We had no issues with this but you get the impression that the heated pool is included as part of the price when booking. Maybe a note could be added to property to highlight this."

- "Just spent 2 wonderful weeks at this beautiful casa. It has everything you could wish for and we wanted for nothing. So much space in the casa and it was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The pool is incredible, the gardens spacious, quiet & safe surroundings. A perfect place to relax and unwind with family. The 45 min drive from Alicante airport was easy and stress free. The local beach, which really is only a 4 minute walk, is golden sand & the sea warm. The walk around the coast line is great for an early morning walk (me) or run (husband and daughter). The promenade links to another lovely beach, and another, and another! The only downside was the lack of a beach bar on the beach ( but think this was only temporary for this year) and limited eating places but that really didn’t bother us as we cooked on the bbq and enjoyed the tranquility of the outdoor area at the casa. But if you go treat yourself to meal at the Lobster Restaurant about a 25 minute walk along the coastline walkways- incredible food! There is a local supermarket which is easy walking distance which is really well stocked and the staff are so helpful and friendly- we only went to the larger supermarket once when we arrived. All in all just what we were hoping for for our family holiday!"

Set within a beautiful location Casa Flamenca is situated in a prime position on the sought after Jumilla 2 complex.

Tastefully decorated and recently refurbished to a high standard, the bungalow provides that home from home feeling so you can relax from the minute you arrive.

This immaculately clean bungalow consists of a master bedroom with king sized bed, wardrobes with plenty of hangers to store your holiday clothes and en-suite shower room.

The 2nd bedroom has full size twin beds, wardrobes and lots of storage. Separating the bedrooms is the family bathroom with large shower and high quality fittings.

Open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge have everything you may need in a holiday home.

The kitchen has all essential appliances including a washing machine, microwave & coffee machine. Lounge has a large comfy sofa , smart tv, sky eclipse and blue tooth speaker and various board games for all your home entertainment.
Our guests have the choice of relaxing on the large front terrace or sunbathing in privacy on comfy ratten sunloungers on our spacious rooftop solarium. Built in BBQ and full size dining table is provided for your comfort under the shaded pergola.
The bungalow is situated directly facing the communal gardens and large swimming pool that has a shallow area for smaller children. Sunshades are permanent features within the communal area to provide shade when required.
Our home meets all current Spanish regulations and we have registered the habitation certificate (safety regulations) with the local tourist board.

La Zenia boulevard hosting all the major retail outlets and restaurants is less than 2 km away and can be easily reached within a 20 minutes walk. Many more local supermarkets are just around the corner!

On arrival we found very detailed welcome packs informing us of the local area, beaches, bars, shops etc we utilised the online shopping facility at the supermarket booked a shop to arrive a few hours after we arrived which was great! The vicinity of the apartment to the pool was a godsend with one child wanting to be in the pool ALL the time and one child preferring the shade a bit more! Lots of choices of bars and restaurants very close by. The upper terrace was just beautiful especially at night. I’ve never slept in a comfier double bed!!! And the little touches of the welcome drinks for when we arrived, children's games, inflatables to use really made it feel like a home from home! Our spacious villa set in an exclusive residential area of Villamartin (Los Dolses) is situated 45 minutes from both Corvera and Alicante Airports. Direct flights are available from most U.K. airports and a collection service is available. The property comes fully equipped and furnished with lots of extras is air-conditioned and heated and also includes free Wi-Fi. Local facilities include blue flag beaches, water parks, go-karting, horse riding, quad bikes, day trips via coach, shopping malls and well as the golf courses and shops bars & restaurants. The communal pool is exceptional and is in beautiful gardens with a segregated area for children. There is a small children's park 2 minutes walk. You are also next to a walking path along the 70 km long irrigation canal (cycling, rollerblading, walking, jogging ...). A park is located 2 minutes walk from the house with a petanque track.

The villa is equipped with photovoltaic panels and very autonomous to protect the environment as much as possible.

The cleaning of 150 € with "anti-covid" protocol is obligatory and includes the bed linen, the bath towels and beach towels to be given on your arrival to the handing-over of the keys. The beds are made upon arrival.

Less than ten minutes away you will find the Zenia Boulevard Oriuhela Costa shopping cente which houses 150 stores and has ample indoor and outdoor parking. Inspired by the American Open Mall, you will find fashion, sport shop (Decathlon), telephone, DIY, appliance stores, 25 restaurants, bars, a hypermarket (El Campo), bowling, casino etc...
It is open to the public from Monday to Sunday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. without interruption (with the exception of the recreation and catering area which remain open later).

This superbly located villa is a 3 minute stroll to the famous Villamartin Plaza with its fabulous restaurants, shops & bars. The property is beautifully furnished to cater for your every need and is set in a beautiful community. On the ground floor there is a large lounge and dining area with satellite TV with English speaking channels as well as free WI-FI, 2 twin bedrooms, both with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. Upstairs is a large double bedroom with en suite shower room, and plenty of storage. There are doors leading onto its own large sun terrace where you will find sun loungers, a dining area and a gas BBQ. The villa comes with air conditioning cold or hot in all rooms. There is a further terrace leading from the lounge which overlooks the communal pool & gardens to the front. Another terrace to the back of the villa will give you sunshine until it sets.

The villa is also only a 3 min walk to Villamartin Golf course and within easy reach of the Royal Campoamor and Las Ramblas courses with many others less than 15 min drive.

Blue flag beaches are located at La Zenia, Cabo Roig just a short drive from the villa. Car hire is recommended if you want to travel around however, there is a bus service from the Plaza which will take you to La Zenia Beach or the Boulevard. The beautiful Zenia Boulevard shopping center has enriched the area not only giving you an array of clothes shops but many coffee bars and a whole floor dedicated to eating out which is open late into the night. The Boulevard very often has entertainment and is well worth a visit.

The Valencian region has introduced a new law where property rentals in this region are no longer allowed to rent out for more than 10 days, if you book for longer you will not be protected as the rental will not be legal.

The villa is located in an urbanisation within walking distance to bars and restaurant, the main strip in Cabo Roig is 5 min drive away, it is walkable, about 30 mins but does take you along a fairly busy road with no paths. The only problem we had was that the taxi didn't find the address we were given, we were dropped off a few blocks away. What we would have liked to have been in the house folder is how/where to go to get a taxi, we called many companies, some only hung up when we spoke English, some only took trips to and from airports.
