- "Just spent 2 wonderful weeks at this beautiful casa. It has everything you could wish for and we wanted for nothing. So much space in the casa and it was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The pool is incredible, the gardens spacious, quiet & safe surroundings. A perfect place to relax and unwind with family. The 45 min drive from Alicante airport was easy and stress free. The local beach, which really is only a 4 minute walk, is golden sand & the sea warm. The walk around the coast line is great for an early morning walk (me) or run (husband and daughter). The promenade links to another lovely beach, and another, and another! The only downside was the lack of a beach bar on the beach ( but think this was only temporary for this year) and limited eating places but that really didn’t bother us as we cooked on the bbq and enjoyed the tranquility of the outdoor area at the casa. But if you go treat yourself to meal at the Lobster Restaurant about a 25 minute walk along the coastline walkways- incredible food! There is a local supermarket which is easy walking distance which is really well stocked and the staff are so helpful and friendly- we only went to the larger supermarket once when we arrived. All in all just what we were hoping for for our family holiday!"

This immaculately clean bungalow consists of a master bedroom with king sized bed, wardrobes with plenty of hangers to store your holiday clothes and en-suite shower room.

The 2nd bedroom has full size twin beds, wardrobes and lots of storage. Separating the bedrooms is the family bathroom with large shower and high quality fittings.

On arrival we found very detailed welcome packs informing us of the local area, beaches, bars, shops etc we utilised the online shopping facility at the supermarket booked a shop to arrive a few hours after we arrived which was great! The vicinity of the apartment to the pool was a godsend with one child wanting to be in the pool ALL the time and one child preferring the shade a bit more! Lots of choices of bars and restaurants very close by. The upper terrace was just beautiful especially at night. I’ve never slept in a comfier double bed!!! And the little touches of the welcome drinks for when we arrived, children's games, inflatables to use really made it feel like a home from home! The villa is equipped with photovoltaic panels and very autonomous to protect the environment as much as possible.

The cleaning of 150 € with "anti-covid" protocol is obligatory and includes the bed linen, the bath towels and beach towels to be given on your arrival to the handing-over of the keys. The beds are made upon arrival.

This superbly located villa is a 3 minute stroll to the famous Villamartin Plaza with its fabulous restaurants, shops & bars. The property is beautifully furnished to cater for your every need and is set in a beautiful community. On the ground floor there is a large lounge and dining area with satellite TV with English speaking channels as well as free WI-FI, 2 twin bedrooms, both with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. Car hire is recommended if you want to travel around however, there is a bus service from the Plaza which will take you to La Zenia Beach or the Boulevard. The beautiful Zenia Boulevard shopping center has enriched the area not only giving you an array of clothes shops but many coffee bars and a whole floor dedicated to eating out which is open late into the night. The Boulevard very often has entertainment and is well worth a visit.

The Valencian region has introduced a new law where property rentals in this region are no longer allowed to rent out for more than 10 days, if you book for longer you will not be protected as the rental will not be legal.

The pool and garden area were amazing and the location was a 2 minute stroll to La Zenia beach. Perfect for our family with covered parking for the minibus. Great place the villa had everything we needed and more, plenty of shaded areas, plenty of fridge space, plenty of seating around the garden for us all to sit together or break away into smaller groups.
