the kitchen is an utility room with washing machine and cloth dryer (both MIELE)
Downstairs are 2 more bedrooms with a living area and cozy small terrace wonderful decorated in Ibiza style. External stairs are leading to the pool area. All new beds of 2018. Air conditioning warm/Cold in all the bedrooms and Living Room.

Villa Agatha is located in Cala D'or, a suburb of the Spanish resort of El Campello (20 km from Alicante airport). The house is located at a roundabout where only the residents of the houses located at this roundabout come. Very quiet and private. The spacious landscaped area (approx. 1100 m2) on which the house stands is largely walled, with full vegetation and is closed by a gate at the entrance. This gives the garden a lot of privacy. A large swimming pool with lighting was installed in 2015. A luxury pergola was built by the swimming pool in 2016, where you can relax, read and have lunch in the shade. From one of the terraces in the garden you have a beautiful view of the bay of Benidorm and a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea.

The house has recently been completely renovated and fully equipped. You have two modern bathrooms (both with (walk-in) shower and toilet), a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, dishwasher, espresso machine) and 3 spacious bedrooms (3 rooms with a double bed) In one of the bathrooms there is a washing machine and in the garden a skottelbraai, gas bbq and a Weber bbq. Also a ping-pongtable is provided.

The living room is wonderfully light and from here you can reach the large rear terrace (south) or the spacious indoor balcony at the front (east), where you can have breakfast in the morning in the sun and enjoy the cool days during the rest of the hot days. A Smart-TV is provided, just as fast fibre optic internet and if it gets a bit cooler in the winter months there is a nice fireplace that quickly warms up the house (additional heating is also present in every room).

Naturally, Villa Agatha is fully equipped with air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms and there are mosquito nets and shutters everywhere for the windows and doors.

The brand new large swimming pool (8 x 4 meters) is located on the south side of the house. Sun beds and umbrellas surround the swimming pool. In the garden you will find several terraces with seating areas and large dining tables. Please note: the swimming pool is freely accessible from the garden, watch out for children who cannot swim!

Villa Oriola is a six person villa situated on a property with an atmospheric Spanish garden and a 9 by 4 meter private swimming pool protected in a private environment and very very ideal if you have kids and offers lots of privacy.
The villa is situated in a residential area called Cala D'Or surrounded by houses or which are occupied by persons with different nationalities.

The villa has 3 bedrooms.
The master bedroom is equipped with air conditioning / heating and a 90 by 210 cm (!) bed and has its own bathroom with floor heating.
The two other bedrooms have access to the second bathroom with floor heating.
The second bedroom has a 2 person bed with air conditioning / heating and the third bedroom has 2 separate beds (90 X200 cm) with air conditioning / heating.
Also available as a mobile fan.
Every bedroom has plenty of space to hang and store your clothes in every room.
The master bedroom has a safe and the house is equipped with an alarm system.

The living room has satellite TV, DVD player, air conditioning / heating and a fireplace.
WiFi can be used on most of the property.
Apart from the heated air produced by the air conditioning units, there is a central heating system installed for the three bedrooms and living room.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, stove, fridge / freezer and a microwave and can easily manage 6+ persons in case you want to receive visitors.
There is also a washing machine and dryer available and ironing facilities.

There is an outside kitchen, shower, toilet and BBQ facility available and you can relax by the pool with family and friends beneath one of the parasols.
There are plenty of chairs pool beds (6+) a fatboy (for two) hammock and some extra hammocks where you can relax and swing.
On top of the house there is a terrace where you can enjoy the view of the Mediterranean sea.
Around the house you will find a well maintained and lovely garden.

Within 2 km from the house there are 2 supermarkets for your daily needs, a sand beach, restaurants and a tram that takes you in the direction of Alicante and Benidorm.
There is also a bus shuttle that takes you to Campello and beyond.
The bus stop is 200m from the villa and you can use it to head for the beach (2 min) the tram station (3 min) or into Alicante.
The tram takes you in the direction of Benidorm or Alicante and beyond.

In the neighborhood ... 10 minutes driving time there are plenty of hyper and supermarkets, restaurants, bars and more beaches with a boulevard and shops available.
Alicante and Benidorm / Albir can be reached in 20 minutes, the airport or Alicante in 25 minutes.

Bonalba Golf, Aqualandia and Terra Mitica (water and theme parks) can be reached in 25 minutes.

Towels and bed linen are included in the price as is the energy costs, so no extra surprises in costs afterwards!
The deposit is returned after the house is left behind in a good and orderly state.

So various private places to relax and enjoy with good connections to the surrounding area.
