his very spacious fully fitted Villa is ideal for large groups and family reunions. The garden boasts a large pool and sun area with bar, bbq and outdoor jacuzzi. Situated in a private residential area about 5 km outside of Benidorm with easy and economic taxi access to the city nightlife and beaches.
The first floor has a large salon-diner with terraces and views over the sea and the mountains and a fully fitted kitchen. Full central heating and chimney hearth. There is no air conditioning in the salon-diner but good sea breezes due to elevation and large double doors opening on both sides. All bedrooms now have air conditioning.
The twelve double bedrooms (one is a triple) all have their own bathroom with bath and/or shower, wash basin and WC. We provide hand, shower and pool towels.
The spacious garden has an outside bar in the pool area and plenty of seating. Draught beer and sangria is available on request. There is also an outside jacuzzi and barbecue. Parking onsite if required. We also offer an economic and efficient airport transfer service. Property manager contactable and available throughout for help and emergencies.

- "Just returned from a 7 night stay at Medvilla and had a most wonderful time there. The villa is very spacious and has a wonderful pool area that was well used by the family. From start to finish the communication was excellent from the Villa owner Roy. The villa is situated just outside Benidorm town in a quiet residential area. Aldi supermarket is a short albeit uphill walk which was great for shopping essentials. Couple of burger bars also near by but alas didn’t find any local bars within walking distance. The villa has a board of useful information and we made good use of the local taxis into Benidorm charging between 8 and 10 euros. The villa was very clean and had more than enough dinning equipment for our group of 16, numerous bathrooms and toilets, 2 TV rooms, pool and table tennis facilities and comfortable dining and lounge areas. WiFi was brilliant. The weather was exceptionally hot and albeit there is a shaded area by the pool it would have been good to have had a few parasols for sun bathing. All in all a fantastic holiday, I would certainly recommend the villa. We had a fantastic time and would definitely return should we decide on another villa holiday in Benidorm. This beautiful villa is located in a privileged and quiet location in the outskirts of Benidorm, the perfect place for a relaxed vacation away from the city's hustle but close enough to reach the main supermarkets, bars, restaurants, theme parks, and golf clubs within a 5-minute drive! The renowned beaches of Benidorm, considered some of the most beautiful in Spain due to their clear waters and lenghty shores, are only 7 minutes away. These beaches are ideal for sunbathing, swimming, walking, and snorkeling! The nearest airport in Alicante is only a 40 minutes drive away.

The villa consists of 300 m2, including 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, an indoor dining room with capacity for 8 diners, and a large living room with cable TV and a cozy fireplace. The 120m2 terrace surrounding the villa features a covered porch with two outdoor dining tables and a chill-out zone overlooking the sea and beautiful garden. This is an ideal spot for reading, resting, and appreciating nature. Adjacent to the house are the parking lot and the garage, which includes an area complete with all the amenities to take care of your garments (washing machine, dryer, drying rack, iron, and ironing board).
The property counts with a private perimeter garden of 10,000m², a marvelous place to walk around and enjoy the beautiful vegetation, including palm trees, cypresses, azalea bushes, pine trees, and more!
To refresh yourself during the sunny weather, there is a large swimming pool with sunbeds and beach umbrellas right beneath the main floor where bougainvillea’s cascade down the terrace's wall. Enjoy this setting surrounded by flush vegetation whilst you relax in the pool. You may do this both during day and night-time hours, since there is an installed lighting system inside the pool.
The villa also features a southern-style outdoor BBQ which is fully equipped and an additional dining area to enjoy some delicious meals such as a seafood paella, a meat barbeque, or some fresh grilled fish!
Depending on the time of the year, you will also be able to delight your palate with the fresh fruits from our variety of fruit trees. Visit us and try your luck picking up lemons, oranges, mandarins, pomegranates, figs, grapes, apricots, pears, avocados, meddlers, almonds, and more! Apart from this, we have a small organic garden of aromatic herbs where we you may find celery, three different types of mint, coriander, chive, basil, and rosemary! Detached villa with private pool in quiet residential location about 3 km from Benidorm, towards the Theme and Water parks. The villa is on an interior road so has no passing traffic.
During the summer season the owner rents out her well furnished and equipped family home which has five bedrooms (3 doubles and 2 twins) with 3 bathrooms and a large lounge/diner. The fully fitted kitchen includes fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster etc .There is a covered terrace for outside dining and it also boasts an outdoor bar with barbecue and wood oven.
One of the twin bedrooms and a bathroom with shower is on the ground floor, and a ramp around the back of the villa allows car access also to the ground level, so it is suitable for use by somebody who has difficulty with stairs. This car access is also useful for unloading luggage and heavy shopping direct into the kitchen.
There is no air conditioning although electric fans are provided in each room. The covered terrace for dining is well positioned to take advantage of any sea breezes.
The property sits in 2500m2 of enclosed land with maintained garden and trees, with large sun terrace around the pool.

The outside space is great we used everything and loved the pool. The bbq was great for the evenings. Communication with the owner was excellent. We had a couple of small issues that were dealt with very quickly by Steve - always only a WhatsApp message away. Internet connection good all round the villa and outside. Plenty of bathrooms !! Villa ChaletBenidorm is a huge villa in Benidorm with private swimming pool, garden and BBQ. Plot is fenced all around and entirely private (size 800 sqm, approx 8500 square feet). Free high speed fibre optic Wi-Fi (300mbps).
Classic and rustic style (solid wood furniture, marble floors and other luxury construction materials).
Very few villas are so close to city centre and beach. When comparing with other villas make sure you check the EXACT location on a map. Beach is only 11 minutes walk, city centre only 15 minutes. There are supermarkets nearby and a bar/cafe just 2 minutes' walk. A taxi will only cost in between 6 and 10 euros to take you anywhere in Benidorm.
House has 7 bedrooms, including 3 double beds and 14 single beds (sleeps 20). It has 3 bathrooms (one en-suite). Enclosed space for 3 cars. Local bus stop just 300 metres/yards away.
Very close to the city centre and the beach at a time (see map). Yet very quiet residential area. Benidorm's tram station is only 12 minutes away, which will allow you to explore nearby towns.
Total plot 1025 sqm, 200 sqm of which are fenced out and not included in the rent. Please watch your children whilst near the pool.

Magic Villa de Benidorm is located only 492 feet from Levante beach in Benidorm, and is ideal accommodations for a fun-filled holiday in the sun with family or friends. Villa Carousel has a capacity for a maximum of 15 people, private pool (all year), pediment, barcacoa and parking. It is located in Benidorm, 8 minutes from downtown and 5 minutes from the highway. Next to Terra Mítica and Aqua Natura and various exits. A perfect location, with the tranquility of the countryside and the proximity of the center of the city. It offers privacy, tranquility and a garden with palm trees and trees.
The villa is composed of TWO INDEPENDENT HOUSES with capacity for a maximum of 15 guests, which are divided as follows:
1st home: 10 guests
2nd apartment: 5 guests
The two houses have separate entrances and share the garden, the barbecue area, the pool and the pediment.

Tiki beach is €12 and the furthest. easy to call and by second booking they knew exactly where we were and come very fast. local Garage and Burger King close by. The best thing is, its so secluded that currently you can turn up the music, have fun and not worry about it too much. i think that once the tennis court area is finished it will be even better. the swimming pool perhaps need a stronger filtration because you are surrounded by trees and plants, but the view is very nice. you can see the town and hotels from sitting in the garden or by the pool. all in all, this Villa is perfect for those in Family groups, Hen/Stag Party's etc.it was very clean on arrival and im sure will continue to improve also it was CHEAPER to stay here and fill up the fridges with 300 cans of beer and lots of food than stay in a hotel. The villa is located in a quiet residential area with private access next to Benidorm Palace, one of the most famous entertainment venues in Europe. The villa offers you the unique opportunity to enjoy a family holiday in a modern, recently renovated villa, in a unique setting within the city of Benidorm, surrounded by all the services and leisure that Benidorm offers you throughout the year.
The villa is located very close to the theme parks of Aqualandia and Mundomar, perfect for family leisure; and near the Sierra Helada natural park where you can enjoy long walks through the Mediterranean forest.
The villa has 1000 m2 of plot with a private swimming pool, gardens and a large pergola with outdoor furniture, plasma TV, barbecue and wood-fired oven.
The house, with 300 m2 of surface area, is distributed over two floors. The ground floor has a beautiful entrance hall with a courtesy toilet, a spacious bedroom with a double bed, built-in wardrobes and plasma TV. The entrance hall leads to a very spacious living-dining room with comfortable leather sofas and armchairs, plasma TV, fireplace and a dining table with leather chairs. The living room has direct access to the outdoor area and a modern fully equipped kitchen.
The first floor has a common bathroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a bedroom with a double bed and built-in wardrobe, and the main bedroom with a walk-in dressing room, plasma TV, and en-suite bathroom.
