Beautiful villa in prime position in El Rancho, outstanding full panoramic sea and south golf course views. Set in mature, landscaped gardens with private rear steps to the gardens and 9 pools, all for El Rancho guests. Pool 8 is just 10 yards and Pool 9 only 35 yards from the rear of our villa. All pools have children's paddling pools, parasols, sun beds and showers . There is a grassed area between the pools, ideal for children to play. The villa is spacious, light, airy and peaceful, fully UPVC double glazed, fully air-cond. in summer and heated in winter with Newlec radiators and a gas fire. It is tastefully furnished and extensively equipped.
The front and rear steps, rear terrace and steps up to the roof terrace have new non-slip Porcelanosa tiles. The rear terrace is a superb dining/sunbathing area with a built in BBQ, new dining table, 8 chairs, large parasol, bench seating and sun beds. The wonderful view of the Mar Menor and South golf course is enjoyed from the rear and roof terraces, living room, master bedroom and bedroom 2. Unlike other El Rancho villas, we have an additional front terrace, with awning, ensuring sunshine throughout the day or evening. The front terrace has a table, 4 chairs and cushions and makes a perfect alternative for outdoor dining. It has a bougainvillea, geranium pots, fig tree and a pretty rockery garden. Sleeping 6 to 7 people (by arrangement), this 3 twin bedroom, two bathroom, detached villa is in the desirable, peaceful location of El Rancho at La Manga Club. It was completely modernised and refurbished to the highest standard in 2015. All our guests have given us great reviews commenting on the quality of furbishment and the "home from home" feel of the villa.

The villa is ideal for both a family holiday or an adults only trip. Set in tranquil, landscaped gardens, with a large expanse of grass perfect for children to play safely on,this traditional style, 2 storey villa is air-conditioned throughout. The entrance area has a WC/cloakroom and leads to a spacious comfortable lounge/dining room with high ceiling and 2 contemporary paddle fans. The wood burner provides additional heating and a cosy feel for any winter visitors. In keeping with the style of El Rancho (the stables), the wooden beams in the vaulted ceiling add character and retains a link with the past. Light coloured floor tiles and dark leather sofas provide a luxurious tone. The lounge has a TV with a great selection of TV channels, and a few games (Scrabble, Bananagrams, cards etc). The property also has free WIFI. The dining area opens to stylish fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, hob and oven, extractor fan, lots of traditional terracotta earthenware, plenty of cutlery and crockery) with ample storage in high gloss walnut coloured and cream units, granite work surfaces, cream wall tiles.

Patio doors lead from the lounge to a large terrace with table and chairs for 6, an inbuilt BBQ and has great views over the Mar Menor and surrounding landscape. A large wooden dining table with chairs comfortably seats six and a retractable awning provides welcome shade above. There is an external staircase leading to a further roof terrace, which boasts stunning views of the nearby pool and gardens - the ideal place to catch the last rays of the sun in the evening. Both terraces have surrounding walls with inset wooden rails, thus providing good safety for children (If required, there is also the facility to use a child gate to restrict children reaching the upper terrace). Downstairs there are 3 generous bedrooms (one of which is en-suite with very large rainfall shower) each with 2 single beds and built in wardrobes, and in the third bedroom there is the option to have an additional bed to sleep the seventh person if required. There is also a large family bathroom, beautifully tiled. Each bathroom has a hairdryer. The light and airy master bedroom benefits from patio doors which open onto a small terrace and the villa's front garden. Set in beautiful landscaped gardens with bougainvillea, palm and citrus trees, the villa is a stone’s throw from the nearest swimming pool (pool 3 - guests at El Rancho have a choice of 9 pools). Bellaluz Plaza contains a some shops including a very well stocked supermarket, restaurants and bar and is a short walk away. All the resorts main facilities are within walking distance. As guests of the villa you can enjoy reduced resident rates for golf and tennis. Our management company are easily contactable and can arrange additional services such as taxi's, babysitting, supermarket shop for your arrival, provide high chairs etc.

La Manga Club and the Mar Menor offer many other activities such as bicycle hire, scuba diving on a marine reserve, kite surfing, water-skiing, wind surfing, boat hire, go-karting, hill walking; as well as superb beaches which are safe for children. The marina of Cabo de Palos, only a 10 minute drive away, is a delightful place to visit offering good seafood restaurants and an opportunity to sit and enjoy the sea views.Further afield are the cities of Murcia and Cartagena which both offer fantastic restaurants and shops as well as many places of historical interest.

A beautiful modern electric gated detached self catering private Villa, fully air conditioned, with its own private heated pool and full Satellite TV. The villa is immaculately furnished to the highest possible standard so that everything you need for the perfect holiday is provided. (Please note that Pool heat is an extra if required)

The villa is large, spacious and airy constructed in 2008 by one of the La Manga Club resorts premier builders, the build quality is second to none with marble floors, stairs cases and bathrooms, with 4 terraces to admire The furnishings and the ambiance are very high quality and show exquisite taste. Perfect for a couple, family holiday, or for a group of golfers or tennis players, football players etc who would like to enjoy the Clubs facilities.

An extra Z bed can be provided if required to accommodate an extra person (please note there would be an extra fee for this). A cot and high chair can be provided free of charge if required, additional cots or high chairs can be hired through our agents.

The Buena Vista community is one of the newest at the Resort. Located on the hill by the North Golf Course with great panoramic views over the golf course and within easy distance of the facilities at Las Lomas Village. There is a mixture of modern apartments and villas, some with pools and many with great views over the North Course.

On the first floor is a large open plan "L" shaped lounge, an 8 seater dining table, satellite TV, Xbox 360, a fully equipped kitchen with built in dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a cloak room on this level. There are also two furnished terraces one of which has access from the lounge or dining area, this makes it perfect for large family gatherings.

On the second floor is the master bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite full bathroom, There is also access to the swimming pool from both the bedroom and the bathroom. There is also a large furnished terrace on this floor accessible from the landing or the bedroom with magnificent views.

On the ground floor the second bedroom has twin beds and is full en-suite, the third and fourth bedrooms also have twin beds and share the other bathroom which has twin sinks shower and toilet.

The villa has a secure electric gated driveway suitable for up to 2 cars leading up to the car port. There is an entrance leading to the ground floor and stairs leading up to the first floor level with another entrance in to the home.

The terrace on the first floor has a BBQ, a large tiled patio, an 8 seater table and chairs plus patio sofa and chairs and has plenty of space so that you can enjoy a warm sunny breakfast or lunch and some Al Fresco dining in the evening.

The swimming pool has sunshine all day with sun loungers and an area with further seating, the pool can be heated for a an extra charge in the winter months.

Our spacious gated villa sits in its own private mature grounds. In its elevated position, with huge wrap around terraces, we have absolutely stunning views across to the Mar Menor. The secure terraces provide fantastic outdoor living space, the perfect place to chill and soak up the ever changing view. When you decide to tear yourself away you could wander down to the gym for a work out and afterwards do some laps in the exceptional indoor 8m pool. The pool can be heated by request (chargeable) affording year round swimming. Open all of the sliding doors around the pool and bring the outdoors in or lounge outside on one of the many sun loungers. This really is a superb, well designed property with extremely high quality fixtures and fittings. The large, light rooms, and two sitting rooms, make the property extremely suitable for larger groups. You will find every convenience for a truly amazing holiday.

We furnished and fitted out this villa with love as a get away for ourselves rather than with the intention of renting. Everything is modern, brand new and fitted to a highest standard. The floors and bathrooms are marble with air-conditioning throughout. We have provided lovely comfortable beds, 2 x superking and one king bed plus two twins and 2 sofa beds. Everything is far above the basic facilities and as this is our first time renting we are hoping that our guests will enjoy and care for our lovely home. Our accommodation is 4 large bedrooms, the master bedroom is en suite and has its own private terrace area. Bedroom 2 has an en-suite toilet and shower room. A sofa bed is provided in the main lounge and another sofa bed is in the basement den. Even at maximum occupancy the villa doesn't feel over crowded.

Most guests at La Manga have a hire car, and there is private parking right in front of the villa, but for those that want to use the free resort bus, it stops a few minutes level walk away with just a few steps up to the villa. Once home you are in a beautiful location with massive terrace, sun loungers for everyone, a bbq and a panoramic view to die for.

Restaurants and cafe are a short walk away but we love the fact that our villa is private so you can play music, relax and enjoy peace and quiet. We have installed a satellite dish to rival Nasa so you can enjoy British TV if you have had enough sunshine and swimming.

On the ground floor we have a "den" (air-conditioned) with xbox 360 and sofa bed, plus air hockey table and table tennis table in the garage. We have a cot and stair gates available and have installed a gate to close off the pool area if necessary for extra peace of mind.

For the sun lovers we have a wrap around terrace and sunbathing area around our pool that has sun from morning until night, then enjoy dining alfresco on the terrace or relaxing on the double rocking chair!

La Manga Club is a beautiful, established 1400 acre resort which is famous for its sporting facilities. Three of Europe's finest golf courses, a 28 court tennis centre, 8 pitch professional football centre, and some of the finest property in Europe. There are sporting academies for both adults and children in tennis, golf, cricket and of course football with Barcelona offering a weeks camp here in the summer. There are also many sporting superstars in residence, so keep your eyes open! The resort also has a children's club catering for younger children.

Take a drive to La Manga Strip, the narrow strip that separates the Mediterranean and the Mar Menor. Here you can find water skiing, jet skis, sailing, windsurfing, paddle boards and much more.

The resort offers 20 top quality restaurants from American to Asian, numerous pools, an extensive array of bars, clubs and a resort favourite, The Last Drop. The Spa is beyond fabulous with an indoor pool and fitness club, plus there is a 5 star hotel within La Manga Club, don't miss the Piano Bar, and an array of shops and services.

Las Atalayas is a recently completed community located behind the North golf course right next to Las Lomas and Buena Vista. Our villa has the finest panoramic views and one of only two villas in the community to have its own full size pool (6m x 3.5m).

Las Atalayas is in a prime location, less than a minute's walk to the nearest tennis court, the Peninsula Club, mini market at Deli Café, and 2 restaurants. The resort’s free transport stops at Las Lomas which is a few minutes walk away.
