Beautiful villa in prime position in El Rancho, outstanding full panoramic sea and south golf course views. Set in mature, landscaped gardens with private rear steps to the gardens and 9 pools, all for El Rancho guests. Pool 8 is just 10 yards and Pool 9 only 35 yards from the rear of our villa. All pools have children's paddling pools, parasols, sun beds and showers . There is a grassed area between the pools, ideal for children to play. The villa is spacious, light, airy and peaceful, fully UPVC double glazed, fully air-cond. in summer and heated in winter with Newlec radiators and a gas fire. It is tastefully furnished and extensively equipped.
The front and rear steps, rear terrace and steps up to the roof terrace have new non-slip Porcelanosa tiles. The rear terrace is a superb dining/sunbathing area with a built in BBQ, new dining table, 8 chairs, large parasol, bench seating and sun beds. The wonderful view of the Mar Menor and South golf course is enjoyed from the rear and roof terraces, living room, master bedroom and bedroom 2. Unlike other El Rancho villas, we have an additional front terrace, with awning, ensuring sunshine throughout the day or evening. The front terrace has a table, 4 chairs and cushions and makes a perfect alternative for outdoor dining. It has a bougainvillea, geranium pots, fig tree and a pretty rockery garden. There are double doors from the open plan, extended living/dining room to all terraces. Sleeping 6 to 7 people (by arrangement), this 3 twin bedroom, two bathroom, detached villa is in the desirable, peaceful location of El Rancho at La Manga Club. It was completely modernised and refurbished to the highest standard in 2015. All our guests have given us great reviews commenting on the quality of furbishment and the "home from home" feel of the villa.

The villa is ideal for both a family holiday or an adults only trip. Set in tranquil, landscaped gardens, with a large expanse of grass perfect for children to play safely on,this traditional style, 2 storey villa is air-conditioned throughout. The entrance area has a WC/cloakroom and leads to a spacious comfortable lounge/dining room with high ceiling and 2 contemporary paddle fans. The wood burner provides additional heating and a cosy feel for any winter visitors. In keeping with the style of El Rancho (the stables), the wooden beams in the vaulted ceiling add character and retains a link with the past. Light coloured floor tiles and dark leather sofas provide a luxurious tone. The lounge has a TV with a great selection of TV channels, and a few games (Scrabble, Bananagrams, cards etc). The property also has free WIFI. The dining area opens to stylish fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, hob and oven, extractor fan, lots of traditional terracotta earthenware, plenty of cutlery and crockery) with ample storage in high gloss walnut coloured and cream units, granite work surfaces, cream wall tiles.

Patio doors lead from the lounge to a large terrace with table and chairs for 6, an inbuilt BBQ and has great views over the Mar Menor and surrounding landscape. A large wooden dining table with chairs comfortably seats six and a retractable awning provides welcome shade above. There is an external staircase leading to a further roof terrace, which boasts stunning views of the nearby pool and gardens - the ideal place to catch the last rays of the sun in the evening. Both terraces have surrounding walls with inset wooden rails, thus providing good safety for children (If required, there is also the facility to use a child gate to restrict children reaching the upper terrace). Downstairs there are 3 generous bedrooms (one of which is en-suite with very large rainfall shower) each with 2 single beds and built in wardrobes, and in the third bedroom there is the option to have an additional bed to sleep the seventh person if required. There is also a large family bathroom, beautifully tiled. Each bathroom has a hairdryer. The light and airy master bedroom benefits from patio doors which open onto a small terrace and the villa's front garden. Set in beautiful landscaped gardens with bougainvillea, palm and citrus trees, the villa is a stone’s throw from the nearest swimming pool (pool 3 - guests at El Rancho have a choice of 9 pools). Bellaluz Plaza contains a some shops including a very well stocked supermarket, restaurants and bar and is a short walk away. All the resorts main facilities are within walking distance. As guests of the villa you can enjoy reduced resident rates for golf and tennis. Our management company are easily contactable and can arrange additional services such as taxi's, babysitting, supermarket shop for your arrival, provide high chairs etc.

La Manga Club and the Mar Menor offer many other activities such as bicycle hire, scuba diving on a marine reserve, kite surfing, water-skiing, wind surfing, boat hire, go-karting, hill walking; as well as superb beaches which are safe for children. The marina of Cabo de Palos, only a 10 minute drive away, is a delightful place to visit offering good seafood restaurants and an opportunity to sit and enjoy the sea views.Further afield are the cities of Murcia and Cartagena which both offer fantastic restaurants and shops as well as many places of historical interest.

A beautiful modern electric gated detached self catering private Villa, fully air conditioned, with its own private heated pool and full Satellite TV. The villa is large, spacious and airy constructed in 2008 by one of the La Manga Club resorts premier builders, the build quality is second to none with marble floors, stairs cases and bathrooms, with 4 terraces to admire The furnishings and the ambiance are very high quality and show exquisite taste. Perfect for a couple, family holiday, or for a group of golfers or tennis players, football players etc who would like to enjoy the Clubs facilities.

An extra Z bed can be provided if required to accommodate an extra person (please note there would be an extra fee for this). A cot and high chair can be provided free of charge if required, additional cots or high chairs can be hired through our agents.

The Buena Vista community is one of the newest at the Resort. Located on the hill by the North Golf Course with great panoramic views over the golf course and within easy distance of the facilities at Las Lomas Village. There is a mixture of modern apartments and villas, some with pools and many with great views over the North Course.

On the first floor is a large open plan "L" shaped lounge, an 8 seater dining table, satellite TV, Xbox 360, a fully equipped kitchen with built in dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a cloak room on this level. There are also two furnished terraces one of which has access from the lounge or dining area, this makes it perfect for large family gatherings.

On the second floor is the master bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite full bathroom, There is also access to the swimming pool from both the bedroom and the bathroom. There is also a large furnished terrace on this floor accessible from the landing or the bedroom with magnificent views.

On the ground floor the second bedroom has twin beds and is full en-suite, the third and fourth bedrooms also have twin beds and share the other bathroom which has twin sinks shower and toilet.

The villa has a secure electric gated driveway suitable for up to 2 cars leading up to the car port. There is an entrance leading to the ground floor and stairs leading up to the first floor level with another entrance in to the home.

The terrace on the first floor has a BBQ, a large tiled patio, an 8 seater table and chairs plus patio sofa and chairs and has plenty of space so that you can enjoy a warm sunny breakfast or lunch and some Al Fresco dining in the evening.

The swimming pool has sunshine all day with sun loungers and an area with further seating, the pool can be heated for a an extra charge in the winter months.

Our spacious gated villa sits in its own private mature grounds. In its elevated position, with huge wrap around terraces, we have absolutely stunning views across to the Mar Menor. The secure terraces provide fantastic outdoor living space, the perfect place to chill and soak up the ever changing view. When you decide to tear yourself away you could wander down to the gym for a work out and afterwards do some laps in the exceptional indoor 8m pool. The pool can be heated by request (chargeable) affording year round swimming. Open all of the sliding doors around the pool and bring the outdoors in or lounge outside on one of the many sun loungers. This really is a superb, well designed property with extremely high quality fixtures and fittings. The large, light rooms, and two sitting rooms, make the property extremely suitable for larger groups. You will find every convenience for a truly amazing holiday.

We furnished and fitted out this villa with love as a get away for ourselves rather than with the intention of renting. Everything is modern, brand new and fitted to a highest standard. The floors and bathrooms are marble with air-conditioning throughout. We have provided lovely comfortable beds, 2 x superking and one king bed plus two twins and 2 sofa beds. Everything is far above the basic facilities and as this is our first time renting we are hoping that our guests will enjoy and care for our lovely home. Our accommodation is 4 large bedrooms, the master bedroom is en suite and has its own private terrace area. Bedroom 2 has an en-suite toilet and shower room. A sofa bed is provided in the main lounge and another sofa bed is in the basement den. Even at maximum occupancy the villa doesn't feel over crowded.

Most guests at La Manga have a hire car, and there is private parking right in front of the villa, but for those that want to use the free resort bus, it stops a few minutes level walk away with just a few steps up to the villa. Once home you are in a beautiful location with massive terrace, sun loungers for everyone, a bbq and a panoramic view to die for.

Restaurants and cafe are a short walk away but we love the fact that our villa is private so you can play music, relax and enjoy peace and quiet. We have installed a satellite dish to rival Nasa so you can enjoy British TV if you have had enough sunshine and swimming.

On the ground floor we have a "den" (air-conditioned) with xbox 360 and sofa bed, plus air hockey table and table tennis table in the garage. We have a cot and stair gates available and have installed a gate to close off the pool area if necessary for extra peace of mind.

For the sun lovers we have a wrap around terrace and sunbathing area around our pool that has sun from morning until night, then enjoy dining alfresco on the terrace or relaxing on the double rocking chair!

La Manga Club is a beautiful, established 1400 acre resort which is famous for its sporting facilities. Three of Europe's finest golf courses, a 28 court tennis centre, 8 pitch professional football centre, and some of the finest property in Europe. There are sporting academies for both adults and children in tennis, golf, cricket and of course football with Barcelona offering a weeks camp here in the summer. There are also many sporting superstars in residence, so keep your eyes open! The resort also has a children's club catering for younger children.

Take a drive to La Manga Strip, the narrow strip that separates the Mediterranean and the Mar Menor. Here you can find water skiing, jet skis, sailing, windsurfing, paddle boards and much more.

Las Atalayas is a recently completed community located behind the North golf course right next to Las Lomas and Buena Vista. Our villa has the finest panoramic views and one of only two villas in the community to have its own full size pool (6m x 3.5m).

Las Atalayas is in a prime location, less than a minute's walk to the nearest tennis court, the Peninsula Club, mini market at Deli Café, and 2 restaurants. The resort’s free transport stops at Las Lomas which is a few minutes walk away.

An inviting, bright 2-bedroom villa settled in the centre of an advantageously located area of the El Rancho Community where one of the lovely community pools is only a few steps away. Easy parking is available as viewed from the master bedroom.
The villa covers 2 floors with the lower level consisting of the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a second twin bedroom with accompanying family shower room.
Entering the property takes you to the tastefully decorated lounge dining room area with the adjacent kitchen equipped with all necessary to conjure up the meal of your choice. The Region of Murcia region
The La Manga Club resort is located on the portion of the south eastern coast-line named the Costa Calida (the warm coast). This is an area which provides both spectacular coastal views with the contrary perspective of the surrounding hills.

The general climate of the Murcia region is predominantly in the 'sunshine' section of the barometer making La Manga Club ideal for both summer and winter breaks.

The nearest large town, Cartagena, is an easy 20 minutes´ drive from the resort. The regional city of Murcia only a further 20 minutes along the motorway makes a visit to the waterpark and zoo an easy proposition, with great shopping opportunities also on offer.

Festivals are widespread in Spain and true to form the Murcia region has some wonderful celebrations. In particular the Easter festivities with their colourful parades and the September re-incarnation of a Roman village in Cartagena commemorating the historical conflict between the Carthagenians and Romans, are ones not to be missed.

Away from the bustling cities the local area boasts access to both the wide expanse of the Mediterranean and the calmer, enclosed waters of the Mar Menor. The Mar de Cristal beach in particular is very welcoming for families as the water is generally very tranquil and warm, shallow enough for children of all ages, only 10 minutes drive from the resort.

The village of Cabo de Palos, one of a few within easy reach offers a variety of small restaurants, bars and cafes as well as a picturesque harbour and lighthouse. The village is also home to a very popular Sunday market.

Close by we have the Calblanque beach which is an area of conservation and as such remains in its original, untouched form making it an ideal picnic spot.

La Manga Club is, without question, one of the world’s leading Sport and Leisure resorts. It is located within 1400 acres tucked into the Murcian hillside overlooking the clear waters of the Mar Menor.

The Resort contains three championship golf courses, 28 tennis courts and 7 padel courts. In addition there are top quality football facilities which are used all the year round by a selection of the top professional teams from Europe and in fact all of the sporting facilities regularly host local and international events.

If you like peace and tranquillity on your holiday then this is the perfect villa for you. It is a private villa not in an urbinization. Set into the Murcian hills overlooking the north course with stunning views.No hum of traffic. It is within walking distance of Las Lomas, and Canonero restaurant. This area is ideal for walking the surrounding hills with spectacular views of the Mar Menor and La Manga strip.

The villa terraces are generous and bathed in sunshine. It has a private pool with (outside) shower and large private gardens. The built in barbecue is ideal for al fresco meals. There is extensive private parking. Due to its location in the hills, it is not overlooked. We have added a pergola on the roof terrace for shade while dining. We are lucky to have sunshine on our terraces both in Summer and Winter. In the Summer months the sun only disappears at 9pm which makes entertaining on the terrace a pleasure. There is ample room for sunbathing on the roof terrace and poolside. Should you require a quiet nap there is a hammock on the terrace. The pool can be gated off for young children.

The villa is fully air-conditioned. The accommodation consists of one double bedroom (with en suite bathroom and walk-in shower) and two other bedrooms that can be used as twins or doubles. There is a separate bathroom and a guest toilet in the hallway. The kitchen is fully fitted with all modern appliances. There is a large lounge and separate dining room . We can supply a cot and fold up bed should it be required.

La Manga Club Facilities: La Manga Club is the finest sports, recreational and leisure centres in Europe. La Manga Club boasts 3 championship golf courses, one of the finest tennis centres in Europe, Spa Club and Wellness Centre, saunas, steam rooms, Jacuzzis, 2 beach clubs, water sports, horse riding, weights/gym room, fitness classes, entertainment and lots of facilities for the kids. There are also 5 bars, over 15 restaurants, 2 piano bars and a night-club. Historic cities, bustling market towns, fishing villages and areas of wild natural beauty surround La Manga Club. It is within easy reach of Alicante or Murcia International airport. The local village of Los Belones (1 mile), has some great places to eat where you can enjoy some truly fabulous Spanish & International cuisine. We love our villa and you will too! It's all on one level with 3 of the 4 bedrooms opening onto the lovely terrace with its heated pool. There's beautiful bourganvillea growing up and over the pagodas and the villa wraps around the pool and extends to a large outside food prep and barbecue terrace for easy outside dining.
The big garden has mature trees for shade plus shrubs and lawn all round the property; enjoy the birdsong and you have a really relaxed atmosphere!

We have a master suite with table and chairs by the French doors to the pool. It has a kingsize bed with new designer ensuite. Then a second master room with kingsize bed and new ensuite. Two further twin or double rooms share the newly-fitted bathroom.
The kitchen and lounge/dining areas are at the opposite end of villa from the bedrooms which works well. A new living room added April 2024 with great views down the 4th fairway/green of the south course.

Also included: table tennis. Wifi, TV and iPod slots etc.

The Spanish style villas have the use of three attractive outdoor community pools, their elevated position offer great views across the famous La Manga Club Resort.

- "The reason we booked this villa was purely for the view. We just wanted a chilled week, and the location of this villa, one of only two, that have ocean views, was perfect. It is a 20 minute walk from the main bars and restaurants, but that didn’t bother us as we always hire a car, and the resort operates taxis anyway. We went in September and the villa was very peaceful. Inside the villa is very big and would comfortably accommodate a family of 8. The deco is a bit dated, but is very good quality and clean. As we don’t spend much time inside, this really didn’t bother us. We will definitely book this villa again, and the resort management were excellent. We had to move our dates out by a few days and they did this efficiently with no fuss. We also had a towel and sheet change mid week which was lovely."
