The cozy and modern holiday home is located in the beautiful Spanish village Els Poblets only 9 km from Denia.
The house is located in a quiet residential area, which is built exclusively with single houses.
From the roof terrace you have a beautiful view of the mountains.
The sea is only a short walk away and was given the Blue Flag for cleanliness. Shops, a bakery, a kiosk with magazines and a coffee are 400 meters away. The village center with bars, restaurants and coffees is about 800 m away.
The three bedrooms have two beds each. There is a shower room with toilet and a separate toilet, as well as an outdoor shower. The living / dining room is spacious and leads to the winter garden, from where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the pool and the mountains.
In order to keep temperatures comfortable on very hot as well as cold days, there are three air conditioning units with which one can heat and cool thanks to state-of-the-art technology. In addition, there is a gas stove for the winter.

- "We selected this villa on very little notice after a horrific experience at another one further down the coast – not linked in any way to Alevtina. From the outset all comms were very quick and everything very easy. Mrs Schmidt was very helpful throughout with anything we needed. The villa is as per the pictures. The outside space is simply wonderful and it has something for everyone. Inside the furnishings are clean and the kitchen has everything you need for a 19-day break in the sun. We really enjoyed the local bars which also served excellent food: Llum and The Soul Beach Hotel. We are a well-travelled couple in our early 50’s and have been let down so many times over the years – primarily with ones where the photos were taken 10+ years ago. Not this one - this place really meets expectations – a 5 star experience. The only thing we struggled with was the Internet which I did mention during our stay. We didn’t go there to watch Netflix all day but unfortunately, I had to work for a couple of days and the signal is very weak. It fluctuated anything between 3 mbps and 6 mbps. Maybe it’s just the local area. I don’t want to end on a sour note – if this place is available then, as of May 2023, it genuinely stacks up to the pictures and represents excellent value. If we are in this part of Spain again, we will categorically be back….. Thanks again!!"

This well maintained villa with heated private pool is located in a nice quiet area outside of Denia and it is only a short walk to the beach. The residential area close to the sea and the very beautiful garden with palm trees, oleanders and many Mediterranean plants, cozy seating areas and atmospheric lighting leave nothing to be desired. Specifically, the villa has a large living-dining room with an open fireplace (for cozy warmth during the winter months), 2 cozy bedrooms on the ground floor, a fitted kitchen with all the extras and a bathroom with a whirlpool. In the separately accessible tower apartment, the 3rd Bedroom and another bathroom. The villa has been completely renovated.

- "Garden is well layer out with a large pool, the outside spaces are well shaded when you need it. Inside the villa there is everything we needed for our 3 week stay. Various restaurants are with walking distance. " - "Overall had a lovely stay. The outside area was lovely with the pool and jacuzzi and we loved relaxing on the sun loungers and having dinner outside on the terrace area. Inside the beds were comfortable and good storage for clothes etc. The only criticism we have about the kitchen area, we felt it could have been slightly better equipped with more and newer equipment. Also the cupboards in the lounge diner that the plates and glasses were kept in had a musty strange smell which was a bit off putting not sure it things had been put away wet and made the cupboard smell funny. Couple of maintenance issues were a couple of broken floor tiles around the pool area and the upstairs bedroom door handle was broken. Despite these small things we had a really lovely stay and the property manager was very helpful when we got there. Overall a lovely property in a good location."

The lower floor houses a bright living room with air conditioning and wood-burning fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen as well as a WC and laundry room. The upper floor offers three bedrooms and a further shower room. A small garden with a sunny terrace invites you to relax, while the communal pool provides refreshing moments. Ideal for family holidays, for 4 adults and 1-2 children. The minimum age for making reservations is 30 years old. Our small city Denia is only 8 km away, but you don‘t have to drive that far, the village of Els Poblets is only 700m away and there you will find supermarkets, bars, restaurants and much more. The airports in Alicante and Valencia are easily reached via the motorway in an hour each.

Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The use of the internet is free of charge. A daily electricity consumption of 10kW is included in the rental price. Above this consumption will be charged at 0,30€/kWh. In addition, a security deposit of 200 € must be paid.

- "Nice apartment, nice pool area, quite close to grocery shops and restaurants. Too many mosquitoes periodically though, so bring some kind of repellent. The internet connection is a bit flaky, especially on the first floor for some reason. Had a nice trip to Denia, and even a nicer one to Altea (wonderful beach promenade and old town). Would also recommend a trip to Fonts de l'Algar. Good starting point for bike rides, both flat and hilly."
