Villa Mila is a cosy villa perfect for family-holidays throughout the whole year. The villa has 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Four bedrooms are located in the villa. Two bedrooms are located in two separately standing pool-houses. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and the master bedroom is also connected to another (second) bedroom, which has 2 single beds and the possibility to add a children's bed. Both rooms have beautiful seaviews.

Both the third as well as the fourth bedroom have 2 single beds and share another bathroom.

The fifth bedroom is very big. It has a king-size bed and offers space for another (children's) bed. It has a beautiful seaview and a bath-room ensuite. This bedroom is located in a poolhouse.

The sixth bedroom is a bit smaller. It also has a bathroom ensuite and two single beds, which can be connected. This bedroom is located in the second poolhouse.

The property has recently been refurbished throughout and newly furnished.
The villa is detached with a south facing pool (sun all day!!) A remote controlled gate accesses the property with plenty of space for secure parking. The villa is surrounded by a well-maintained Mediterranean garden with palm trees. The pool is kidney shaped with an outside shower. The terrace overlooking and surrounding the pool provides high quality sun beds plus a nearby table with 6 chairs under a covered outside naya suitable for meals during the day including BBQ. There are shaded areas around the property if you need to take a break from the sun. Towards the end of the day when all the other villas are going into the shade, Casa Inés is still enjoying the sunshine into the evening, so you get full use of the pool all day!

The main living area is on the first floor of the villa with 2 bedrooms both equipped with air conditioning, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. A bathroom is located opposite the bedrooms with a large basin and a walk in shower. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with electric oven and induction hob, fridge & freezer, dishwasher, microwave, a filtered drinking tap and all the cooking utensils you will need on holiday.

The lounge dining room has air conditioning and a ceiling fan. In the lounge area there is plenty of seating and foot bean bags. There is LCD TV with Spanish tv and Freesat UK channels (BBC, ITV, C4…and many more) and a Blu-ray player with a selection of DVD’s available for you to enjoy. Full fibre broadband with speeds up to 1Gb. In the dining area there is a large table with 6 chairs.

An external staircase leads you to the third bedroom located on the ground floor which has a double bed with air conditioning and en-suite that has a walk in shower.

The villa has full central heating for use through the winter months when it can get a bit chilly in the evening.
A Utility room is available with the use of a washing machine and there is also an outside rotary washing line available.

A local bar and restaurant is within walking distance of the villa for the nights you don't want to drive and there is a host of sporting activities in the area including jet skiing, boat trips, kayaking, cycling and a golf course with tennis courts and restaurant that is only 5 minutes drive from the villa. Spa treatments are also available at a nearby hotel, just 400 yards from the villa.

There are NO additional mandatory fees for air con and WiFi. All linen, towels and beach towels are INCLUDED. We will be as accommodating as possible to meet your requirements on change over days. The villa was built in -98 and is kept up to date continuously with regular major upgrades. It's set in a very quiet location, high up on a hillside with lovely views of the green hillsides across the valley and the cliffs that drop into the sea in the bay to the east. To the east and straight to the south you can see the azure blue sea.

For the 2025 season we:
- Replaced all tiles in the pool and added a bench you can sit on at the shallow end of the pool; when seated on the bench you'll have water up to your chest (approximately)
- Added a sun-catching pool cover that increases the water temperature by an extra 4-6 degrees Celsius and improves child and animal safety when in use; when not in use the cover retracts to the bottom of the pool's deep end and disappears out of sight; when using the cover together with our optional pool heating (charged at electricity cost plus a minor administrative markup) we believe that the pool can be kept around 25C even in the coldest months of the year
- Installed new faucets and shower mixing valves throughout the house
- Installed outdoor speakers in the pool and dining areas
- Added a portable single-burner induction stovetop to the outdoor kitchen so that you can boil or sauté food while grilling without running into the indoor kitchen

For the 2020 and 2021 seasons we:
- Renovated the entire pool area and outdoor shower, putting in new modern large format tiles and a glass railing to make the fantastic views even more seamless

The main living and pool areas are all on the same level, about 12 feet above street level. The garage is on street level and easily accessible. It has space for one car, additional cars can be street parked for free right in front of the villa.

The garden is over 9,000 square feet large and is probably the place where you will be spending most of your time. It has lovely views of the sea and hills around, two large shaded seating areas, and a large swimming pool. Most likely you'll eat most of your meals in the lovely BBQ house by the pool breathing the fresh Mediterranean sea breeze.

Living Area: There are 3 bedrooms in the villa, 2 facing the pool, and one facing the back of the garden, all fully air-conditioned and on the same level as the pool and barbecue areas. The hallway that leads you to all the bedrooms also leads you to the villas 2 bathrooms, one with a bath tub, and one with a shower. The living room area has a large dining table, a seating area with couches, an open fireplace, and a TV. Right next to the living area you will find the fully fitted kitchen where you will have plenty of space to prepare food and drinks. All the rooms in the villa have large double glazed windows that let you enjoy the views of the pool and/or the valley/sea from indoors.

About Moraira: Moraira is one of the very few unspoilt locations along the Spanish Mediterranean coast. It's a place you go to relax, get away from stress, noise, tiring city life, and bad weather. Here you will be able to enjoy the good things in life with no worries or distractions.

Moraira was founded as a fishing village and for a long time its natural harbours were used by ships to transport farm produce from the village of Teulada, which is situated a few miles inland, separated from Moraira by a wide belt of vineyards climbing up the hillsides.

The town centre is made up of a few blocks of 4/5 story apartment buildings of various age. This is where you will find the marina, numerous very good restaurants serving all kinds of different cuisines, bars, a 24 hour store (Opencor), and a gas station (Repsol). Have a stroll along the board walk, drink a glass of wine on the waterfront and enjoy the calm atmosphere on the plazas.

Activities: Moraira may be a very small town, but its location allows for a wide range of activities. The beaches are wonderful, the marina rents boats, and the town has official rock climbing paths coming up coastal cliffs. You can Go-Cart, eFoil, rent Jet-skis & Kayaks, dive and so on. The waters around Moraira are actually some of the best for diving in mainland Spain. There's also plenty of things to do for kids (besides having fun at the pool and on the beach). The town has a small fun fair that's open in the evenings, and Benidorm (20 miles away) has water parks, a large zoo & marine park (Mundomar), and a large theme park (Terra Mitica). Cycling in the area's hilly landscape is amazing.

Adults can enjoy day-trips to several wonderful locations nearby. The most recommended being Valencia, a one hour drive to the north and the cultural capital of the area with wonderful architecture, markets, and its famous paella.

It's elevated position (there are a number of steps to access the property) ensures privacy and tranquility, yet less than 5 mins by car takes you into the centre of bustling Moraira. I think, especially with children in the heat of the day, the walk to the beautiful beach at El Portet is a little too far, but again it really is a very easy drive by car and even on a busy Saturday morning we found a roadside parking space with no problem. Everything was clean and well looked after, including the garden. From kitchen utensils, to books, games, toiletries and a very thoughtful welcome pack (including fresh coffee, Cava, fizzy orange and beers!) nothing had been overlooked. Tomasz, the lucky owner of this beautiful villa, is friendly and helpful and responded to my emails almost instantly. I felt the whole booking process was exceptionally professional. DESCRIPTION
Villa Zamora is a beautiful and unique home in the un-spoilt coastal town of Moraira on the Costa Blanca. Located in a peaceful residential area yet just a 25 minute walk from the beach.

Having been completely renovated in 2016, and always kept in prime condition, Villa Zamora offers all the comforts and style of a modern villa but with all the authentic charms of an original Spanish villa, lovingly restored. Your perfect escape on the beautiful Costa Blanca.

THE VILLA
Villa Zamora is an ‘upside down’ villa with living spaces on the top floor to make the most of the views, and sleeping areas on the bottom. Both levels have instant access to the pool and terraces.

You enter the grounds via a large wooden electric gate, up a drive whose length accommodates at least 4 cars.

The villa entrance takes you into a large split level hall which leads you up a short flight of stairs into the very spacious open plan living space where you find a large fully fitted well equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area and, further in, a spacious lounge area with 2 large sofas, wood burner (winter and spring use only) and wall mounted 55" smart TV (with access to Netflix/Amazon Prime and IPTV with many movies and international channels).

Each living area has access to generous terraces; the lounge area leads to a large dining terrace with gas BBQ and steps down to the spacious pool terrace, the dining area has large sliding doors onto a lovely covered west facing 'naya' terrace, and the kitchen terrace at the rear of the property also leads down to the garden.

From the kitchen, through an open arch, you are led to the guest w/c and a convenient external door for access to/from the pool terrace. Here you also find the internal stairs leading down to the 3 bedrooms and family bathroom.

The family bathroom has a generous full sized enamel bath tub, shower over, w/c and basin. The two master en-suite bedrooms house hot/cold air-conditioning, generous wardrobes, one with separate dressing area. One en-suite has double basins, w/c, bidet and spacious rain shower, the other a w/c, basin and spacious rain shower.

Both master bedrooms have large sliding doors to covered terraces with seating, and direct access to the manicured garden and heated pool.

The third bedroom is a twin room, in the original rounded area of the villa. This room is comfortably equipped with two single beds, hot/cold air-conditioning, wardrobe, drawers, beautiful arched windows and direct access to a covered terrace, garden and pool area.

THE GARDEN & POOL
Within the 1100m2 secure plot you have a thoughtfully landscaped, well maintained mature garden with numerous olive trees, almond trees, carob trees, a ‘strawberry tree’ (Arbutus unedo), oleanders, estrelicias (bird of paradise) and a small, split level fish pond with a trickling waterfall.
The 8x4 meter heated pool (heating optional at an extra charge) with roman steps boasts a generous sun drenched terrace with plenty of sun beds, parasols and a poolside shower.

The villa is situated and built to fully enjoy the open south westerly views, afternoon sun and stunning sun sets over the hills beyond.

A 5 minute drive takes you into the town centre and beach, or if you wish to go on foot it will take 25 minutes.

THE TOWN
Moraira is a beautiful, upmarket, coastal town with a popular marina. Originally a fishing village, Moraira is proud of its roots and still has around 5 fishing boats in operation and a regular fish market. Strict planning regulations have prevented high rise buildings, therefore it is a largely unspoilt town soaked in history yet offers many restaurants, bars, boutiques and, as many good Spanish towns have, a weekly market (Friday).

The family friendly, well groomed green flag sandy beach has a well run bar-restaurant-cocktail bar, climbing apparatus and volleyball net. Currently there is also beach service operating so you may order refreshments direct from your beach chair!
Families particularly enjoy rock-pooling at one end while the mature older visitors enjoy the provided sun beds and parasols along the front. Further up and down the coast you find other beautiful coves, beaches, and beachfront restaurants with fantastic original Spanish cuisine.

THE FUENTES DEL ALGAR
The Waterfalls of Algar are spectacular, and well worth a trip to see them. Set in a natural beauty spot among big mountains, 45 mins from Moraira on the road to Callosa from Taberna.

CAVES - Cuevas del Canelobre - Situated about 24kms northeast of Alicante, near Busot the “Cuevas Del Canelobre” are well worth a visit. The huge chamber is open daily for visits, and at times is used for concerts and Folk Festivals. The “Cova De Les Calaveres” (Skull Cave) is situated near the village of Benidolieg, inland from Denia.

GO KARTING - Moraira. The best place and the best way to enjoy speed and races. They have karts for all ages.

CUMBRE DEL SOL This is a nice place for an afternoon out. It's only 5 min's out of Moraira on the Benitachell Rd, turning right at Rusty's bar. There are several walking routes, all with viewpoints for some impressive views. There are beautiful hidden bays along the coastline, most of which you can walk down to.

Playa del Portet - A small cove with a sandy beach crystal clear waters and a few restaurants near by, only 5 min's from Moraira town.
Playa de l'Ampolla - situated by the castle (Moraira) with a gentle shelving sandy beach. Bars and cafes all close by.

Cala Fustera - Sandy bay, good for swimming. Bars and a restaurant.

MARKETS
Moraira's market is held in the big car park in Moraira town, it starts early on Friday mornings. Calpe's market is on a Saturday morning.
