The Villa is situated in a cul-de-sac with very little traffic noise, to the side of the villa overlooks the natural green forest area.
Views of the famous Ifach Rock known as Natural Park of Penyal d'Ifac and the expansive Mediterranean Sea can be enjoyed from the lower and upper terraces, which are south facing.

Good quality sun-beds and swing seating are located in a pleasant lawned area (artificial) adjacent to a private outdoor south facing pool. On a hot the day/evening there is extra cover under a motorised awning and a Gazebo where you can prepare a barbeque meal and with easy access to the kitchen side entrance just a few steps away.

Floodlit outdoor lighting around the Garden and Pool area, illuminating the feature Palm umbrellas and other exotic plantation along with the LED pool lights.

- "Really lovely villa which was really spacious and clean. The rooms are large and all air conditioned. The outside verandah comes off the kitchen with large bifold type doors which makes a large entertaining area. The pool is great, warm as a bath and the surrounding pool area and garden are really good. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to either beach and Aldi and Lidl supermarkets are only 5 minutes away on foot. I really rate this villa, we had an issue with a door lock on a Sunday and Interhome had someone there within an hour to fix it. The only downside is that it is a rental villa on a rental area and our neighbours in front, behind and to the side were not always considerate playing loud music into the early hours and screaming at the top of their lungs, hence the reason I have marked it down 1 star."

- "We had a great stay here with our family and friends for Christmas and New Year, we managed to find a little local restaurant for Christmas dinner and we enjoyed activities like climbing and walking and just generally relaxing in the villa, it has more than enough space for two families, and we enjoyed cooking and relaxing during our stay, the kitchen was equipped with everything and beyond, we were able to prepare meals, fresh fruits, and do lots of baking from scratch, just had everything and more! The views are stunning from the roof terrace, dramatic sunrise, and sunsets! The owners are very warm and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. The ground floor space consists of two bedrooms, a large lounge and a separate kitchen, which we were able to use to set the children up in, this gave two spaces when required for meals and just generally relaxing, so adult time was never too far away, overall a great stay! LAY OUT : This wonderful villa is spread over two floors communicated by an inside stair case. We access to the villa by the independent kitchen which is fully equipped (including a dishwasher) and counts with a small dining table where you could have your coffee and some toasts. Next to the kitchen is the generous living-dining room with fireplace and white leather sofas. The dining room with wooden furniture is graceful. On this floor there is a bedroom with double bed and its en suite bathroom with bathtub. We get up the top floor by the staircase in the living room where we have three bedrooms more. All of them with double bed and balcony or terrace. The one with terrace and panoramic views is the one without air conditioning. In this villa there is a third floor, on the swimming pool level, which is accessed only by outside. On that floor we will find a large living room with TV, a American kitchen and a bathroom with shower. This part of the villa is very convenient as you don’t need to get to the higher floors.

EXTERIOR : We have a wonderful and well-kept garden all around the villa. Also we will find a roundabout with some plants and a fountain just in front of the pool. On the main terrace there are sunbeds for you to enjoy the sun, a covered terrace with dining and sitting area where you could have some rest and enjoy your vacation. We will also find a second terrace (uncovered) where we have incredible views to Calpe and its famous natural park as well as to the marvellous Mediterranean Sea. Close to the property entrance is the outside kitchen with gas fires, fridge and sink. The access to the plot is by a gate and we can park two vehicles

LOCATION : The villa is located in the Ortembach area, at only 1.8km to the Sandy beach of Calpe. You will find a supermarket in the neighbourhood so you won’t have to use your car to make your basic shopping. Also there are bigger supermarkets not far from the house.
